[Q] cm10 nightly center clock mod - Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G

running cm10 nightly. cant seem to find a center clock mod for the blaze. any help?
thanks

Is this question taboo or something? Every other Rom for this device seems to have this option. I believe i did a pretty extensive search b4 i asked.

I had the same issue. I wanted clock centered. So I just went to a different cm10 based rom with the feature

Request CRT Animation stock

Dear Blaze developers,
I've googled and searched a lot but for the life of me cannot figure out why I can't add crt animation to the stock framework-res. Just a little modding. Thanks for any help.

I believe those links do not work for Jellybean. I don't know why the latest roms don't have this customization built in.
I have found one.. Title says for the N7 but description says it can work on any device
Click Me for the info lol
That's the same thing... but to my surprise I find that the bool's value was already set to false.
So anyone have any clue on enabling this "crt" on CM10 ?

[Q] Best ROM?

Is the best and most stable ICS/JB rom for this device??
Which can be used as a daily driver...
Which is the best method to root the device and install cwm??
I have even read on the efs file getting corrupted.. Can anyone tell me how exactly do I back it up
Thanks

Stable without any bugs and crashes?
Like everything working (camera, video, wifi) without any problems. The best rom keeping this in mind! Even a GB rom will do
I don't use camera much.. I didn't test it but heard that it's working..
Wifi, blue tooth working.
Super smooth.. Good for gaming..

Stay using stock rom if you can't stand any bugs because there isn't a bug free ICS/ JB custom ROM.. There isn't a best custom ROM too. All custom ROMs/ kernels are built equally great. Careful, don't get your thread locked when asking this type of BEST question...
This one is the best

A good custom GB Rom is [ROM][LF2][15.10.2012]TheFrankenstain^MODv.3.8 with no bugs
the JB rom that i suggest you is the [KERNEL][ROM] qwerty - CyanogenMod 10 [02/03/13] the only main problem is related to Videos (low framerate in recording)
Enjoy!

I agree with X-Gamer But what about Skype & Google Talk Video Call? Both are not working properly in any of CM10 Alpha 4 Custom Roms. There are always either Audio or video lags in CM10 Aplpa 4 Roms

Its based on CM10 Alpha 4. this rom doesnot contains google aaps like gmail, maps, google search etc but u can get them from playstore. U can always enjoy high ended games without a lag

[ROM] [4.4] [UNOFFICIAL] CyanogenMod11

I've compiled CM11 for the Evita and it's been running great for me for the last week, so I thought I'd share it with the community. These are compiled straight from the source https://github.com/cyanogenmod. Thanks to the whole CM team for the hardwork, and PA/BaNkS for the GApps. Use the provided recovery, as I haven't had success with flashing through TWRP.
To install do the following:
1) In fastboot, fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
2) reboot to recovery then install CM11 followed by PA 4.4 Gapps (Or BaNkS GApps)(wipe cache/dalvik cache)
3) ???
4) Profit!
11/28 Build has a cherry=pick based on this commit to enable NFC HCE (Host-based Card Emulation) meaning GoogleWallet tap-to-pay is now enabled! If you have GWallet, report back if this works for you.
12/4 Build incorporates fix found by phoenixita to make build flashable via twrp! Also, netflix and other video services appear to be working without a grey block taking up 50% of the video.

Nope, I've just been running stock.
Does anybody know where I can find settings to change the battery icon to the circle with percentage numbers in the center? Also have lockscreen targets been implemented yet? Lastly can I remap buttons yet? Thanks op, it's running great!
Does tap to pay with Google Wallet work? I've tried beanstalk 4.4 and I couldn't make it work. After I spend my free $20 I got from signing up for ISIS I'm ready to ditch the stock ROM and get back on the bleeding edge of things.
Excuse my ignorance, but what id ART.

The PA full package from the OP. It says that ART is supported, but all I got was Google+, Gmail, sysUI, and other crashes.
After installing 4.4 and Gapps, I went to developer settings, switched to ART, and it made me reboot. There aren't any other steps to take first, are there?

yes, it's easy to do it,
about porting, it's better to port it from i9082's cm11, it has dual sim support, so we'll replace the needed files 'n' then flash thier related modem,
and there we go
but i liked the Speed Demon ROM PMP i think that it's more tweaked than CM11
