I don't know what you mean with this bat code and if you have root (which would mean you actually was able to boot) or if you just unlocked your bootloader...
Anyways...
Make sure that you follow the right tutorial (S4 or S3 device).
Most of this problems are because you have a S3 and try to do it with S4 stuff (or vice versa)

Ok the bootloader are unlocker. My question is
My phone is S4 or S3.?
And i need a better tuto to root my phone
Sent from my HTC One S using xda premium
Does your phone boot up?, what have you tried? Rom installed?
BTW...that red writing is normal, everyone with unlocked boatloader has it.

Well the first you have to check is if you have a S3. I guess you have a S3 and installed a S4 recovery...
There are several guides which describe how you can find out what you have.
Just make a search for it I'm on the road so i can't give you a link right now

If you cant follow those steps... Maybe you shouldnt root at all. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and works flawless as long as you do each step.

Hmm.. if u could unlock it via fast boot and install a recovery via fast boot, u could download a rom and flash it via recovery which should start u off like new again. hmm disregard all that recovery talk. i found out that you might need to Factory Reset or Hard Reset to restore to factory settings. i found this site on blogspot on how to do that. Click "Skip AD" on upper right corner in the link provided. Hard Reset Nokia 5700

Or if its a 4 digit number combination, then just go through a long time consuming process of 0000, 0001,0002- 9999... unless u know more or less the digits u used in the first place

Hey guys,
I have one small question for you as I'm going nuts!
Is there a way to root the HTC One X (mine is the international Tegra model) without using HTCDev?
I don't want to use HTCDev as I'm sure they are keeping all devices that did root on file to avoid their warranty if needed...
Thanks a lot guys !

The folks on this forum section don't have the same phone as you. The international version has its own forum section: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1533
The international version (Tegra3) has completely different hardware from the versions addressed in this forum (Snapdragon S4). Do you really want people with a different phone, and no experience with your device to be giving you root advice?
This is how my bootloader screen looks...

Errr your hboot confuse me LoL
Everytime whenever there is a discussion about hboot i would just read a bit then ignore it xP
You are already 's-off', which is better than 'unlock' with s-on.
You should have a custom recovery, i presume it is clockwork. to flash a new rom step.
I would give my post 1 or 2 days before trying it out. Because if i am wrong someone will correct me then we both can learn.
I am slowly forgetting this kind of details but I think that even S-OFF (which is definitely much better than unlocked) he still needs an Engineering bootloader to flash a recovery.

Just flash another superuser.zip via recovery then you'll got it.
Try the latest SuperSU. Get the flashable version.

Yeah..
Finally, I did it. Thank you guys all, especially "indrawib".
And I also have one more thing to ask, everytime the phone runs an app which needs the root right, a notice will shows, then I have to touch the button on the right (as the attached picture), it's quite inconvenient. Is it normal, guys ?
Yeah it's normal. If you want supersu not to ask for permission again than you should change supersu setting from prompt to grant.
Enjoy your rooted butterfly.
