Hi guys, as the title says, i found doomlord thread HERE about adding init.d support to those whose running stock rooted with locked BL & thought i'd share/link it here.
So, if u're running stock rom with locked BL u can try this method to add init.d support to your device. If it work then u can add any init.d tweaks onto your stock device & feel the diff yourself. So let me know if it work or not. Dont forget to Thank doomlord if it does work. Gud luck.

If it work then u can add THIS into your init.d folder in /etc/init.d. Just a simple harmless beneficial tweaks.

**Advice: Try "NOT" to add any unknown unfamiliar tweaks that may cause trouble to your device. Read through what its about & ask if it would work. Only then u can add them in ur init.d folder.

Couldn't Init.d for stock kernel be simply enabled by changing the permissions for the folder.
Some of our ROMs have this and it works. E.g TrueAncestor

This's a beginner guide. For those who prefer using stock rooted debloated rom & dosent want to un-lock thier BL. Plus its really easy to do it. I've already used this on several diff device. So ur suggest may be true, but its quite complicated to those who's still new in this android world.

what the difference between your tweaks and DoomLord??
The tweaks dont matter. U can get ur own tweak if u want. This guide/mod purpose is to Enable init.d support. As for the tweak, u can use mine, doomlord &/or any1 elses' in XDA.

You can download the rom check out those init.d scripts for urself!!

Would really appreciate a basic explanation behind each script(e.g., touchscreen script sets a lower pressure value for touchscreen to work smoother).

Yes it is fuss ram scripts .and about those scripts they load at boot.in actual they don't do much and are rather just placebo effects but maybe I'm wrong.Hey I'm no pro at this u can rather ask about those to the devs

After doing all these in my A100 i feel it quite smooth,stable and fast and also increased battery backup alot and i found lot more free RAM.these are the steps i have done.
Insructions:
1.Root and install recovery to the A100 with the instructions given in this forum

2.supercharge your device with v6 supercharger
3.run the battery calibration script provided in the supercharger kit(this will really improve the battery alot)
4.run the power shift and kernel tweaks sript also.
5.download pimp my rom zip and flash it using recovery.install all the tweaks and set up the device for xtreme multitasking(do not apply network and sleep tweaks)
6.Download NS tools app and set the cpu freq u needed,change the governor to interactive or performance.
7.remove all the bloatwares from the system folder also remove the app backup provided by micromax in the system folder in root directory(use some file manager with root permission)
8.remove the apks which is named as com.qualcomm in the system->app folder.
9.Remove browser.apk from system/app and install dolphin browser.
10.install lightning launcher first and then remove the default launcher by deleting launcher2.apk from the system/app folder.(this is done because the lightning launcher uses less amount of ram to run)
NOTE:
use titanium backup to remove all the bloatwares and unwanted files
Titaniumbackup>backup/restore.uninstall the system app that you dont need,
WARNING:
Removing some important apks which are required to run the android desktop and your phone and messaging services might lead you to bootloop.

with easy ADB To get recovery as suggested in the same thread which you mentioned above, my
Mobile reboots and struck with blank screen with back light I waited more than half hour but
Nothing happened please help me please. I am ready to come on team viewer also please help

thank god it is not bricked. If i remove battery and restart it will up. I want CWM on my rooted mmx a100. when i run "Flash Recovery to phone" on ADB made easy, my cell will restart and never boot or no logo nothing (until i remove battery, USB cable and restart again) it stucks at blank screen with screen back light. please help me to get it done. Because i want to make new rom and back up complete stock firmware. so that if some thing goes wrong i would be able to flash it through PC even though droid is not booting to recovery by using AIO flasher.
Or if you know any alternate method to backup complete firmware and flash it through PC please let me know. Actually i did it for xperia mini pro and was working fine. below is the link for the procedure for xperia mini pro. if it is not possible for a100 alt least i want cwm to install on it please help me.

i just flashed the kernel of the a100 clone using fastboot..think it is having init.d support !!!

In the thread i mentioned there is a post by an user who posted a link for the stock rom package which can be installed using fastboot from the system..if you softbrick the device just flash the package and the a100 turns to stock !!!!

U may just be able to save the phone , and ar u doing a jelleybean rom.
Here is some help - This phone has exact same hardware with jelleybean as a100

That's becouse ur fastboot mode didn't get any driver installed fr it, (driver is the same adb driver)

If you see "for Simplicity v5" in the updater Script, Don't worry, its there just because it was first made for that awesome ROM

I don't know why but when I installed Simplicity, RAM consumption was very high even after opening 2 apps. (More than 200)
So, I included loopy smoothness, adrenaline script and simplicity is simply like a RED BULL

They are at last because very less people read them
Though all the mods are tested both on stock and CWM recovery, you have the choice to use any one of them
These all mods mount and unmount partition and set the permissions automatically, so no no need tod o it, but these steps shown in instructions are shown to be done if everything else fails
1. Download desired mod
2. Place it in the root of your sdcard(Preferred)
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Mount /system(Do if installation fails)
5. Install zip from sdcard
6. Read what appears on screen
7. Reboot
8. Enjoy
Note for hell lock kernel users
delete 99complete script from /system/etc/init.d/ folder if stuck in bootloop

I think zram is like a space on ram so it is faster than the cache.....leads to high ram usage maybe I don't know....what I know is that it works....

Kernel is NOT required to necessarily have init.d support

Ok, when he relase his eXperia, I ask him permission and I create a ROM based on it.
But root, init.d support and Adreno 200 tweaks are in which folder? /system/xbin/?
