I have an unlocked Fido Motorola Razr HD (XT925) and cannot get MMS working. I am on the AT&T network through StraightTalk. I have looked at the other thread about MMS but that is not working for me. What did work temporarily was to install Handcent and retrieve MMS messages through that but that has stopped working. Is there anyway to get the native messaging app to work?

Hi Guys,
So i have unlocked my T-Mobile Sensation 4G and im on WIND mobile network. I have set up the APN and data works properly. But i had no success in getting the MMS to work
I have tried several different setting for MMS APN but with no luck! it fails everytime (both receiving and sending).
Has anyone managed to get MMS working on WIND? do i need to replace a specific file to get it working?
Thanks!
anyone?....
So i upgraded my sensation using the leaked RUU. But i am still not able to send/receive MMS! it gives me an error when i want to download the MMS!
Can anyone who is on Wind please share his experience with MMS and also his APN settings?!!
thanks
I flashed CM10 and a EU radio. Now ever since then i cant seem to send MMS messages. I tried all the APN settings for usa tmobile but none works any help? Calling and regular texting works, so does data.

Which CM10-build? An official nightly and which one, or one of the unofficial ones?
Working fine for me on cm-10-20120915-NIGHTLY-ville.zip (official) and EU radio 1.06s, I'm not on TMOUS though so cant help you with your APN settings but they're likely to blame. On 3 Sweden I have to populate the main APN "3 SE" with the MMS-related stuff from the "3 SE MMS" APN. (MMSC, MMS proxy, MMS Port).
I've searched the forum and googlez but each APN I've tried does not allow MMS to receive. The candy kat 4.4.2 rom has a bunch of apns already entered. Tried each one. I can send MMS but cannot receive any. Is there anyone else using Gophone sim with working MMS?? What APN do you use?

I had this same issue, usually if data works your apn is fine. Try using a different app than what comes stock. I dl'd chompsms and I could receive mms again. Gosms is a nice alternative also.

Hi guys - It seems my XT1045 just does not want to MMS, either send or receive. I have the AT&T Go Phone Service. I took my SIM out and put it in my iPhone 3gs and MMS works just fine. So it is not the service, but I am sure it is the phone.
I couldn't access the APN settings on the iPhone so I am not too sure of what is being used. I had UnLockIt.co.nz do the APN settings a few years ago. But now I cannot access that site anymore. So like I said, I do not know what the APN settings are.
I have tried different apps like the default app, an app called Messengers, and Handcent SMS, the results are all the same. I have also tried the various APNs for AT&T still with no luck. And I do have Data on, WiFi off.
So I raise the question, does anyone here have the XT1045, AT&T GoPhone Service, and capable of sending and receiving MMS?
Everything else works fine. voice, data, standard SMS, but no MMS.
Thanks,
Brian D
[Solved] Issues with Moto XT1045 and AT&T MMS
After much more research, I find that AdBlock Plus (ABP) may be the reason my MMS is not working. Has something to do with affecting Port 80 which is used by MMS to send and receive picture messages. I disabled ABP and it worked but not all the time. More research was needed.
Found that instead of using Port 80, I needed to change to Port 8080. This also worked. Started ABP and tested one more time. This time it worked. Not sure of the relationship of MMS Port 80 and ABP using/blocking Port 80.
The solution to this issue was to change my APN which is the default created either by the XT1045 based off of the network being used, or AT&T generated the APN. Either way, MMS Port should be 8080.
Hi Guys,
I'm using a Motorola One Vision, running Android 10 using the google messages stock app.
I am using Circles (Optus MNVO for sim 1 and Dodo (another MNVO on sim 2) I'm in Australia.
I can send and receive MMS perfectly on Sim 1 Optus, but cannot on Sim 2 (Dodo) I have tried APN and MMS settings and can't get anything to work.
Any suggestions?
