Hey guys need help.
After upgrading to JB i have been facing serious wifi problems. Wifi works properly for about 2 minutes after that it stops responding.i need to disconnect and then reconnect to make it work again. I faced the same problem with stock ICS but it was resolved after installing CM10.

So I recently downgraded my hboot cause I wanted the full experience of JB and I want to keep ICS running.
Anyone have the old WiFi partitions? I'm also running 1.11t radio and WiFi doesn't work.

I just reverted from JB (Viper OneS 2.2.0 and BlackBean) back to Viper OneS 1.2.1. and I have intermittent wifi connection problems. (Connection with router stays ok, but traffic drops after a short time on line)

after upgrading to android 4.2 wifi fails to activate, stays frozen. never activated. Anyone have any solution????

did you upgraded from stock 4.1 to stock 4.2
chech your router if it's working fine or not
run a wlan test on your tab
also wipe cache in cwm

If you were upgrading from 4.1 it's strange, but do what @up wrote. If it won't help reflash ROM
The problem is that is never turned on the wifi! I've changed the android version of the 4.1, 4.0 and nothing still does not activate the wifi. We also perform the factory reset and still not start the wifi??? someone will have a solution? I tried to figure out wpa_supplicant sovereign but do not know much
Well guys, i'm new here, but i'm lost i can't find a solve for it, i have razr HD xt925 and every Custom ROM i flash come with WiFi issue (ReVolt,CyanogenMod,PacMan,Carbon) and when i come back to Stock ROM it works perfectly what can it be? And can you guys help me? I don't know where to ask anymore. The WiFi issue is that in the Custom Roms it keeps showing that it is connected but many times the WiFi don't have signal but it keeps showing that it's connected and normal and when i back for Stock ROM, no problems, works perfectly
Hi so I recently flashed my buddies one s with cyanogen mod and pacman ROM and the ROMs both work flawlessly other then the problem with wifi. The wifi doesn't seem to want to hold a connection. Is there a radio I can flash to get this working? He keeps complaining about the wifi dropping right after connecting. The problem only happened after I rooted and flashed his phone. Any help would be appreciated.

I have also this problem with my One S. It seems that it doesn't want to connect to all WiFi networks since WiFi doesn't work in my home but it works in my school. Someone suggested to me that the problem is bad version of wpa-supplicant binary. I didn't have this problem until I flashed CM10.2 Stable. Sometimes WiFi won't connect before I switch WiFi off and back on. Currently the only solution seems to be changing the settings of the WiFi router if possible. Make sure that WiFi channel is 11 or smaller and try changing the encryption settings.
yo guys i've got some problems with the wifi on my xperia z3.
after a while it always gets stuck at 0kb/s (up and download), to make it work again i have to turn wifi off and then on again

but i also faced that problem before i flashed the rom and got root privileges.
