[Q] can't boot anymore - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey Guys,
I tried to install CyanoghenMod on my N8000 (16GB) divice but i must have done something wrong.
I already installed back the stock ROM with Odin but the problem remains. Other roms wont work to.
The problem I have right now:
- tablet wo'nt boot, it hangs at Samsung logo
- i can get into download mode and use Odin
- i can get to recovery mode but:
- i get an error i cant mount /data and can't mount /sdcard
- so i cant install anything
- a data wipe is not working becouse of this error
- i was thinking to repartitionate but i cant find a "pit" file.
i googled a lot last week but i cant find an answer to my problem. I hope you guys can help me out...!

Have you done anything to your internal memory yet? If I recall the partitions are different for 4.2 and formatting the internal card MAY help. Please look into this before you do it.

i'm going to try, thanks for the tip.

just tried the suggestion with KIES but the problem is still the same.
How can i format the internal card back to normal?

I've deleted my OS and I can't even turn tablet on anymore!
Hello everyone! PLEASE, I need someone's help!
I have a Sanei N10 dual core. Its original OS version was 4.0.4 and I was trying to install Jelly bean into it. I had tried many ways, and the last one was using LiveSuit. I did all procedures taught in the forum. My device was connected to PC in ADB mode, and with Livesuit Open, I got a formating box from windows (the same you get when you select "format" on a storage device), so I chose format and after that, nothing else succeeded. So I disconnected the device from USB and I had to reset it. And the worse part, it didn't even turn on anymore.
I'm kinda noob in this issue, but I think when I chose format, I've formatted the partition which had the OS.
Now the Tablet doesn't give any life sign... No led, no message error, no anything "/
PLEASE, I need my Tablet back!
Thank you SO MUCH for any help

[Q] Star S5 rom problem

Hello,
i have a big problem with my new Star S5 smartphone: I wanted to install a custom rom (i had done that before), but after installation the touchscreen didn't work. I tried some other roms, but all had the same problem, so in panic, I clicked format (system, sd-card and emmc) in the clockwork recovery, but now the phone doesn't start at all (also not in recovery mode), and worse: the phone is not recognised by my pc, so I can't use the flashtool.
So my question is: what is the simplest way to get the phone back working? I tried everything I found, but nobody had the same problem (I know, the formatting maybe was completely stupid)
Thanks in advance for any help!

[Q] Bricked Kross GY-601 Chinese Tablet

Hi, I have a Kross GY-601 Tablet... One of the cheap chinese tablet you can pickup at factorydirect (Canada)
I seem to have bricked it when attempting to port Clockwork Mod Recovery to it. It does not show anything on screen or do anything, When I connect it to my computer.. It shows up as M6-CHIP in Device Manager as shown in my image.
The internal storage is completly gone as a result of my failed attempt to un-brick it..
It would be a great help if someone helped me fix this..
Thanks in advance..
-Henrique
PS: I'm only 13 sorry if my description of the problem is a bit bad..
Sooo,
You probably don't have proper drivers, use PDANet ones, they work even with obscure tablets.
You tried to port CWM or flash?
It's not bricked since your computer detects it
Last thing, do you have a backup recovery image or another recovery image that works so you can get it back up?
Daniel
I was dumb enough not to do any recovery image backups..
Also.. I ported cwm then flashed it with dd just poped the .img into the recovery block.. but since I didn't compile it properly when I adb reboot recovery.. It got into a boot loop.. so I tried to fix it but broke it even more... So then I tried re-writing the firmware for generic 4.1.2 chinese tablet.. but that messed it up to the point were it only shows as M6-CHIP.. i can only turn on and off.. nothing else.. no boot no screen light up nothing..
I can help you BUT....

Mediatek GT-I9190(S4 MINI ) , MTK6572 bricked!

I am sorry if this is the wrong group for this topic to discuss, I created the account for this specific problem I am having. If am wrong then please do guide me in the right direction.
So, I have a S4 mini Clone from mediatek first of all I am confused about the model. When I used the system info app it said hardware - 6572 and something else was there it said 6589_wet so what is the correct number to follow.
Now, the problem is that I rooted that device using MTKDroid and I guess I didnt chosed a right option for recovery. One day after rooting I restarted the device and it fell into bootloop then I went for recovery menu and tried to wipe partition cache and even wipe user data. It didn't work. Then, I copied the recovery backup file from my computer (which MTKDroid creates) to microSD card and tried to recover from sdcard. Even that didnt work, then I used another method which involves formatting using SPflash, even that didnt work I guess the scatter file was corrputed because SPflash sent an error message saying " the load and target are inconsistent " and the bar turned red.
Anyone with same problem got solved or anybody having any solution or even the correct rom for my device, I'd appreciate the help.
Kingtopkt072 ROM needed
Hi
Thanks for the great job done on your website.
My KingtopKt072 MT6572 is bricked, and I’ve been unsuccesfully looking for it all over Internet. Can someone please save my phone by sending me a link to download and recover my device? It’s got 512 RAM and it’s dual sim.
Thank you.
