[Q] Music stops playing after upgrade to 4.1.2 - General Questions and Answers

Hi There,
So ever since I upgraded from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 on I9300 I've got all music players and Google Music app to stop in the middle of each song you it pauses and you must go back to the app and hit play.
In the case of Google Music, yes... I am streaming. For music playing from the SD card it does happen the same thing.
I have no power saving apps either.
Any thoughts?

[Q] music player issues

Does anyone had any problem with their motorola xoom music player? Mine had been acting up recently, regardless if I am using stock apps or downloaded apps, or youtube, the music player will automatically pops up and played the tracks like I opened it. Even when I force close it, it will later pop back up again.
Anyone had similar problems?
I personally haven't.

[Q] problems playing .mp3 files in the default music player

as the title says, there are some times that when i play my music files (.mp3), the track would just play a short part another one of my music then goes back to the track that i was originally listening without me touching my phone and the display is turned off.
in short, there are times that the original track will be replaced by another random part of one of my music randomly.
what the hell is this problem?
is it because of my MC or my phone or the music player's fault?
btw, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy SL GT-I9003.
i just updated it earlier using Kies to 2.3.6 but it still happens
You can try another music player like n7player or playerpro or winamp etc and see if it helps
Cheers

[Q] Music Player suddenly stopped!

I use Google Play Music and Sony Music player. Both suddenly stopped playing.
Here how it happens. There is this game that I'm addicting to it. it's called Brave Frontier. Anyways, I usually listen music through my car cassette by plugging to the headphone from the phone. So I play any music on my player either one. Then I opened up Brave Frontier game and the music gets turned off or silent, but the music player is still playing music as indication.
Then i switch to the music player have to pause and unpause or skip track for player to play music again. Then i get back to my game. Then maybe a minute later the music turned off.
Any fix for this? because it is very annoying that I wanna listen to music while playing game. Other phone like galaxy S4 (coming from) doesnt have this problem.
Hey pal,
Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

Google Play Music not reliably resuming since Oreo

I use Google Play Music as a music source. Historically, I would stream music in my car, connected via BT, and when I turned my car off, the music would stop. The next time I started the car, Google Play Music would resume. Since the update to Oreo, when I start the car up, the phone will often times start playing from the built-in music app instead (whatever music file it can find on the phone, sometimes the stock music tracks that came with the phone). I seem to have less than a 50% chance of it resorting to the music player, rather than properly resuming Google Play Music. I've tried setting Google Play Music as the default music app, I've turned off all the power management for GPM, but nothing helps. I've even been sitting at a stop light, play a video in facebook (which causes GPM to pause while audio from the video is being played), and then when the video stops, the music player will start playing a track from the phone, rather than GPM resuming. I never had this issue on Nougat, it started with Oreo. I was in the Oreo beta and reported it, but that beta was a farce.
Has anyone else experienced this? Have you fixed it? It's driving me crazy! (no pun intended)
