xda developers plz show some development on q mobile noir A10.. is there any custom rom available? to increase battery life.. ..
bad first move
The first thing all new XDA users should do is read the XDA rules. #15 gives instructions on how to post in the proper section.
[Q]questions threads ALWAYS go in the Q&A section.
Rule #1 is ALWAYS SEARCH before making a new thread.
after a quick google of the title of your thread, & adding XDA, I found this thread that might help
You will also find you get more help when following the rules.
reported for moving
^^ Well there you go.

I know im a noob, but why can't i post on sgs3 verizon synergy rom thread?
Because it is a development thread.
So do i have to get permission or something?
You need to post some more before you are allowed to post in development forums.
In the meantime,if you have a question about a ROM or other development issue, then post your question in the Q&A forum of your device.
Gotcha thanks
Because you're a new user, I suggest you read the threads stickied at the tops of these forums but especially the ones I've linked here.

They'll tell you all you need to know about these forums and a load of other things which you'll definitely find useful.

Yeah, we need to post at least 10 posts to non developments subforums. That's all For example to those, like your topic

The first things to be made are to read and still to read before making something else.
It's necessary to go through the forums which concern our device(s) to avoid posting useless questions, read and still, to take notes on a notebook, to know its terminal.
This some threads that you can read:

yes, right here. read second post from Agressorek, thats what you need to know.
Just talk about what you like and want to share with us. When u read a count of 10 posts u can then post in the developers forum.

Just keep reading the QandA and Discussions forums, and then posting there until you get 10 posts.

When you signed up there was also a video which you were supposed to watch which explains some of this stuff.
First (and most important) thing to do though is use the search. Then if you don't find anything, search again. Just about everything you can ask has been asked before, including why you cannot post in the technical forums and what you can do about it.
wHen i can get full privlage of xda , like posting my thread anywhere , & reply to others thread?
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Yes, when you get full privileges you will be able to create a thread anywhere, and you will be able to reply to any thread that you have access to. Please note though that there are certain rules for posting. For example, in a development section, only development threads are allowed to be created there, so that's threads for ROMs, kernels, mods, etc. The average XDA really only should ever create a thread in a general section or in a q&a section. Also be careful when replying to development threads, because techncially only posts that contribute to the development of that product actually belong in a development thread.
If one app related to the Xposed is developed, is it suitable to launch it on the XDA forum?
And I am not sure how to get the permission to insert download link in the post...
As the forums rule said: "The 10 post rule requires all new members to make 10 helpful or respectful contributing posts before they can post in a development forum"
Which part of the forum for a new member to post, and what kind of information is proper...
It is appreciate if someone can offer me more details. Thanks a lot~
I like this forum and like to share ideas with all these respectable and professional developers~

First, please do not fear that your post gets deleted. This might only occur if it violates the XDA Forum Rules or doesn't add nay value e.g. if absolutely off-topic. I also suggest to have a look into rule no. 15 but also always into the moderator guidances and announcement that are stuck at the top of a specific forum.
Second, it depends on your question, and this forum, in which you currently posted, is generally fine for device related questions. If your question is more device plus Android specific consider to post here:
Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
This forum is for all of your questions about Android Development and Hacking. If you need help troubleshooting a problem, please be as specific as possible by describing your software configuration, including the ROM, kernel, and any modifications you've done.
forum.xda-developers.com
A XDA search for your device will provide some results, in which fora other users posted. This might help you especially to also see if a subject matter thread already exists where you could post your question too - and should actually do in accordance with rule. no. 5.
