Im just installed Cyanogen 7.2 rc6 on my cellphone and when i tried to connect it by BT with my notebook, it didn't worked. Its a common problem with the rom, or is just me?
Is my first change of rom on this mobile.

As u say its first tym of ur rom flashing , please do clean install with wiping data...or y dnt u use official cm7...its bug free and best one...

Even i have flashed the same ROM and used for weeks as my daily driver..
it has no bugs at all.
pl do clean installation.. follow the steps as given.
OK I'd installed the http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1810499 and now i cant install de gapps, i tried with the last update, the last before it, and even downloaded the google play apk and i cant use it, because it tells me that i need a google account that i have already configured on the phone... Any help?
I didn't tell that when i try to install gapps by Clockwork mod recovery, i can do it, but when i start the OS, it doesn't show any of those.... nothing seems to happen

He can install also Arakmar's hybrid kernel
facing a horrible lag even after installing arakmars kernel. after a day or so of working perfectly, when i unlock the phone the touchscreen doesn't respond for about two minutes, and while this goes away on reboot, i end up rebooting once a day to keep it working.

Dude this post is five months old
Then I think we only had build 3
If you flash that kernel what is the point in having build 4
Flash build 4 and then try flashing g3mod or arakmar's one and your phone will be fine

Install Bam kernel 14fix, it looks like you rooted from a valuepack and that's why wifi broke.
And no, all ICS roms currently used are for developers and are in no way fit as a daily driver, all of them still contain video recording issue and lag issues.
Just use custom gb roms for the time being if you want a completely stable rom.

i flashed with PDA_BCK_CF-root_universal_beta14fix and now wifi is working thnks
now if i want to install other custom firmware what should i do install zip file and copy the same to sd card and reboot to revocery mode or via odin or still i need to do something else before

Hey all, had a question for you..I have the Metro PCS Galaxy S3 and am running cm 10..today I updated to the latest nightly build and now the programming is messed up..internet still works, but my phone number isnt correct..any way to resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated

As u mentioned u flashed or updated to latest nightly of cm10 , U should know dat nightly are very unstable packages with lot of bugs they are jst for dev's and not for daily use purpose , U should again flash ur phone to latest stable cm10

I'll try that..though I remember looking for stable and didnt seem to see one..also without touchwiz you cant use the keypad to program it manually..so not sure flashing any cm10 will help

that didnt work..any links to the stock rom? since that appears to be the only way to do it..or so I read
Found a stock rom..
Ok well found a stock Rom..and put that on..would of reprogrammed it myself but didnt have my MIN# so called Metro and got them to do it..problem solved
It's my first time to actually take the plunge and install a custom ROM and I seem to have encountered a problem. I followed the instructions to install RemICS ROM and initially everything went well. I turn on the device and everything seems to work except for the preinstalled MX Player and Apollo. That won't be a problem since maybe I could download replacements. The problem comes with locking the screen. I press on the lock button and the screen turns off. However, pressing the lock or home button does not turn on the screen, and the device proceeds to just heat up and use battery. I've tried returning to the stock ROMs and there seems to be no problem. Just with RemICS. Note though that I am not using 5.7.2 RemICS since it cant be downloaded for bandwidth reasons, I'm on 5.7.1. Thank you!

i think 5.7 or 5.6 or 5.2 the most stable till now ,
and All 5.x.x is not for everyday use it's just to testing new Mod's ,
i now use 5.2 And every think is ok and good ...
i will build new rom with next alpha6 with HW fixing ....
this bug you talk about is from new Tweaks i think it's too much so i remove the big one

Thanks for your reply. I'm downloading the 5.7 ROM now. Will the same TouchWiz and GApps files I downloaded with the 5.7.1 ROM work here? Also, is my understanding correct that I first install the RemICS zip (199MB), then install the Fix-RemICS-A4-A5 zip (25MB), then the FixSU zip in that order?

So I got my Oneplus One few days ago. It was running Cyanogenmod 11s front facing camera was working fine by then. Then i figured to switch to resurection remix did that, and when i tried to access the front facing camera the program just froze and crashed. Then I went for AK Kernel, still crashing, went for Paranoid Android now with default kernel still nothing, tried multiple camera programs, nothing seemed to solve this problem.
So does anyone know what's up ? Why it doesnt work ?
Any help is highly apreciated.

I mean i do it everytime i reinstall/install new rom.
I even installed Oxygen OS Same problem, nothing fixed i did it as cleanely as posible Formated every possible section i could. Anyone to help ?

Did you updated also the firmware? Or just ROM?

I mean i installed the cm12.1 newest nightly first, then went for Resurection Remix and so on
And you left the firmware on cm11s? How did you manage to install 12.1? Did you read the installation instructions, cause every Rom I tried states update your firmware. You'll find a link to the latest one somewhere near the ROM download.
**** maybe i dont understand something what do you mean by firmware, can you explain more in depth ? Because i did everything that paranoid android tutorial shows and see nothing changed, I tried instaling a rom it came with it was cm 11s 44r still same stuff nothing changed.
Do you mean i should flash CM 12S first, then go for other roms ?
Edit : So newest 12.1 Nightlies dont have newest firmware itself ?

Firmware is included in the nightly
