Yes, those apps are paid
You can pay and share them too, it doesnt mean from a black market or website...

Warez is the $27k worth of drafting, 3d modelingand rendering, animation, photo, movie and sound editing, and website development software I have installed on my laptop.
Every app that is on my phone is paid for though.

I do drafting and product presentation work. I took my laptop to work and IT installed all the software so I could work away from the office.

It can only be read by one person at a time but many people can use it. Other agreements allow only one person to use the software and may further limit the use to one specific computer (or even hardware group meaning you must contact the software company if you upgrade your hardware).
However, most times Warez refers to obtaining software that you do not legally have the right to use.

Yep, unfortuneately there are numerous sites which allow the downloading of paid apps. Including our own beloved XDA App....
Please dont link to any warez sites on XDA as we have a strict zero tolerance policy with regards to warez.
Get smartoffice+ app free at getjar just download getjar mobile app from getjar.com and than just download smartoffice+ for free

Getjar is not warez, they are making agreements with the developers. So they are allowed to provide this Goldapps for FREE! So the developers will get there refund if you download the app from getjar! But its not allowed to post the APK files anyware in the web! This will be warez!

I know many ways of grabbing apps and I do it for you. You can now easily find your fav. apps here and you don't have to search for them for days.
