This is the support thread for CM10.1 on the AT&T Galaxy S II Skyrocket. It is still a major work in progress, so please make sure you have a backup that you can restore if you run into problems.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view http://changelog.bbqdroid.org for a full list of changes.
IRC SUPPORT:
Join us in #teamchopsticks or #cyanogenmod on the Freenode IRC network.
DO NOT ASK FOR SUPPORT IF YOU FLASH A DIFFERENT KERNEL!
The kernel packaged with CM10.1 is very tightly coupled with the ROM code. If you install a kernel different from the one in this ROM, please do not ask for any support.
Experience issues? Please provide the following info:
If the device was hard reboot, please provide the file "/proc/last_kmsg".
If the device was soft reboot or is "bootlooping", please run a logcat and provide the full output.
Please use Pastebin when possible.

The CyanogenMod team and TeamChopsticks would like to thank everyone involved in helping with testing, coding, debugging & documenting! Enjoy!

I just want to take this post to say thank you to Cyanogen. To get the kernel and device trees up-to-date, there were many esoteric changes needed, most of which were completely out of our league. Thanks for keeping Skyrocket and Hercules alive and kicking, Cyanogen!
If anyone feels like donating for all the work that goes into these ROMs, please consider donating to CyanogenMod. Donations help the CyanogenMod team buy new development phones and maintain servers.
http://forum.cyanogenmod.org/donate
No donations to TeamChopsticks directly. We are just along for the ride here!
Shout out to roger_n, techmik and sk8erwitskil on the #teamchopsticks channel. You guys rock.

Stop. Seriously. We just got 4.2. Take it to offtopic.
On topic; there's no mention of a 'to be fixed list' is this pretty much working? (besides a normal alpha stability disclaimer)
It's on TC website

Thank you so much! Downloading right now!

I posted a "Known Issues" to http://www.teamchopsticks.org/p/cm101-release-notes2.html. Fifth time now. Blogger keeps ignoring my update.
On a sidenote, I freaking hate Google Blogger. The WYSIWYG editor is damn frustrating. I apparently am incapable of making a proper bulleted list...

for the first time ever, there's a CM release that I cant find any bugs for other than the one listed. I havent tested phone calls in/out yet (at work) but so far, I must say, Bravo, good sir, broavo
tried to install teamviewer quick support and it told me wrong firmware. this works on stock (GB and ICS)
logcat here: http://pastebin.com/YJm1FueM
it says different firmware and gives a link to download an alternative version. download that one and it still does it. perhaps something in the kernel???
---edit----
i know this isnt a bug in CM9, per se, but this might cause issues with other apps down the road maybe?
Data Speeds
Just gave this a go.
It's running well for a first release.
I have noticed data speeds are about half of what they should be.
I'm sure you're aware of this.

Yes as mentioned I've talked to him before...but I still like to keep the thread cleaned and this post included shouldn't be put here but rather belongs on PM and/or Q&A thread as it has nothing to do with the rom or any bugs for the rom.
In the Apollo music player the volume is always turned all the way up for me. Is it just me or a bug with the rom?

erikmm for going beastMODE lol
How to help me:
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. The following is a useful format to follow.

THNX for your work
Looks absolutely sweet man.
What does the update cycle look like for LiquidSmooth? (Stable; Beta; Nightly)? And are updates able to be pushed out OTA for this bad boy?
I'm excited to flash away but first, rowing training :/

I am building from source, again this is using the razrqcom-dev-team trees as a base. Big thanks goes out to those folks, they have been extremely helpful.
Time to be lazy and copy from my other thread... CM10.2 issues will probably be present in here, etc.
Enjoy!

For Spain!
Enjoy folks. Let me know what you find - I'm kind of expecting the keyboard backlight bug to be back, but I should be able to fix that easily .
Nice to have AOKP 4.3 as an option. Thanks a lot.

I spose. I didn't see any huge response (or any for that matter) in the thread, so I figured no one was running it.

I haven't had any issues with 4g as of yet. Wifi tether works great. What doesn't work and I would love would be FastCharge.

I've responded about FastCharge in my kernel thread. This has nothing to do with the ROM, although the option is visible at the ROM level, the feature is really kernel based.
Thanks. See my post here in my kernel thread for more information as to why I decided to not enable it.

OK. After reading I see why you don't want to mess with that. Isn't the Q set to charge at like 1.2 mA as is?
New build up guys!
I can finally test this one too
Ill flash this when im fully awake and not hungover..

No signal? That's no good. I think I know how to fix the keyboard issue, but the no signal problem... Is strange.
I assume you tried changing the network/mobile settings? I'll doublecheck my settings.
**** I forgot to look into changing the mode.. It probably was on global or something
