[DEV] Android OS for Dreambox - Android Apps and Games

Hi folks,
i was wondering if it was possible to try implementation of some kind of Android based OS, to kick off Enigma2 from Dreambox devices.
Dreambox is an Satellite Receiver with DVB-s/S2 tunner and is actually based on Enigma2 (linux) OS, but i think is far away from taking total advantage of device hardware.
Android OS, should be a great challenge to make something like an "Android Satellite Receiver"
Regards.

DVB-T for Android Stick - Is there any solution?

I've been looking for over a month for a quad core Android Tv stick or Box with an integrated DVB-T receiver but there is none on the market!
There lot's single and dual cores out there but if you want something more high end then you're out of luck!
Is there a way for an
Android TV box/Stick (exaple: K-R42 Quad Core Google Android 4.2.2 RK3188)
to support
a simple DVB-T dongle/stick/thingy? (example: Geniatech PT115m)
or just any kind of tuner?
Since there are lot's of tv tuner sticks out there for android tablets its logical that they could work on an android tv box or stick.
I'd be more than grateful if someone has the resources to test this out and share the results.
What are the compatible hardware?
How responsive actually is (if so working) tv browsing?
How about remote control, PVR, Timeshift, etc support?
Which app does this work with?

Replace Android TV with Linux?

I have a "smart" television from Kogan that runs Android TV and to be honest, I've hated it since Day One... Android TV is rubbish in more ways than I care to count, which is why I never use the "Android TV" side of my "smart" television.
So perhaps I can make it more useful...
Is there a way I can replace Android TV with a Linux-based operating system (ideally Ubuntu, but I'm not fussed either way)?
The television I have is a "Kogan KALED55KU8000SZA 55-inch Smart TV", which the Google Play Store (on the Web) refers to as an "MStar Android TV" from "MStar Semiconductor". It runs Android TV 5.1.1.

Seeking Developer Help for networking codebase

I'm looking to create a video game that uses a PC or console to drive the communal screen, while smartphones are used as controllers (running a companion app). Examples of this are most of, if not all, Jackbox Games. airconsole.com is also a suitable example.
Can someone out there help me with this? iOS and Android required.
