Hi all, It is with great pleasure that I address to all the guys willing and experienced community of XDA the invitation to become part of CapasOS, CapasOS is a project that is part of the Capas-Project a multiplatform project, we are now looking Android developer to continue the evolution of CapasOS enlarge and to do so more and more; advocates are simply looking for Android developers but if you want to put of commitment and want to spread CapasOS also on your device you can still propose replying to this topic (then still be made following a topic of each section for each device). CapasOS not want to be a "simple" Android ROM but a whole new operating system based on Android. I have written a custom web application for a specific business, that allows schedule tracking of jobs, allow comments to flow between staff members and clients, and pictures to be uploaded.
This application is just starting to take off, but I am getting a huge request for dedicated applications for the mobile devices. (WM, Blackberry, Palm).
I am a web developer and know nothing about programming for the devices, so I am needing to find someone with great knowledge of this type of work, and can knock out the project in a timely manner, and be able to provide support and upgrades as I under the web application.
I will be looking to roll out one application at a time, and go from there. If you would interested in this project please PM me with some form of contact info.
I will be requiring all source code be provided and you must speak perfect english, as this can effect the output of the application

Hello Everyone over on the ANDROID Forums,
Although I am not the OP of this thread, I am the main developer behind the new XDA-MarketPlace. I am here with a major update.
I haven't been posting much on this thread because I have been mainly working in the Windows Mobile one. Let me fill you in.
The website is quickly nearly completion. I was unable to hit my original goal of the New Year, but I have been doing my best to complete as fast as possible, while maintaining good code.
Many pages of the site are in fact done already. The pages that have yet to be finished are the User and Profile pages. The submission page is being RE-DONE.
Now, I haven't mentioned much of this over here ... but what I do need for YOU is to contact the developers of your programs and tell them to shoot me a PM with their E-Mails, or just telling me that they are interested in being alerted when the site is about to go up. This way, we can start the site with some applications!
Now, I have been feeling really crumby about not having the website out yet. I want you to know I HAVE NOT GIVEN UP ON THIS AT ALL. It has been taking me a lot of time. BUT I feel like I don't have any push because I have had at most 2 or 3 developers contact me. This website cannot exist with only 3 developers. I do need the member base to start this, so it can start off with a boom.
I ask for all of your support to make a cross-platform marketplace work for the community! I need it now more than ever
If you have comments, PLEASE POST THEM IN THE WINDOWS MOBILE THREAD [see the first post on this thread for a link] SO EVERYTHING CAN BE CENTRALIZED.

A: Not yet, because the donation portion of the website is still under maintenance, but check back later and it should be up!

A: It is actually very easy to join AndroTech! We are all small town people just like the average Joe, and we all have our strengths and weaknesses. As long as you have knowledge in Java, XML, HTML (or even just one of the 3) you can become one of us!
