Does anyone had any problem with their motorola xoom music player? Mine had been acting up recently, regardless if I am using stock apps or downloaded apps, or youtube, the music player will automatically pops up and played the tracks like I opened it. Even when I force close it, it will later pop back up again.
Anyone had similar problems?

I was happy to see that Pandora recently released an official app for Google Android. I love Pandora and have been using it on my PC and my old Windows Mobile phone for a while.
Since I've been using Pandora on Android I've noticed a strange bug. After playing a couple songs through Pandora, the stock Music app fires up on its own and starts playing over the top of Pandora. This is extrememly annoying! I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this problem and if so, has anyone found a solution.
The obvious solution is to switch to the music app and pause the song that is playing over the top of Pandora. However, this often locks up both apps requiring me to power off the phone to get Pandora to work again - then repeat this process over and over and over. Help!
This happens to me all the time, but I've not had the lock up problem. I usually listen on my headphones, and the button on the adapter piece pauses the Music app, so I don't have to switch around. Hope that helps.

Very often, my SGS won't play any media anymore. If i press play on my meridian widget, it skips through all the songs in the selected album and then gives an error which says something like can't play this media. After rebooting it starts working again. I suspect it has got something to do with my (standard) earplugs, because it doesn't seem to happen when i don't use the earplugs. I'm running Darky's Rom, but had the problem with Froyo as well. Not as often however, but maybe that's just me .
Does anyone know a solution or cause for this? It's pretty frustrating.

I have installed Infused and Infusion. About a couple of days into, whenever I get into the samsung music player or pandora I will phone will freeze. While the music will continue playing, I have no option but to hard reset it. Any ideas?
I have a UK Retail Moto G 16GB OTA upgraded to Kitkat then rooted with Xposed and GravityBox installed.
When I am listening to music in the background, Play Music will occasionally just stop without any indication of an error. This seems to happen when, for example, I click on a web link in Facebook, which leads me to suspect that the task manager is shutting it down due to low memory. Has anyone else seen this behaviour, and is there any known fix?
You are not the only one. I had exactly the same issue. Music player (Poweramp) sometimes closed while i was using Chrome. I added it as an exception in my Task Killer and i think it helped a bit.
I experience similar issue but differently in my case when unlock screen while music is on music stops. I have to manually play again.
May be KK related issue.
As the title says, I have used android auto on my pioneer head unit for nearly 3 years BUT when I recently transferred from Google play music to YouTube music app (because Google did a "kill its own thing" yet again). I had no issues with anything on android auto until installed YouTube music, now my android auto stutters and skips and randomly pauses and it never keeps shuffle on. And now my maps have started freezing for a few seconds and skipping around while playing music. I've cleared caches, uninstalled, reinstalled, all my music is downloaded so it's not a network problem. I'm genuinely missing Google play music because it didn't mess crap up...
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated
