No.
HTC Sync works on all HTC Android devices, but not Windows Phone ones.
HTC Sync Manager only works on select HTC Android devices.

Any reason why my HTC Touch Cruise will not sync with my new Desktop Windows 7 OS? I had an XP prior to the new one and syncing was no problem with Active Sync. With the new Windows Mobile Device Centre I cannot sync. Is this a bug? Do you have a solution?
