HTC One S villec s3 BRICKED - HTC One S

I have a HTC One S villec s3, and I unlocked it using the official HTCDev method, then I tried to install CWM but I couldn't, then I successfuly installed TWRP, and it worked fine.
I made a backup of the official ROM so good, but after doing factory reset, wiping cache/dalvik I accidentally press power and the phone was powered off. Now when I turn it on I can get into bootloader but I can't enter into TWRP, I tried reinstalling TWRP but I can not get into TWRP, only thing that I see is the logo of TWRP and suddenly restart.

No problem
If you can get into bootloader then all is good.
Go into fastboot and relock your phone with htc all in one application and then flash the europe ruu 4.0.4

If this doesn`t work you will have to flash the ruu

wow, it sucks
Then unlock your phone again with HTC One S All-In-One Toolkit

Then try with TWRP 2.4 from here:

You can do a little trick to flash TWRP 2.4....you have to download it, rename it in TWRPS3.img and then move it in htc tools directory/Data/Recoveries and replace TWRPS3.img (this is the old recovery)
And try again to flash a rom or to rerestore your rom.

Flash a rom
I think u have have to reflash ruu to fix hboot

if you can get into recovery -
1. wipe everything (all partitions, dalvik cache, battery stats, etc)
2. mount usb storage. download jaggy rom and put it on to the sd card.
3. flash the rom, it will boot up fine.
4. reboot to recovery. wipe everything again.
5. reboot to bootloader (in twrp) if on yannou, just pull out the battery, put it in and keep holding volume down and power till you get the fastboot menu.
6. get into fastboot mode, connect phone to PC, run the proper RUU for your device.
if you can't get into recovery -
fastboot boot <recovery name>.img. Preferably use a twrp recovery.

sorry bro, I can't find the T-mobile specific ROM. Since you already have your phone running, and if you desparately want to switch back to the T-mobile ROM, you can always flash that RUU and take it to them and tell them that you just want the software updated. I don't think they will care about the phone being rooted as the service center guys will. I might be wrong though. Doesn't hurt to ask, does it ?

I assume your bootloader is unlocked, since you say so. You don't need to flash a recovery for it to work. You can just boot a recovery image and do your stuff.
1) run "fastboot devices" command. See if it spits out your device. If it does, your phone's in fastboot mode.
2) run "fastboot boot <recovery image name>.img". This will reboot your phone directly into the recovery where you can play around.
I assume again that one of your partitions has been corrupted just like mine had. So just as a safety measure use cute_prince's nand recovery method. Wipe everything from recovery, and reboot your phone. You should be able to flash stuff, and lock your bootloader normally. Then run the RUU.
NOTE : BOOTLOADER MUST BE LOCKED BEFORE FLASHING RUU.
Hope this helps. Reply back if you run into any other problems. Will try to help you as much as I can. And as far as flashing a ROM goes, I would stay away from CM10 beta 6 and all sense 4.0 / 4.0a ROMS as I have faced nand burns with them.

Try out this method it might solve ur prob ..
!!!DO NOT RELOCK the bootloader before Step 4 - this will brick your phone!!!
1. download RUU for your device here (check your radio at top the bootloader menu)
2. extract the RUU rom from RUU application
start the ruu application, even if it fails. also start the flashing process, nothing will happen here. search for the ruu logs, for me at c:\ruu_log. in the log (for me in line 191) is the path to the rom.zip that should get flashed. something in temp folder... for me the line looks like this:
"<T093343><DEBUG><CMD>fastboot -s HT1BMVMXYZ flash zip C:\users\raangu\AppData\Local\Temp\{1235}\{12345}\ rom.zip</CMD></DEBUG></T093343>"
3. flash the needed images
in the rom.zip you will find a boot_signed.img, a system.img and a recovery_signed.img. flash all these images with fastboot.
In command line:
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot_signed.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery_signed.img
4. relock the bootloader
In command line:
fastboot oem lock
5. install with RUU application
now run the RUU application again and follow the instructions.
You are back on RUU now!

-I read the threat about Cyanogen Mod 11, it seems i need to install TWRP first, my current recovery mod is ClockworkMod v6.0.0.0. Is there anything else before i install TWRP or can I just downlaod it and then install like Clockwork?
My H-Boot is 1.49.9999

Did you flash your recovery via fastboot? Easiest way to flash TWRP 2.7 will be using "flashify" from the play store. it has got a built in feature to download the right recovery for your phone, and automatically flash it after download
May be you just read the (whole) thread about your suggested rom before installing it "blind"

Helo, its me again
I tried the flashify, i was just able to flash TWRP 2.7 on my phone. But i need 2.6.3.0 (or any other recovery with SELinux support)
but cant downlaod it via flashify. So i downloaded it manually and tried to flash by using cmd and fastboot. Then I just get the "too many links" error. Can't fix it, cant find a solution that works on me..

If that doesn't work its getting a little complicated. Means you have to install a <4.4 rom and install 4ext updater (installs 4ext recovery) from plystore and then you ca install >4.4.
Updating HBOOT will not help!

[Q] Back to stock recovery B137SP03 without recovery image

Hello all,
I have been going slightly mad today trying to get my mate 7 2GB back from CWM to stock recovery. The main problem is that I do not have a stock recovery image. But after being shown where to find one, I noticed that I could not get it successfully flashed either.
Since I do not really know how to do this, I used flashify, but that did not work and either returned me to the CWM or sent me to rescue.
Can someone help me to a) get a stock recovery image for the Mate 7 version MT7-L09 and b) show me how to properly flash it?
Find stock recovery is easy.. only a question why flashify don't work for you? It work fine for me... your device is rooted?

Hi @dzjero86, my device is rooted and I am on the B137SP03 version atm, using CWM. Don't know why Flashify is not working for flashing a recovery image. It works fine to flash a CWM recovery. Maybe I have the wrong stock recovery... If you can find it, can you send me the link or add it as an attachment here?
Please guys help me to . i have that same problem i have been trying to flash the stock recovery again but i couldn't even with flashify after i flash i takes me to bootloader screen and it shows me a fun_error message
I have a tl-10 device

A way to find the stock recovery is : download the whole B137SP03 Rom from the Huawei site , and use a tool called "Firmware unpacker for Huawei" whit this tool you can extract the recovery.img from the Rom and try to flash it using flashify
Firmware unpacker

Rom

Pd : I am not a developer or anything similar but I have some years of experience rooting and etc ...

Do you tried flash via fastboot ?
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Or try to use this tool
http://forum.xda-developers.com/mat...custom-recovery-tool-mt7-l10-l10-mt7-t3022424
This should work.
The fast boot just stucks at waiting for device
And the tool you send says that the stock recovery works only on tl_09 and my device is tl_10

Ok, I couldnt access your firmware unpacker, but I did manage to use the tool you suggested.
I have a different recovery screen, but is this the right one? It has EMUI large in centre screen and the options reboot system now, wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition.
If this is the correct one, and I am already on the D137SP03 ROM, I should be able to locally update right?
I tried this, and got a lot further this time, but my phone gave an error message during the update. Do I need to flash the original B137SP03 rom again, even though I am already on it?
I think you maybe can flash using adb commands and also you need adb drivers working

I think so. If stock looks like I described: black screen, large EMUI logo, and the options reboot system now, wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition?
That's right... you have stock recovery... sometimes the update fail if the UPDATE.APP is on the internal storage.. try to flash from a micro sd card or re-download the update ....
English is not my first language...

No luck so far.... I've downloaded the update.zip, put it in my mnt/ext_sdcard/dload folder and start the local update. It begins OK, as the progress bar moves along. But after about 25% it shoots to the end, and then I get an update failed screen with a red exclamation mark.
What could I try to get it to work??

Ok, I just reinstalled the B137P03 version from the how to install lollipop thread, and that went successful. Now going to try the update.zip! Keep you posted
Ah, now we're talking It seems to have worked. Phone is now showing 'Android is upgrading' and 'optimising app.....'
Great! It does seem strange I had to reinstall the B137SP03 rom, but that did the trick!
