Got my new n8013 today and while setting up my home screen, i long pressed the screen to pull up shortcuts i find that bookmarks is missing. Ive never had this happen with the last 5 android devices i've owned.
Any ideas? Im rooted but not overclocked or rom'd.
Edit
Found it in a mini menu in the top right corner..seems kind of weird though...

hope i have the right forum - you'll tell me otherwise no doubt.
My Today screen has a blue icon called options which, when pressed says
O2 Custom Today Plug-in Settings
checked items appear in Today screen
well they all DID until just recently and I used to be able to display 5 shortcuts.
I removed 1 and added another and the screen response was only 5 shortcuts allowed. Having taken out and added again the problem was further exacerbated by the fact that the shortcut bar is now blank even though short cuts are there. I press an area of the shortcut bar and a programme is launched - but I don't know what it is until it is fully launched.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have rebooted but no joy
Thanks
Bill
It seems that every few days my Sprint Nexus S gets hung on the home screen, and I can no longer swipe to change screens. If I hit the bottom right and left buttons, I can manually change the screen, but swiping left or right changes nothing.
Has anyone else noticed this? I wonder if it's getting too bogged down with open apps. Coming from the Epic, I was constantly closing apps from the Program Monitor, which isn't on the Nexus S.
I have accidentally opened up a menu that I have never been able to do before (or again). I think I was long pressing something but I am not sure.
Anyways, at the bottom of the screen, there was what looked like a speech bubble with 5 icons inside of it. Looked a lot like the menu in ICS. I don't know how I did it and I have been trying to do it again. Anyone know what I am talking about?
Thanks,
Mike
Long press Home to bring up your most recent used apps that are stored in memory.
Hello everyone,
I am sorry to ask this but i couldn't find any help.
A Friend has a Galaxy tab 2 7 and installed Lotus Traveler.
know i wanted to change settings but the normal android sign (3 or 4 bars) is missing.
at the bottom I only the Home, Back, other Programs Screenshot and Arrow UP
nothing at the top.
where is that option for running Program button gone????
one the old tab it was a "hardware" key on the nexus it is three dots at the bottom right...
I hope its a problem with lotus traveler otherwise i fell stupid.

Hi, i've recently rooted my new Nexus 5, and flashed this rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588152
Because i'm coming from SGS2, I thought it would be nice if I could
set an action for long pressing the Homebutton (I want to make it open
the recent tasks screen) but I couldn't find it in the Navigation Bar settings.
I prefer having back, Home and menu instead of recent tasks, and would like
to make it so that press&hold on the home button would open recent tasks screen.
Hope I made myself clear
Thanks!
Anyone has an Idea?
Have you tried gravitybox?
