Super wipe? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Can someone point me in the right direction for the super wipe method of cleaning this phone? I have been searching for a while and I keep seeing posts for the international version. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Edit. I knew as soon as I posted this I would find it. In case anyone else needs it. Here

Credit goes to those guys in that thread. I haven't used it yet but about to.
Edit: used it. It works. Don't flash unless you want absolutely everything gone!

[Q] Need help with installing original software on Samsung Galaxy tab SPH-P100

I'm trying to put the original operating system on the Samsung Galaxy Tablet SPH-P100, The reason i'm wanting to do this is because i'm trying to sell it, and cannot get my G-Mail Account off of it.
I've done the factory data reset, (home/menu/privacy/factory data reset) but it doesn't work. I've even wiped the cache partition from the manual screen and it still doesn't work.
Does anyone have a link to the software, and instructions on how to install it onto my samsung galaxy tablet?
Thanks for your help.
if anyone knows anything.. that'd be awesome.
Sprint or Verizon?
The Carrier is Sprint.

I can't really link the thread but search for [sprint]gingerbread 2.3.4 update. The thread will have some instructions. Do the bottom half unless you think you need to do both.
Thanks alot for your help, i'm going to give it a try, and i'll let you know if it worked for me or not.
Okay, i need to Re-install the Operating System, and i cant figure out the ODIN thing. Do you think you can run through the steps? I know that fourm you gave me showed steps, but i need more specific things.. like what do i do on the actual aplication.. it's quite confusing.
I am traveling and can't get that detailed right now. I'll be available I'm a few hours.

CM7 CWM build

Ok, for those that want it, here it is:
link removed to avoid any trouble
If anyone has a problem with me posting this, let me know and I'll remove it. It works 100% though. Built yesterday.
EDIT: For first time CM flashers coming from Samsung ROM's, MAKE SURE TO DELETE YOUR CACHE (normal and dalvik) AND DO A FACTORY RESET/DATA WIPE! Flashing from Green/Red CWM you may have to do a quick battery pull like the OP said in his installation instructions...

Yusssss!!! Finally been waiting for this.
I don't have access to a pc to perform an unbricking.. so..
I'm coming from s7 with a stock kernel, uv is enabled and in using the GB tweaks posted recently. Should I be ok to perform the install without incident?
Just making sure

can someone try this?
devs are already on it in development section. It should be as simple as changing the ramdisk but there could be many more issues.

some of the guys are working on it in This thread.
It currently boots, however is not working as an actual recovery at this point.
you can try flashing it, but do not use it to make any backups or flash roms.
There is a modified version floating around the forums that has touch CWM working for G2X 5.8.1.3. I have backed up and restored and it gave no problems.

dont go flashing that just yet... still not 100%
mount points are screwed up, so while it might look and act working, you might be restoring your dalvik cache to /system...
just hang on a bit longer, Rusty is getting close, but he can only do so much on his own without a g2x to test it himself.

Help me understand....

Can someone tell me the sifference between a moden, a radio, and a kernel? What dies each do and how would each help me with whatever rom i got installed. Or if you know a website i can go learn what some of these rooting terms are i would appreciate it. i googled it but coundnt find anything clear. thanks.

Here's a thread that will definitely help you out with some of the terminology:

Root Problem. Any Advice? EDIT: posted in wrong thread

Alright my friend gave me his rooted captivate because he thought he bricked it. Turns out it was fine. Used odin one click and its back to stock. The phone is still rooted but now theres nothing in recovery but options to delete user data and cache and to reboot system. I want to flash a different rom but i cant. Do i need to reroot it or is that not even necessary? Not sure for a solution to this problem. I looked at quite a few threads already and they dont really help so im just getting a second opinion for help.
ANY AND ALL ADVICE IS APRECIATED
Edit:sorry posted in wrong thread.

Really, dude, read the stickies/dev section. You need to flash a kernel that has CWM recovery baked in.
