I agree, it looks kind of cheap looking for $13 price tag. I hope Google gets off its ass and start making these Bumpers available. They also need to start contacting companies to get some cases on the market. If they are going to keep running out of Bumpers and we have very limited options, they BETTER expect lots of cracked Nexus 4's coming back to their replacement warehouse. There is no reason for a company like this to have such a poor E-Commerce practice. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I haven't gotten the clear case I ordered yet from them, but I can vouch for their customer service.
I preordered the clear case and received a package from them late last week. It had an S case in it.
The clear cases have taken a little longer to manufacture, so they sent me a free S case to make sure my phone is protected until the clear case is in stock.
Note: I ordered the clear case, not the smoked clear. Looks like they took the clear option off of Amazon temporarily.

Yea I ordered it Friday I think its shipping today I'll post some pics when I get it ...didn't notice the back saying Kay's case till after Lol :/

I have their S- line type case on my nexus 4 right now, I know it isn't the same case, but very similar. TBO it looks like the same one that is selling on Ebay from China for less.
I considered buying one off Ebay, but glad I didn't because they sent me a black case when I ordered a clear one. I messaged them and they are sending me the clear one I ordered free of charge. I know it is rare to have an issue like I did, but it is nice to know they have good customer
service.

i bought one of these in black. not bad. i dont really like the way the official bumper fits on the phone so this will do until a nicer tpu one comes out.

Got mine yesterday. I like it but it peels up the corners of my Xtremeguard protector. I'm gonna try a thinner protector with it.

So received the case a day early!!!
It maybe just my instance, but it would appear that the one I received appears to be completely new? The packaging looks totally original (IE not a brown box, but the normal retail plastic box) and not resealed. The case itself looks totally fine to me without any blemishes or even signs of use.
I don't know why this is a "refurb" (probably a return?) but at least for me well worth the price.

Update to this update... I found the blemish... The finish on the bumper is not 100% correct. While most of the bumper is glossy, one part is like the laminate (if that is what it is) wasn't applied. Still didn't notice until I tilted it at an angle so it is hard to notice. So this isn't a simple return as I thought but is clearly a second. I still think it is worth the price.

Damn, I think they're OOS on the Neo Hybrid cases...was really looking forward to getting one!

I got mine in the mail today and it seems to be in great condition! I did a inspection thoroughly and there seems to be only one small hairline scratch but it's really not noticeable but it all depends. I might just got lucky so all in all, this is a excellent deal!

Spigen Neo Hybrid Case cracks at the usb

I have the say it is the best looking case out for the GS4 but the main issue is the case will crack at the usb area. Top first then bottom. The area is thin. If they reinforce it some how this would last longer then 2 months. I have never dropped my phone and once on my phone it never came off until it now. Am I the only one?

Nope. You're not the only one with quality issues on your NeoHybrid.
Mine had paint chips which appeared from nowhere.
Seems like there are some serious durability issues with the NeoHybrid case.

My GSII NeoHybrid bumper case took a beating and kept going with so much abuse. I have to say design is 10 durability is a 2!

Running commando now that mine cracked at both sides of the headphone jack.

Yeah, my neo hybrid for the SGS2 last a long long time too. Not sure why for the SGS4 it crapped out on my so fast.

I hope people know about the short comings of the case even if it looks like one of the best cases. I wish they reinforced the area or used the same materials like the GSII case!

I had the same issue. I contacted them thru email and they were pretty fast to respond. They ask me to send a pic of the damage then they sent me a new one and it only took 3 days to get here. Looks like they're aware of the issues because the new one i received is a bit different, the usb insert part is actually a bit thicker and less likely to bend and breaks.

I got mine as a gift so I doubt they will send me a replacement. It is a official sgp item. What about the top headphone jack, is the area thicker?

Mine cracked too.. I took two pictures, sent them in to Spigen support, an never heard a word. Went out and bought another brand that won't crack.

Same here. Paint chips from light use. My case has never been mishandled and the paint chips. I have a red one.
I got so pissed off that I sprayed a clear coat on it lol. That did the trick. But for a $30 case it's very poor quality.

Mine also broke at usb and I've never dropped or remove case, its just to thin there. They need to make it aluminum!

Heres the pic of the new one they sent me.. Notice tge difference?
I made a mistake saying is a bit thicker.. It looks the same but the new one with a lip seems sturdy when i try bending it.
As for the one asking for the headset, its the same.
I know the quality of the frame sucks but I do love this case...I always get a compliment how nice my phone is.

i also use neo hybrid spigen but everything it's okay and i love this case lol in my country many people recommended me to used spigen case than other brand.

I'll be waiting for the second batch of the device, because I want to see reviews, and to avoid any possible quality control issues that might initially exist. With this in mind, I obviously want to protect my investment, what with being a student on a budget. As such, I want to really protect my screen. In fact, just last week I shelled out an unplanned $120 to replace the screen on my S3 i9300, which fell face down in its ZeroLemon battery case. The screen wasn't cracked, but it was damaged in terms of the pixels. It started out with a purple spot, and got progressively worse overnight, to where it was totally black, and unusable. Does anyone know if a Ballistic, Trident, or UAG case will be made available for the 6P? Are there any other ideas as to the type of case I'm looking for, besides those I mentioned?

A good case and a tempered glass screen protector should help a lot. That's what I usually use for my phones

I sent an email to the manufacture today, I didn't yet get a response. One other buyer on Amazon (via a review) reported he got contacted back by the manufacture, and he pasted an email from them stating the photo is only a prototype. It makes sense as the case won't mail out for a full month. The month delay is OK with me because my phone won't be here before then.

The post shows a reply from the company saying those were pre release mock up images... They should update the images but as long as they don't really cover the LAF no biggie. Especially considering I got to order the case for $2!

I ended up getting this case, there has been confirmation that the LAF will not be blocked on the final version (source the manufacturer)

In the image attached to this post is the email I received back from the manufacture. As others have already posted their responses they got back also. Happy to know this case will work fully with the 6p and its laser focus.

I ordered a clear one that needs the opening trimmed (or sent back). I kind of like this one with red accents, looks like the opening is wide enough.

Looks easy to make a template to cut an opening wide enough. It's crystal clear, may not effect IR anyway.

I ordered the carbon, would be nice to see how it looks on the device.

My clear case from Amazon. Should be a simple exacto fix once I know how wide to cut. I'm going to love the 6P, only slightly wider than my N5, and who cares how long it is (especially with superior speakers on front!).

I can take use them now with a dbrand skin on. At least I can peel a case off real fast and throw it back on when done. I tried rocking it bare and my back got all scratched up somehow.

That's a generic Amazon response that means other Amazon members didn't answer the question. Probably because the case isn't shipped yet. If you didn't contact the seller directly, then you probably won't get a response. I've had good luck with other sellers going directly to their seller page/profile and clicking the contact seller option (I don't recall exactly where that is without going through the steps).
However, I picked up a silicone bumper for just over $1 on eBay. It's a universal bumper, so not meant for any particular phone. It covers the earpiece too. Can't see notification LED, but the only thing it affects relating to the earpiece is it's a tad quieter. Call quality is not impacted, just turn the volume up one or 2 more steps than usual. Of course, this case is a different material and may play with the acoustics a little differently, but I doubt it'll mean you can't hear callers. If you have concerns, wait for others to buy it and review it.

Relax. I emailed Tudia last week about the case and they verified that the images on Amazon were old and they they would remove and replace them asap. They further verified that the real case does not cover the ear speaker at the top. It's still coming. Here is their reply to my email.
"Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. I have consulted with our manufacturing team and determined that the images are in fact wrong. Rest assured, the case's design will have cut-outs for earpiece speakers. I have brought the issue to the attention of marketing team and we will be sure to update the images right away.
Again, I certainly do apologize for any confusion or concern caused. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions regarding our products."

The case is back up on Amazon. Says it will be released next Friday the 20th.
