I am using Cm9 on my lg L3 and there are some issues and probelms in cm9 i would like to improve them but i am not a dev.....
So pls help me solving these issues
1.Dialer Looks Crappy In Landscape Mod
2.External Sd doesn't mounts in Sd Card If there Is Any Way To do That Pls Tell Me....
3.Lockscreen Is Overlapping....

4.It isn't possible but if there is any way to port Polaris Viewer To Cm9 it would be great...
5.If you Could Port The Ics Stock Music Player It Would Be Great

I need your help...
I m developing the MIUI port for samsung galaxy S (look at the signature) and I encountered an issue...
At first I need to clarify that all the apps and frameworks are from the MIUI's Nexus S port...
So initially no media were detected...neither /system/media nor sdcard ones...
So I decided to modify the mediascanner.class inside classes.dex of framework.jar of the MIUI ROM and replace the mediascanner of the MIUI ROM with the cyanogenmod one...
And that works pretty well except for some crashes with MIUI file manager...
but it can detect just /system/media and /sdcard media content...nothing by /emmc...
I use the MediaProvider.apk from MIUI Nexus's ROM...if I replace it with the CM7 one no media are detected...
My aim is to scan the media content of the external sd card....
what can I do??

I posted this thread into the Captivate ASOP dev thread with hopes someone can lend a hand.
It's sad to see a developer post a question and get no replies.
I've changed my atrix(international atrix mb860) rom into CM10 4.1.2 but there is some problem with my phone for instace camera recording or whatsapp etc. now i want to go change my room into 2.3.5 which is orginal factory rom. is that possible with this method that u mentioned above.
Or do u guyz know any stable rom(camera and other staff working well) that i can able to update. Plz tell me with its link.
pls tell me guyz i need my camera soooo bad.
PS: phone is rooted,bootlaoder unlocked ,CMW installed.
Hi all,i installed the supernexus 2.0 M1 rom on my GT-I9000 and evrything works fine exept for the camera and youtube app.
The problem is that when i try to record a video with the camera application,the app crashes.I can take photos even in panorama mode but i can't shoot video.It's the same with the youtube app,when i try to watch a video i get stucked in the loading screen and nothing happens.
What can i do to solve this problem?

same here.
still, this is the best ROM so far on i9000 as it has the best memory usage.
Anyother ROM would eat up all resources and would make it hard also to perform basic tasks.
So I dont want to give it up yet.
Please help with solutions!

i asked many many times about a soultion for vedio recording choppiness proplem on high version roms like 4.0 / 4.1 /4.2
on a devive like htc desire or any of these wonderfull old phones
no developers can fix it or what
i asked so much times ..that made me suggest many idea but no reply from any developer ...hundreds of views but no one can answer
from these ideas that i suggested (replacing rom`s vedio recording process or the idea of taking vedio in that custom rom
with the vedio recording procces of gingerbread or any other rom`s vediorecording idea
that will be simply Compatible with that devices and work on it without ((((choppiness)))) :crying:

Try search Camera (CMFix) for Cyanogenmod in play store maybe it will help.
