What will he do if we donate him a i9003? Just make his Ehndroix ROM perfect? No offense but we already have more then enough ROM's, I don't think the i9003 community will donate a device to Alessandros just for another ROM, besides, (again no offense) if we were going to donate a device then it would be to someone more talented which could help with kernel 3.x work. Unless Alessandros can/is willing to do kernel 3.x work with dhiru/adi etc, then I don't see any valid reason to donate to him.

Fair enough. Let's see if these "Ehndroix Lovers" are willing to donate.

This is great news, but we have hillbeast already trying to get it to boot. time and efforts from hillbeast and colleague would be wasted if they start a new 3.x kernel. It would be better if they could just collab together and get it to boot sooner. The more devs working on this, the better and faster we will earn a perfect kernel for our ics.
How does him help us???

It's already been conveyed to Dhiru and Hillbeast. Check kernel 3.x thread in dev section.
let's not hope for hillbeast anymore. 2-3months of working for nothing. c'mon guys.
Semaphore kernel is currently the best kernel for the i9000.. And it is great news that Stratosk is ready to work on our device.. I'll be glad to donate if the community plans to get him a device..
He has first hand experience with kernel 3.x and his involvement will be a great boost for the development of this device..

I9000 and I9003 have different hardware and specification which GS using Hummingbird chipset whereas our device using TI OMAP chipset. Isn't we should ask developer from a more similar specification device like LG optimus black which I think work is more easier for them..
Correct me if I'm wrong....

no comments on that ....
I think asking UC team to give away the device will be very rude and disrespectful of all the work they've done for us, Unless they are willing to give it away voluntarily...
Dhiru has a boon to this community and because of his efforts we're so close to getting on Cyanogen Mod's official list... All we need is one last push and we should do everything to get there.. So I don't think one last donation will hurt us..
Stratosk or anybody else, we need to make sure they're interested in committing some of their time and effort to this community rather than bailing out after a few months of development..

The codeworkx already would quit developing for the Galaxy SII and SIII probably, he is striving to continue development without the necessary documentation. The Aorth doing a great job. I hope that Samsung fulfill his word without even rolling over yet, so I think matter of time before we ROMs more stable and officially supported by CM. I do not know if Aorth part of Team CM, but I believe the same CM10 having official support (I wish so much ^ ^) should continue with him at the helm, after he saved us!! Thank Aorth too!!!
I'm very anxious, just want to see the development of this increase!!
Waiting CyanogenMod support and other Builds now .... Hopefully soon I started as vai be disponiabilizada documentation.

[ROM][AOSP][LINARO] CarbonRom 1.π JB 4.2.2 [ville] » Feb 20

CarbonRom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. The team is composed of former members of Team Liquid who have forked the code in an attempt to bring greater speed, better coding, and full authorship to code. We are in no way affiliated with Liquid0624. The rom was forked at Liquid beta 3.2.1 and has since undergone major code changes and modifications. Please note that on some devices the kernel is not yet linaro compiled.
We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy.
Please feel free to look at, build, and use our code on CarbonDev GitHub.
We would like to thank CyanogenMod for their device trees, framework/settings mods and their code that was incorporated into this project. We also extend our gratitude to the devs whose code that we have incorporated. Proper authorship has been maintained and can be viewed on our repository.
Special thanks also go to Slim Rom for some of their features, PA, AOKP, and anyone else we may have borrowed commits from that hasn't been mentioned here. If you feel you have been unfairly left out, please - let us know.
While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! If you have questions, ask your fellow users or ask us in #teamcarbon on freenode IRC.

Our next goal is to put together a build machine, and we need your help. Why do we need a server? Well, a few reasons. The first is the most obvious - we'd like to build more frequently and need the hardware to support it. That means drive space and speed. The more of each we have, the more we can say "hey let's crank out a build," and throw it up on goo so you see an update in goomanager. Right now, building is a pretty intensive all-day process. The second reason is stability. Building from a development machine means that the environment itself is less stable. This translates into, again, fewer builds and more work to make them. Faster building means we can build for more devices, too. All this free time means we can do more cool stuff. We've got a lot of great ideas coming, and every bit of time we can get to work on them means a better rom for you. If you've enjoyed Carbon, please consider a donation toward this goal. Thank you, and we hope you continue to enjoy Carbon!

Support
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Ask a question on our IRC channel. Connect to #teamcarbon on irc.freenode.net or click here. You'll find several other Carbon fans and usually one or more devs as well. Please be polite.

Remember, every penny you send to us goes right back into the rom. It's used for hardware, server costs, etc - all the things that help us make Carbon better with every release. Your support means the world to us! If you've enjoyed Carbon, please consider a donation toward this goal. Thank you, and we hope you continue to enjoy Carbon!

Regarding kernel development for i9500 [2/3/2015]

GOOD NEWS DEFINATLY PROMISING LL KEENEL SOURCES FOR I9500 IS UP
People in the development community of our be loved device
We as users, miss a crucial part of android customization which is custom kernels . Sadly, It has been dead for months . I really appreciate the developers' efforts those who came up with some kernels for i9500 like maxfu kernel , adam kernel, and perseus kernel. Unfortunately, their projects are currently discontinued. We as users look up for that kind of customization so I hope that some of U step up and work on something for our device cuz I really feel jealous of i9505 users bearing in mind the numerous choices they have when it comes to kernels.
Thanks in advance , and a big shout out for developers currently working on cool roms :highfive:
