This is basically the stock dialer modded so that it would automatically rotate to landscape mode. (Samsung created the landscape mode for its car dock.)

as far as checking the app folder, the odex file does not match what was attached and pasted on /system/app folder? possible culprit?
help would greatly be appreciated.

Got it working now. Deleted the odex files for Phone and Dialertabactivity and now it works.
Just letting you guys know if in any case you encounter the same problem.

Change the permissions to rw-r--r-- and tap apply.

Instructions:
Using a file explorer:
1). Download apps, extract and place it on your SD card.
2). Navigate to system/app/ and rename the apps original this is the backup of your current app
3). Copy apps, changed its name like app on your phone and place it in /system/app/
4). Change the permissions to rw-r--r-- and tap apply.
5). Reboot and enjoy!

The framework is modified only for CM10 and MIUI5 has a different framework.. So it will not work I guess...

If you want OSB for MIUIv5 then upload your framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from the system/app folder... I will edit them to have OSB...

2.scroll to any app on link2sd
ex:truecaller select go to action and uninstall it
remove any system app which u wanna remove
warning dont remove odex file
it may result in force close.

I downloaded the King root for my Canvas gold (A300) but did fail. Can you plz explain whta next to be done.
