Freakingly Smooth Rom
A great rom thanks to all for sharing and cheers who gave us this ROM.
As it is based on the Off JB 4.1.2 it has to be smoother but i can see few useful apps like Set CPU, Performance Master, Super user,Super user lite and much more which has been given along with the rom.
To start with the basics everything is working fine Bluetooth,GPS,Ca;Calling and other basic stuff. Have attached few screenshots for the same Thanks a ton for sharing this....

Final ROM by "PLB999" needs a new thread to be created by you
Hey Nishant,
:good: that as request by me you created 2nd individual thread for this ROM by "Ting2012" the earlier individual thread being the ROM by 'Oscar_Pan" & now finally the last individual thread that is required is for ROM by "PLB999" as per this http://bbs.angeeks.com/thread-2534136-1-1.html
It'll be great if you can add the ROM creators name as the first words in each of your three OP's TITLE's & guys it'll be great if you can take heed and post all your reviews, Q&A's under each of these three relevant ROM specific threads so as to be clear for everyone. Cheers ~ RAD7
Nice ROM, removed most of the chinese apps and replaced em..
Thanks a lot for all the JB Roms.. Only annoying part is the default contacts photos and calling photos of girls, how to get rid of em?? Using a third party contacts app just to avoid them.. Might replace it with the stock ics one if there is no fix.

Note
This is the ODEX'd version. If you're looking for the themable Deodex version, check here
THE TITLE HAS ONLY BEEN CHANGED TO CLARIFY THIS IS STILL ANDROID 2.1. The download version is still the same as before. I felt this would make more sense.
Battery Mod Is Here!
mozman has verified that the Super Circle Battery Mod with % does indeed work. I have run the mod through the same optimization scripts that I put the entire ROM through, so you can be sure you are getting a pure optimized ROM that will run as fast as possible. Download link for this optional mod is at the bottom of this post.

Well, for those of you who know me, I've decided to finally give Android ROM building a shot. It's a learning process, but I'm picking up on it pretty quickly, and I must say it's a ton of fun so far . I owe my inspiration to the likes of theimpaler747. ASimmons, zenulator, and of course, NFinitefx45. These guys all work hard to bring you great stuff, without their advice, I'd be nothing.
I need beta testers! I've been using this ROM for some time now but I need YOU to tell me if there's anything wrong with it . Please go easy on me, I'm still learning the ropes of this stuff. Any and all feedback is appreciated! If any of you veteran ROM devs come across this, feel free to drop me some advice
Who is this ROM for?
This is for a pretty broad range of people; those who are interested in stock Sense minus the bloat. I've removed a fair amount of bloat, including all the Sprint apps and a few HTC apps/Widgets that I feel are of little value. The ROM is also fully png-optimized, as well as zipaligned. That, paired with the fact it's an ODEXed ROM (might add deodex in the future) as well as Zen's AnyKernel, makes for a quite zippy ROM that only gets faster as you use it.
What is this ROM's base?
This ROM is based off of Nfinitefx45's fantastic rooted .7 ODEX release (link). While we're on that topic, I'd like to say that all the credit for rooting/getting the base of this ROM out the door is ENTIRELY credited to Nfinite. I take no credit for the rooting process, the addition of busybox, the addition of A2SD, and anything that you see in his .7 thread. Nfinite is a genius, and he has inspired me to create this offshoot of his ROM.
So what do I gain by trying this?
Simply put? Speeeed. Lots of it. Check out the tech specs for the full skinny on why.

Tech Specs
Core:
~ Base: NFX Sprint 2.31.651.7 STOCK Odex
~ Kernel: Zen's AnyKernel with no Perflock (Set to 691 by default, can be pushed to 768 if desired)
~ All apks fully zipaligned and all image files are fully png-optimized. This results in faster performance and smaller size.
~ Free space on first boot: ~140 MB (without using A2SD)
Included Apps:
~ New Marketplace (with Auto-Updating) integrated
~ Wifi Tether 1.6
~ Busybox (Credits for installation goes to NFinite)
~ Apps2SD (Again, credits for installation goes to Nfinite)
~ Quickboot
~ EStrongs File Manager
Removed (Any/All of these can be added back in, see bottom of post):
~ Twitter Widget
~ Google Maps (Can be installed from Market)
~ Stock App + Widget
~ Flickr
~ HTC Footprints + Widget
~ HTC Twitter
~ HTC IM
~ Sprint VVM
~ Sprint Navigation
~ Sprint Nascar
~ Sprint TV
~ Sprint NFL
~ Sprint TV Widget
~ Stock Ringtones
Credits
~ Nfinitefx45 - for the inspiration and the extremely well made base
~ ASimmons - for the excellent optimization scripts. Seriously, I owe a lot of the speed/quality of this ROM to him
~ Regaw-Lenaid - For the excellent zip signer.
~ theimpaler747 - inspiration
~ zenulator - for the kernel as well as his tireless efforts to bring you the best in GSM ports.
Notes
~ None of the framework files have been edited. The theme is stock stock stock!
~ HTC Navigator will not do anything until you install Google Maps.
~ I'm new to the Android ROM cooking game. Please be nice to me

Addons
I suggest you use Android Commander to push these back in.
Removed System APKs - This contains all the removed Widgets and APKs from System/App. This does not include GMaps/QuickOffice. To use, unzip it, delete what what you don't want, and either adb push it into system/app or use Android Commander to do so. NOTE: If you're looking specifically for Sprint VVM, it's the apk called "sprint_core.apk". It's the only APK that isn't obviously named, sorry about that!
Removed Data APKs - This currently includes Google Maps and Quickoffice. Both of these can be DLed from the market, and it's probably easier to do it that way, not to mention the ones on the market will always be up to date. However, if you'd prefer to save a bit of time, they are here for you. They do not need to be pushed, simply drop em on your SD card, and enable Unknown Sources temporarily and install using a file manager. HINT: If you don't want to grab a file manager or want to save some time, just copy the download URL, paste it in an email message to yourself, and open it from your phone. The phone's browser will handle the downloading of the APK, and you can just tap the apk from the list of downloads to initiate the install .
Removed Ringtones - These are all the ringtones that were removed. The reason they are not in the ROM is because they are better off on your SD card, freeing up a whole 2 MB on your system memory. What I suggest you do (to avoid having to adb push all of these) is to simply make a folder on your SD card with the following path :media\audio\ringtones\ . Put all the ringtones in there, and that way, no matter what ROM you use in the future, you'll always have the ringtones in there . If you'd prefer not to do this, you can adb push or use Android Commander to push them to system\media\audio\ringtones\. NOTE: Your your android.phone process might FC if you have no ringtones present. Either create the path above on your SD card and put something on it, or push the ringtones. A minor service release might have me putting a very tiny "Silent" ringtone in the folder to prevent any FCs from happening. Again, if you store ringtones on your SD card, this won't affect you at all.

Liquid's Tips!
~ On first startup, sign into your Google account but don't do Facebook sync. Wait till you boot into the ROM, and connect to a wifi hotspot (if you have one). Once the sync icon goes away, and your google account has finished syncing, then get started with Facebook sync. Remember, Facebook sync, at least for the Contacts syncing, happens in tiers. It'll do, for instance, A-E first, wait a bit, and then it will do F-P, etc etc. Have some patience .
~ Battery! As much as always on sync is useful, there are a couple things you can do to lengthen your battery life. For instance, for Google, I always leave Gmail sync on. But ask yourself, how often are you adding/removing Contacts from your Google account? I don't do that too often, so uncheck contacts. Also, unless I have major changes to be made to my Google Calender, I also leave GCal syncing off as well. Once it finishes its first-time sync, all your events are there anyway. Next up, Facebook! The big deal for me for Facebook is that I run it once and my Contact images sync together. I'm not a big user of the Live feed. So for me, once my contacts' images finish syncing, I leave both unchecked. These two tweaks will save you some juice, because it'll drop the number of things/times your phone checks for at the specified interval.
~ GPS! I've found that using the same fix for faulty GPS locks in CM6 in this ROM actually improves the GPS lock time like mad. Grab "GPS Status" from the Marketplace and reset/redownload the A-GPS cache. After I did this, I had a super accurate lock in under 4 seconds using Google Maps
~ Task Killers! In my experience, I've found that task killers tend to do more harm than good. My suggestion is to simply place a shortcut to "Running Services" on your homescreen, and check it periodically. For instance, GTalk Service likes to come up every so often, and when it does, I just end it. For the most part, I've done well without a task killer. Android was designed to manage its memory pretty well! Again, I know this is a debated idea, so take with a grain of salt NOTE: Do not end GTalkService while using the Market. GTalkService is also the service that pushes your Google Account credentials to apps that require it, your Market being one of them.
~ Random bits:
I've found that pressing Menu while in the Sense App Drawer and switching to List View makes the scrolling a bit faster and smoother
Not using all 7 homescreens? Make sure there's no widgets on the ones you're not using. I've found marginally better performance and battery life from doing so.

Using ClockworkMod recovery.
So far, so good. Did a nandroid, wiped, flashed, and it booted right up. No problems.
Edit: Noticing the speed. So far very fast and snappy.
GPS works great. Just a few seconds to find my position in my house near a window.
I've been using AOSPmod for a few weeks now, but I'll try this. Might go back to sense. Will report back with results
EDIT: uhh... Having a really weird problem. the keyboard is pressing Q no matter what button I push
I might even try this one, though I'd prefer deodex.
@OP: Been looking for something like this. A lean, mean rom.
Someone else already suggested a zip with the apks that were removed incase people want to add one or two back. Personally I like SprintVVM on stock roms, for example.
Next, have you seen this slightly dated thread? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=581976 it talks about what people have found to be safe to remove from the stock HTC rom. It's a bit dated, but most of what is written still works. Something to toy with.
Of course we could just take your rom and delete the extras ourselves -- the beauty of the game
Not bad so far. Will run awhile and see if gets laggy after awhile like all sense roms seem to do.

Good job...ROM I've been looking for as an alternative to CM6.
Since this is based on nfinites .7 stock will the kernels he posted work with this? Not a big fan of SetCPU or OC Widget and my phone is happy at 710. Actually it's happiest at 729 but I don't know how to modify the kernel to default to that
Installed and running smooth so far
Running smooth so far. Going to run it for a couple of days to see how it is on battery. I think this is the perfect ROM for me. I do not use any of the stuff you took out.

Have a Question tho? Did you leave google maps and Navigation out(didn't see it in the list in your OP)? It's ok just had to d/l from market is all I use it a little. So Far so good

To install this you must be rooted and running CWM. Fortunately Samsung sells their phones already unlocked so it literally is as simple as flashing a superuser script.
You can get the CWM and links to superuser here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=33323044&postcount=469
GPL compliance statement: If you want to build this from source, you can grab the source here: https://github.com/TeamApexQ which is based on Samsung open-source code for the SGH-T699 http://opensource.samsung.com/ and code previously developed by Cyanogenmod for the Galaxy S III (follow "forked from" links on the github page)
You will need a 64 bit *nix based machine, repo, the cyanogenmod source, the apexq source from git, and proprietary blobs from your own phone. A basic guide to setting up your build environment is here
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/wiki/Template:Build_from_source_(CM9)
After you do your repo sync but before you pull proprietary blobs or brunch, copy the attached local_manifest file to your .repo directory and repo sync again to pull the apexq code from github. In addition, on Linux Mint I also needed to install linux-tools and lzop before I could build successfully.
Join the team on freenode at #apexqtmo. Basic rules of courtesy:
No feature requests. We know it's broken.
No requests for when we'll be done. We don't know and we have lives.
We don't take donations. We already have Relays (unlike the devs for some other devices who don't already own the phone!)
No bug reports unless they relate to a feature that is already working (for example your phone doesn't switch between 4G and 3G properly)
MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE FLASHING. IF YOU HAVE TO EMERGENCY RESTORE STOCK YOU CAN DO IT IN SAMSUNG KIES.

WHAT WORKS
- mobile data
- phone
- wifi (including toggling on and off)
- sound
- screen
- GPS
- keyboard backlight
- bluetooth
- torch
- MTP
- NFC
WHAT DOESN'T WORK:
- Camera app definitely doesn't work
- RTC is broken, you'll need to reset the clock from network on every boot
- email, voice-search, and SMS shortcut keys (something super weird going on here)
- 2g-only switch
OTHER KNOWN ISSUES:
- none yet, please report any! github issue tracker for TeamApexQ
or #apexqtmo on Freenode
- Homescreen icon labels disappear when screen is in landscape orientation (intended?)
- Lower row of homescreen icon labels overlaps launch bar
- There are still a bunch of references to the Galaxy S3, which port
we based this off. I am *not* by any stretch of the imagination
trying to rip them off. They did all the really hard work and we'd
never have been able to do this without them. Massive props to
everyone who worked on the d2 port of CM9.
NOTES:
- Camera *does* work in Barcode Scanner or Goggles, but the camera app doesn't.
This is an ALPHA build. Flash at your own risk. I take no
responsibility if it sets your battery on fire, eats your cat, or
sleeps with your spouse.

New build as of last night, wifi toggle issue is fixed.
Alpha 1 has been posted. The camera app is still broken but generic camera apps (and Instagram even) from the market work. Still trying to figure out what's wrong with the cyanogenmod camera.
NFC is broken. Need someone who actually knows something about that to come join us.
Mobile data doesn't seem to switch into the correct states on AT&T due to fast dormancy. It works but there may be some drain on battery life. T-Mobile seems unaffected (and also doesn't have fast dormancy).

Having problems with MTP/Mass storage on Win7.
When I connect to laptop, I can see both internal & external sd cards, and I can browse them.
BUT I cannot copy "from" either sd card.

I asumed MTP was working (as per the What Works list) so I thought to post what happened to me.

I concur, this too is my dd.
For me NFC was the culprit for severe battery drain, having since disabled (i.e renamed) this file (with rootexplorer) "system/lib/hw/nfc.MSM8260A.so" my battery preserves juice like never before.
All I am missing is (in this order):
a) 2g toggle
b) MTP
c) NFC
d) camera/camcorder
For now these 4 features are not setting me back from dd usage.
On freenode, I think I may have previously responded to a discussion about mms, that mms wasn't sending/receiving for me. However having had similar instances with custom roms on my doubleshot. I tried what I used to do on that device, which was to use Mybackpro to restore a backup of my APN which has never failed me. From which I can now confirm mms functions just as well as regular sms. (Thinking about it, I'd assume CM have slightly incorrect APN config for my particular carrier here in UK.)
Thanks for allowing us access to this great rom.
It utterly sh!ts all over stock/touchwiz

Cricket Ignite
I just got my ZTE N9511 on Black Friday. Last night they stopped me from using PowerAmp Pro that I got from torrent downloads. Today I uninstalled it, installed Titanium Backup Pro and deleted Cricket Ignite off my phone... I am still wet behind the ears with all of this, will my phone be okay, and is there anything else I should take off my phone as far as system apps go?
@JOEP702
So far I have froze/disabled a few system apps.. Click here to see.

custom rom for zte source ?
Anyone knows about A custom rom for the zte source?
@2012crazymexican
From what I have heard, there is no fastboot for the Source... which means ... well I don't know for sure but I believe you need fastboot in order to flash a custom ROM. I am far from a Dev, and have little experience beyond simple adb commands and a few fastboot commands. There IS a way to put software on this device, though I doubt ZTE is going to give out its secrets. If this phone becomes more popular then hopefully we will get some smart devs, like Hashcode for example, who can work on this phone. Until then, I will be doing whatever I can to unlock this device as best as I can.

So I'm a dumbass
The title says it all. Apparently I either deleted the wrong thing, or something, but I just got my Source this afternoon and did the root on it, and then installed Titanium Backup.... I did a backup of all the apps, but when I try to restore, I get multiple failures. Not sure what happened and frankly don't care, (the phone still works great minus the Ignite crap by the way) but I've found factory test mode and the recovery module...
Using this method I'd like some of you rooted folks to try and do a ROM dump. Try it from Factory Test Mode AND the Recovery Mode.
To get to recovery: Either restart the device and hold Volume Up, or completely power it down and start with the volume up.
Factory Test Mode: Same thing as recovery, except you use Volume Down.
I'm gonna do a DD on this and download the full SDK, see what I can figure out, but I am so not a Dev, dudes and dudettes, so it'll be up to the ZTE lovers out there to make it happen. I'm also looking to see about Link2SD support and EXT4 support, though with all the storage, it'll be awhile before I fill mine...
Still, this is a brand new phone, pretty much, and I'm gonna love messing around with it with you folks, but I've been around dev's and fankids before: androidforums Admire and Evo 4G threads, to name two. I sincerely hope that we can all work together to pimp this darn thing instead of fighting like a bunch of kids :highfive: I'll post my DD dumps and whatnot as I get them, and try on your devices as well. The more people we have working on this the better.
@DaemeonZane
Thanks for the info! Added to OP.
Have you managed to get the driver installed for FTM?
Recovery is crap... No zip install... no backup.... but a must have regardless.

CWM or TWRP would be great! Custom Roms would be great!
Hey Gus.

Hey guys I too am a noob and don't know anything hardly about Modding the android system but I am totally techale and willing to try almost anything. I got this phone to learn on but I am finding out tbat there isn't much soft ware writtien for this model so I get to work with you guys on some real development instead of just flashing and recovering...
I really want to k kW if anyone has had any luck finding and flashing any costoms at all... if so could you post the link with instructions. Thanks guys

I got it to register just by having Windows Update look for dirvers. Picked a good ADB driver right off the bat.... Right now I've got root and am attempting to use an adb shell and rkdump to get a good image.... but under /dev/block I can't identify what's recovery, what's system, etc.; all I get is the following:
It's kind of a pain in my ass, because I'm not quite sure what's what, but if any of you have used ZTE devices before, you'd have a better idea of their naming conventions than I would... tell me what to dump and I've got you, just keep in mind I'm no longer stock (i.e., I've deleted a lot of the bloatware from the system)
@DaemeonZane
Excellent work! I will try the windows update idea. The driver for FTM is the only driver I couldn't find. I have ZTE_Android USB_Driver_For_Microsoft_PC and ZTE Handset USB Driver 5.2066.1.8 But neither of those provide the FTM driver. You are making good strides towards unlocking the potential for this phone. We do need someone helping who is a linux wiz or ZTE wiz.
Have you had any success with googling those listed items (like mmcblk0p1)?
#GREAT WORK! :good:
@strykerhandy
Welcome to the thread!
I'm excited to have as many ZTE Source owners working on this device as we can. Any help you can provide is appreciated. As far as any questions you might have, ... what you read here is it! Lol! This device is so new that there isn't anything else written about it outside of specs and reviews. As far as I know, this is the only thread out there ... here on xda, or anywhere for that matter.
@DaemeonZane
I'll do some research and see what I can find.

You are correct. cricketusers.com/cricket-zte-source/ has a couple basic threads discussing specs, but that's about it. AndroidForums doesn't even have a whole lot on it... So we're it.
As far as googling the partitions, and whatnot, not so much, but it is what it is. I'm currently at work (Buffalo Americas) but when I get to the house tonight I'll be able to dig up a bit more. I'm a Linux enthusiast, but my main bag is actually networking and security... lol Still working on getting that dump, but if anyone figures it out and can make it happen, post it for the world to see... I've never had an Android in my hands that wasn't rooted and customized to some degree, and I'm not giving up on this one just yet... lol
Not a bad benchmark...
I'm having an issue attaching a screenshot right now. Benchmark was 14434. I'll get a picture up later.
Also, I managed to create a gz file... might help someone.

So i have rooted and already had to fix the "cannot establish reliable data connection to server" problem.... thats how i bricked my last phone but using titanium backup and wifi its a for sure fix.... anyway so i am not well read about the basics of the platform and i dont know if this an option or not but jas anyone tried the Cwm recovery builder? I got on there and read up on it but its to.advanced for me right now... also i cant figure out why basic flashing wont work from romtoolbox pro. I have tried frlashing some. BOot animations and i did some.fonts but the animations stop half way through and screen goes black till the.phone boots. Any advice is welcomed and appreciated..
Sent from my ZTE_N9511 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I will look into the cwm builder... As for the boot animations, perhaps you need to resize them. Not all are designed for our layouts. Just a thought.
*Edit* Using ROM toolbox pro I was able to change my boot animation. So it does work.

Note: How to use Battery Doctor on Android 4.4 KitKat
Android 4.4_r1 removed the possibility for apps to request for the BATTERY_INFO permission, This is the commit https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base/+/3714141d287c965ea3451831dd5167f63f8db87b%5E%21/
The reason (issue mentioned) for the commit is unknown.
This permission and the access to batterystats - formerly known as batteryinfo - service is vital for use cases (and apps) dealing with analysing awake and wakeup causes (battery drainers) as this services gives access to partial wakelocks and alarms.
I would like to request a rollback of the mentioned commit. See issue 61975
Here is a Solution from XDA forum by Xposed and download Version 6.2.0, Android 4.3 or older is well, you can flash older ROM

Hi
Everybody. Please give me a feedback!
I have installed the latest version and as soon as I activated One power guard my phone was rendered useless. The phone instantly rebooted and reboots as soon as I try to do anything. I can't even uninstall the app because as soon as I touch the screen I get a reboot again. I really wanted this to work as it's plain to see the developer has put a great deal of time and hard work into developing this. It may be that I am getting these issues because I am using it on a pretty dated device (Galaxy S i9000) I hope that these issues can be sorted and it proves to live up to it's promise.
Works fine for me, a lot better than Green Power which I used before. No issues so far.
CM 10.2 based ROM on a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE
Wishlist:
- plugin for Locale or Tasker to support automatic change of profiles based on certain conditions
- more in-app information about settings ( http://www.twofortyfouram.com/developer)
- better localization
- allow for I/O-settings, Ril, vm, ... - not just saying that it does something, but tell what exactly does it do. Maybe in settings screen, not the toast message

I think 3072K is the best in most of the ROM, Here is an app that it can test sdcard speed https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ales.veluscek.sdtools
I usually set to 3072K.
In General, It is easy to consume battery if The speed rate is set smaller.

Do you mean to make a plugin that Tasker can change profiles of OPG? if so. I think this is a good idea.
Some in-app information is writed by blog, Because a lot of information.
Yes. it is very important. This needs some help from enthusiastic users.
OK. I will open some settings source.
I've been using this from the beginning and have always found it a great help. For me, one of the best things about it is that you don't have to be an expect to use it and can learn as you go along. Good to see a pro version out now. I have a question and a suggestion
Firstly, my license file is backed up but when I upgrade my device, is it easily transferable or is it device specific?
My suggestion; I should like to be able to set the app to change profiles at set times automatically, without having to use an external app; is this something you would consider?

1. the license file can be used when you upgrade your device, but they can't be used by other devices. the license files can not be shared.
2. I see. OPG Pro will support as quickly as possible, I was going to release this feature on the 5.0.0 version, but Spend a lot of time in the development of other functions.

I was using UNOFFICIAL Carbon ROM (4.3.1) with Mackay 0.517 Kernel and OPG 3.8.0
Ive been using your app long enough...
I have Xperia Sola....your app makes the system lag slightly on stock rom
but when it comes to cm and aosp....man I have to say your app is mindblowing...
Yes people if you want to boost your battery stand by time.....this is the app!!
5 STARS
Brilliant ! I'll give it a try ! :good:
It appears the app is not saving the settings on stock Xperia Z1 .257 rom... I hope this can be fixed?
But... still loving the app and decided to support it
Keep up the good work!
Hi onexuan,
Bought your app to support your development!
However immediately found some bugs in it v5.0.3:
1. if I set "nothing" in floating window, it will still show on desktop
2. Optimize SDCard in each configuration always minus a few Kb upon saved, eg. in Daily Mode, I saved it at 2072 K (not sure why I can't scroll to 2048, very unfriendly scroll method....) and then saved. The next time I go into Daily Mode, I will find the value to be 2030 K and saved again, the next time I get 2000 K and so on.
3. Why it's always "Not Configured" in other modes (not the one I applied), since I already configured and saved the config. I prefer you have it labeled as "Saved" and the current config to be "Applied". Does this make more sense?
4. When I exit (by keep pressing back), seems like your app won't exit properly, is the foreground app should be close and the "service" should be running in background instead? Just my 2cent.
5. After I upgraded, The "Upgrade" wording still on the left panel, my suggestion is to remove/hide it from paid user, what do you think?
6. Can it auto detect my governor, as I'm using Devil's kernel which does not have say Powersave Gorvernor then I do not know which one I use, can I simply use the default governor of Devil's kernel? Does it have same effect (Powersave, Daily Mode, etc) if not using the recommended Governor?
FYI I'm using it on my Note 2 (N7100) with Supreme ROM v4.0 (JB 4.3 TouchWiz based, deodexed)
Hope my info helps! Thanks in advance! :good:
ESET .. I ignore this
Looks like after the second click I do, anywhere on this app, after setting a mode, the app crashes and freezes the phone, making it reboot.
I9505, FoxHound 3.4, Android 4.3, KT Kernel.
Yes, root was granted.

Awesome! I'll be trying this soon. Any significant known issues in this first release to be aware of? How's bluetooth? I've been having Bluetooth issues with every KK ROM I've tried. Bluetooth audio works fine, but bluetooth phone does not work at all. Same story with several Bluetooth devices. Initial dial and hangup tones can be heard, but no voice; really strange.

This ROM is pretty awesome! I love all of the features. I've been missing the appbar on my current ROM. Slimrecents are great and I also like the Validus recents panel as well. All of the lockscreen options are great. Built-in Kernel Tweaker. The list goes on. Great job. The two issues I've noticed so far is the video camera doesn't work (I believe I read that this is a known CM11 issue, so I assume it will be corrected soon enough) and the Bluetooth phone audio issue I mentioned above which has been an issue for me on every 4.4.2 ROM I've tried. My guess is the BT phone audio issue is an Exhilarate radio problem. I'll keep playing and let you know how it goes. Thanks!!!!!

Everything that you've stated is a device wide situation...no matter what ROM...the camera is in the works as well as speakerphone ..then we can focus on BT issues..first things first..? but I'm rally glad you like it so far..new features coming soon...stay tuned for the next chapter in the horror....

Videocamera is fixed and changes merged...
Will be releasing an updated build soon..
Awesome! A few other comments, questions, and observations so far...
1 - very stable so far
2 - all of the extras seem to be working fine (appbar, app circle, pie, lock screen ring, kernel tweaks, etc.)
3 - GPS does not seem to be working
4 - lock screen pocket mode does not work. Pocket mode as part of the active display does work.
5 - will you be adding app exclusions to the lock screen notifications?
6 - I can't seem to find the option to keep the navigation buttons illuminated.
7 - corporate exchange email/calendar/contacts does not work. I believe this is another 4.4.2 common issue, but it worked on CarbonRom with PA Micro Gapps. I can connect to my work exchange server just fine with Touchdown, but to stock apps will not work; I can search the corporate contacts, but nothing will sync.

2..that's great to hear..
3..have you tried to use fastergps from the play store to rewrite your GPS.conf location?
4..I'll look into it,but I use peek
5..probably at some point
6..why would you want to? Its a battery killer..just asking..

3 - I tried using "GPS Status" from the Play Store to rewrite the GPS and it can't find a signal. I've had luck with it on stock ICS. I'll give fastergps a try.
6 - I find it very useful in low light or while driving early morning or evenings; got to have my tunes playing when I drive
7 - I'm using the micro Gapps package from PA. I assume I can dirty flash one of the other packages to test?

I'm not sure if Gapps can be dirty flashed or not, but the dev from the PA thread says to do this:
In order to switch GApps packages or remove an Addon Module you're no longer using, you will need to (from Recovery - In the order listed):
Manually wipe your System partition
Flash your ROM
Flash GApps package
Flash any Addon Modules (optional)
Wipe the Dalvik & cache
Reboot
NOTE: You won't lose any of your data or application settings using this method. This method should also be used when switching to PA GApps from another GApps provider.

That method works great for switching Gapps, but I still can't get corporate exchange to work. I get the "unfortunately, exchange services has stopped" error. I've tried PA micro, PA mini, BaNks minimal, and Slim minimal Gapps.
I still can't get a GPS signal either. Tried fastgps and GPS status.

Sweeeet! I momentarily switched back to CarbonRom to make sure I didn't have a hardware issue with GPS. It works fine. I'll flash this new build and see what happens. Thanks for all of your work!

No problem..let me know how it goes,,

- camera seems to work good
- cool boot animation, although it will probably make both of my daughters cry with fear
- still no GPS. It's not just a typical satellite lock issue. The satellites are not even visible. Seems like the software is not communicating with the GPS hardware.
