Hey eveyrone i have a problem with my alcatel ot-991.I rooted before two days and deleted some app one of them i think that had a name like jada or something today i tried to factory restore my phone and when it comes to first setup after i complete the steps an error hops to the screen says com.jrdcom.JrdSetupWizard had to stop and i press force close and it takes me back to 1st step what can i do???did i destroyed my phone ? :/ some one plz help me can i reinstall alcatel ot-991 stock os or something ?

hi i am new to android platform. actually these is my first android device. ok getting to the point i brought spice mi425 about a week ago. and i successfully rooted it every thing was working fine.except i was having heating problem so i decided to unroot it before giving it in service center.
i followed the same procedure but now my phone loops on intro screen and turns blank can any 1 help me plz

I need help i had rooted my friends ot918n idea 3g phone by following a guide on xda but since then i m facing problem, i m not getting incoming calls and i m unable to reset this phone, whenever i try to reset it boots into recovery and i tried 3 different roms 1stock n 2 custom and all the roms installed successfully but the phone gets stuck in boot screen after installing any rom. I tried to update it via one touch upgrade but always get network error dont knw why. And i also tried hard reseting it but i never get android logo with triangle it always goes into recovery.
After googling for two days for the solution i tried many things but no luck. I just want to install any stock or custom rom and phone should work fine so that i can give it back to my friend.
This is my last hope to get a solution from u guys.
Plz help me.....would appreciate a quik reply its urgent...

Better to revert to stock rom on your device. At least to recover a working device
Either your custom rom file were corrupted, or not for your device.
maybe my reply is out topic, my phone has got looping error , sysmtemui , acore has stopped!. I factory reset my phone but nothing happen the error are still there. I reflash my rom the error is still there.
I use Alcatel One Touch Upgrade I finish all step but nothing happen the error are still there.
Hey guys! a friend of mine got an Alcatel Pixi3/4013D that was Rooted using Kingroot on PC. After uninstalling some system elements i think, the phone sticks to a white screen on boot.
Tried Factory reset right after but it didn't fix it.
Used Alcatel Mobile Upgrade 4.3.9 to reinstall: I can hear the boot up sound but the screen remains totally white (light)
and i can no longer boot in recovery.... Don't have custom recovery.
Not sure about it but i believe it was running on KitKat
That's it! Got some leads to fix this?

Hey guys
So I need a little help with my phone.
Firstly I can't seem to root it
I tried using King root which after rooting switched to a system app and then the root stopped working and the phone kept rebooting.
I managed to reinstall the OS with a factory reset but can't find a guide anywhere on how to properly root this device.
I've searched high and low.
Second it keeps randomly freezing when I open apps
Things like pokémon go for example the screen stays white and then decides it is not responding.
If you guys could help I'd really appreciate it
