Odin Stucks at boot.bin while updating S2 to Jelly Bean the ROM is official from Sam Firmwares. I updated my S2 to ICS Via Odin only but never faced such problem any help?

Are you saying you can Odin the same phone to ICS but not to JB?
Have you tried using Kies?
if you have a stock rom, also for me, the simple way to upgrade the firmware is Kies.

Are you sure all of the drivers are installed?
What about extracting the image and flashing via fastboot?

You are going to have to be a bit more specific than that in the future.

i installed kies today and flashed BOJH1 Firmware on my phone. i connected it to kies and tried to update but kies say "your phone software upgrade is not supported by kies"
Any help?

An official ROM is an official ROM regardless of what you use to flash it.

I have a skyrocket i727 stock unrooted at 2.3.6
Kies is latest edition and up ti date (2.blah blah-18) ..
when I connect it to my PC and hit firmwere update it says "your device is not supported by kies"
what's wrong ?

When I was on Nexus S , the ICS 4.0.3 OTA was around 128mb size (sure skyrocket ICS would be bigger), which is big file size for an OTA (I installed it using fastboot and CWM recovery) so when it will come for the skyrocket it would be difficult to do from just the phone itself...

Everything is stock un-touched !!! just got the SR a week ago , no mods (and no custom recovery what so ever)...and just updated OTA 2.3.6 yesterday

having this problem as well and no i don't get OTA so im confused anyone help ?
4.0.4 is not ota. Use kies, if you can get it to work, or Odin it.

Do i have to have stock recovery or do i have to update keis to 2.5.2.13021_10?
If a stock recovery is the issue, is there a flashable zip of stock recovery :3
You need a stock recovery for kies to update yes. Sometimes to get it to recognize you need to have kies troubleshoot drivers.

For stock recovery you'd have to odin back to stock rom.

i was updating my galaxy sl camera firmware from this menu (*#34971539#)...while i was updating ,the internet disconnected...and when i open the camera...i show blank blank screen...I hope to help me
after this i upgraded to the value pack jpkpm from kies...the problem stayed
reflash the firmware again.
that happened to me as well doing froyo reflashing.
or move to gingerbread or ics alpha

I think he meant the clean process, That means starting from the PIT, XXKPE , then your current firmware again.

sammobile.com provides the stock firmware untouched, you will need to install the latest one for your region.

Yeah same, i had it rooted, seen there was the JB update, so i flashed back to stock using a guide on XDA
Now i try to update it and it says there's no update. Halp

I have flashed stock with Odin and can't get updates ... I own n8010 . its currently not rooted or modified . any advice in how to get ota would be nice... I could flash through Odin.... But I'm frustrated about not getting otas... I have tried. ICS and xms older builds... Nothing brings me to mk2..

No...I have flashed the last 3 versions before mk2 for my region and none have otas
