I'm running the stock rooted from here

U can use these MODs ,, but u need to delete the corresponding .codex for the files I've edited. For instance if u flash one of my MODs that edits the SystemUI.a pk, u must delete the SystemUI.codex from your ROM.

aosp theme almost done
Everything except the phone/contacts .apks are done. Buy those keep force closing, once/if I can figure it out sooner than later

So I tried flashing the Blue Toggle MOD.
First I used Root Explorer to go in and rename all the associalted .ODEX files to .ODEX.BAK.
Then I booted into CWM Recovery and flashed the ZIP.
Now I'm stuck on the 4G Rings animation. It keeps cycling the animation with a really short vibrate buzz.
I went back to Recovery to clear Dalvik and try again. It rebuilt the apps but got stuck on the same 4G Rings animation.
Any ideas?

no, sorry man, no ideas, deodexed files are meant for deodexed ROMs, but do work just fine on odexed ROMs. so I am sorry to say but IMHO this is user error...

if you can show me where on a FULLY deodexed ROM that there are .odex files, I'll give you $100
but yes, beans is the ONLY ROM of the new leak, it is deodexed, hence why these MOD are for THAT ROM!
the man talking about .odex is using stock Odin flash able or something idk man.
don't like dealing with stuff that isn't meant to be flashed.
these MODs are made for beans ROM he made.. it's the only 4.1.2 ROM out...

Can you give a little more information on what can be flashed? Can some be combined, is it only one at a time that can be flashed? Has anyone tested these?
Edit: I flashed bean's 4.1.2 rom, rebooted to recovery, flashed ongoing wifi notification removal, rebooted, ran into bootloops. Reflashing the rom and going to try blue toggle mod next.

Dude you rock. This rom is getting better and better thanks to you.
I do have another question, is there an option to customize the lidroid toggles?
Also, I appreciate that you donate everything for breast cancer research. Look out for something from me.

Re: WRBMA2 leak MODs
Can you add these details to the OP? This is for beans' deodexed ROM only.

Features:
-15 TOGGLES BY CRISKELO
-TWO DIFERENT COLOR COMBINATIONS x TWO DIFERENT CLOCK POSITION MAKE....TADAAAA! 4 STATUS BAR THEMES
-B&W WILL DELIGHT THOS WHO SHOW OFF THEIR ELEGANCE, CLEAN INTERFACE, NO TEXT, JUST ICONS, THE ONLY COLOR IS IN BATTERY TO HELP YOU NOW IF IT'S GREEN (OVER 15%) OR RED (UNDER15%)
-GREEN, FOR THOSE THAT LIKE A COLOUR TOUCH WHILE NOT WILLING TO SUFFER EPILEPSIA CAUSED BY CRAZY TOGGLES, THIS ICONS LOOK BEAUTIFUL ON AMOLED SCREEN

I know I need to learn more. I used to be lazy & use uot kitchen to make my own mods - but since updating to ICS the stock framework res file is bigger than the max upload size on the site - so guess I need to learn more!

Use root explorer or any other file explorer that allows you to write over system folder and just remove the file from your phone , and I woul recommend you to use Rocket Rom. The closest to stock just slightly tweaked for performance and gorgeous battery life

Wow that's great thanks for the info it worked! Awesome transparent pull-down now & loving the extra options!
Now say I wanted to change the icons (i.e. I like digital battery theme). Do you know, would it simply involve using a program like 7zip to just go in & swap the images? Or would I have to recompile & sign the zip & stuff?

IT would work if you choose the right pngs and change their names to match exactly the ones in the apks and if they are same size , I have not decompile anything. I am waiting for eybee197p to help me with that. But even without decompiling and recompiling It works OK

This is probably because I'm using stock, but the iPhone-style clock ( )in the middle of the status bar is interfering/overlapping with status bar notifications. Like I just updated a market app & when I got the status bar "app successfully updated" it overlapped with the clock. Any fix?

[Mod] Battery Mod Tool - 1% Battery Image

Have come across a Battery Mod Tool for ICS that works fine in my stock 4.0.4 Deodexed (by Pankaj88) SGR. I got a 1% circle battery icon now and no longer having 2 battery indicators in the notification bar. Hurraaaay

By seeing no responses it seems ppl are happy with what they got in stock rom etc.

But, I don't understand why do yo need another battery percentage on your notification bar, while ICS has it yet (and you know it, because it's activated on your screenshot, as it appears yours "70%" battery twice). :-?
I'm happy with the ICS battery indicator, so no need an application to show me it and nor a framework mod.

I had both % battery and new battery icon (with %) in my screenshot just to show that the later is working fine. You can disable the % one that comes by default in settings. I have attached one more screenshot to avoid this misinterpretation.
I am very happy to see % battery comes by default in ICS but not happy to see no provision to hide the battery icon (without %) and ended having both in the notification bar

But, anyway, as I told you, for my personal needs, there is no requirement to apply any mod as far as I have the ics % indicator, which is just what I need. No problem at all having text and graphic indicator simultaneously.
Anyway, I understand there are some people over there which would prefer your little mod just because, obviusly, it's really graphically nicer

I am adding all tiny miny stuffs like this , few ported applications, other mods etc to my device for testing as well as for my daily usage. I am planning to release a Mod/ROM with all these stuffs in the future. I know, I would be moving in snail pace since I am not a developer but at least learning new things and trying to contribute a little for our device
is it possible to make a flashable zip of this mod....

Could you also create a zip to completely remove the battery Icon?
I use "Battery mix" and much prefer the full size bar so the original icon is a waste of space.

[MOD] --- Trueicon07 Modified Fancy Toggles *JUST UPDATED* to version 7 - (6-21-2013)

Do you want to change the stock toggle icons in your phone with the
fancy toggles in Trueicon without messing up your existing theme?
If the answer is yes then this is for you. Here is the modified trueicon fancy toggle mod which
only modifies the toggles and does nothing else to your phone or to your themes.
This is the Latest version of the Trueicon07 Mod - Just got done updating it
I take no credit for the Trueicon062, all the credit belongs to keygenSVK the developer.
Visit his thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2286137 and buy him a beer!
All I did was strip trueicon down so it only changes the toggles without changing anything else.
If you do not have a theme at all, but running stock rooted rom this modified trueicon will only change
the stock toggle icons with the fancy ones without modifying any thing else in your phone
If you have a themed rom then this modified trueicon will only change the toggle icons to the fancy ones
without modifying any thing else your phone.
This Trueicon mod should work with any Samsung Galaxy S4 Touchwiz based roms.
This Trueicon mod works fine with the NottachXposed app and the framework installer.
This is very easy to install, just flash it in cwm or twrp recovery and reboot the phone.
Be sure you make a nandroid backup before flashing any mods or themes

The same way you would revert back to stock after you have flashed any other theme.
I will add a line in my OP advising everyone that it's best to make a nandroid backup
before flashing this or any other mod and theme, hardly any of these themes and mods
come with a "revert" option.
Some devs don't even post a screenshot of their themes and mods

To the OP. Thank you. Excellent mod and looks beautiful. Finally got rid of those boring stock green toggles. Don't really want a full theme, sslauncher is sufficient for me.

Now even more compatible with all the Jellybean Touchwiz based Galaxy S4 devices.

No problem the reminder was to my benefit to be honest.
I read a post about it being in the original mod and 3mimit framework was use to change it to carrier name. For this reason I didn't install the full theme as I haven't installed 3minit. So I was wondering if you could mod the full theme by removing the author's name if it actually exists in his mod.

[UFT][MOD/ICONS] Minimalist stencil notification icons - now with D/L link!! oops!

these icons are originally by itiskonrad from the att thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2275858
I ported these to a Universal Flash Tool zip, to cleanly morph/mod AOSP, GE and TW roms.

I put it in a UFT zip and edited file names to be compatible with more than just one single TW rom for a single device. Now thanks to my help with his original work, it is compatible with AOSP, TW and GE roms for any device. not to mention VRthemes (like the other guy posted) are only good for CWM or TWRP. there are separate VRtheme templates for each. eww. my UFT is compatible with both cwm and twrp, and all 3 rom types on any xxhdpi device.

Dear friends,
First thanks to TRusselo for its nice work.
I see some people have problems with this theme. I think that coming from the fact that the MOD is a VR themes, and some mods are not possible with this kind of project. The advantage of it is that they are universal, but they can only patch resources like icons/pictures and sometime its not enough.
If you study the original MOD, you will see that the author also work on layout XML files (signal_cluster_view) which are compiled for a particular ROM so they cannot be used in a VR mod. You won't be able to have the "stacked" signal icons that way from original SystemUI.
The problem of the battery is the same : some systemUi have been changed by ROM makers to extend the original behaviour (animated charge battery ...). We can see in the icons directory that the icons are patched in the drawable-xhdpi resource directory while most of the SystemUi use drawable-xxhdpi directory and tw_stat_sys_battery_xxxx file names.
For all those reasons I'm afraid that the only way to achieve the original MOD with all its feature is to rebuild the original files and to replace them on ROMS. I've done it for me, I will try to share a version for latest TW roms.

its not a VRtheme zip, its a Universal Flasher Theme zip. 2 different but similar methods. and with both, it doesnt work with ANY rom but, also can..
there are some TW roms that this does work on, others not, works better with AOSP and GE roms, but there's one or 2 they dont. Subtle differences break functionality. Some custom TW roms have the stacked icons incorporated already, and allows this to work. other roms have no send/receive icons at all, and yes some xposed modules take over icons.
