Need to have a ROM that supports it, like
SynergyROM w/Multiwindow r169
I've been using it more and more. Just now drafted a Tapatalk post while looking up info in Chrome.
In the morning, I'll open Gmail and K-9 Mail in split windows on landscape. It's nice to go through the bulk morning emails.
Spotify and Facebook
Google Task Organizer and Biz Calendar
Wikipedia and Evernote
Just to name a few. It's fun to experiment with and find good matches.

doesn't the keyboard then take up half the space? but yeah I see its uses forsure. can imagine it being more utilized on a bigger screen like note2 or tablet.
I prefer not to use it
I like using it while using pandora and notepad, jotting down songs while I play ps3! And also use it for youtube or music applications and messaging.

Multi-window in its current state is too clunky. A gesture-based system would be more pleasant
I personally don't find it useful on a phone without a styles.

The Note 2 has the same screen resolution as our S3's, therefore it really shouldn't be much different.

OK, I've tried all the big ones, go contacts ex, dialer one, and TouchPal Dialer. Each one seems to have a unique feature or coolness to it, mostly go contacts or TouchPal, but they seem to be lacking or be incomplete... For example when using go and trying to edit a contact... You can't join multiple contacts together... If i was going to use a third party dialer I would want to freeze at the least the stock... With a third party sms app, i use handcent, i don't lose any functionality save for maybe the green dot.. But who uses that? Haha, so what in curious is, is out of all the dialers what is everyone's personal recommendations?

I'm still looking too.
My dialer has to be efficient to work with a large contact list (good search). I don't need integration with anything else than Google Contacts (no Facebook, etc). But I'l like some management tools, like 'call back tomorrow' with alarm, integration with a todo list, etc.

Twicca is barebones, and customizable. Runs really smooth. Allows you to only install the add-ons you actually use.

I use http://goo.gl/d4gHQ
i've tried a few, but to me, tweetcaster is by far the best and easiest to use. Tons of features.
Tweetdark is pretty nice. Simple nice UI and works well.
I use the official app. It's cleaner than everything else. Plume is pretty good also, but I had an issue where the text box wasn't visible when my keyboard and predictive words popped up. The official app appropriately shifts everything up, so nothing disappears.
I use Plume but I like inline previews pics and Twitlonger
tweetdeck is better for me, it just keep it simple and has twitlonger and more
Can't figure out for the life of me how to view replies to a tweet in Twicca, does it not have this function? You can see what I mean by going to Twitter.com on a desktop PC and clicking any tweet, a nested area opens up showing replies.
Tweetcaster is my favorite because I can customize it.

Try this go to settings>language and input>then make sure the swift key 3 is the only one checked or lit up. No other keyboards can be checked.
If i helped give the thanks a little tap.
I got rid of swift key because of that. For some reason, when I used polaris office it kept auto correcting all my correctly spelled words into randomness.

Agree on SwiftKey Tab edition, and I found that ithad much better interface with the userdictionary and wordlist.txt

Two semi serious questions:
1. How does Polaris feel like a paranoid uncle (I'm genuinely curious - I work for QO and use it fairly often when testing things for customers or just spying on our "competition"'s apps)?
2. It looks like the Galaxy 2 tab can get Jellybean - do you really need Swiftkey with Jellybean (since Jellybean supports the swiping motion)?

Haha I was just being goofy, I simply like QuickOffice better and the general layout and interface of Polaris bothers me for some reason. Purely my own opinion.
Yes jb does have swype, but I don't use it. SwiftKey works better for me and my large fingers, as you can increase the key sizes (sm, med, or lg) . With the stock keyboard, I'm always banging wrong keys. Swift seems to have much better predictions, so I'm much more efficient by using the prediction. It also learns ur patterns. Sorry it sounds like an advert lol

I've never found Polaris Office to work worth a damn on any keyboard, but as I remember SwiftKey and Polaris really, really didn't get along. I have to say OfficeSuite Pro HD is well worth the money.

No worries on the advert front - I get a little frustrated with the keyboard myself, so I'm kind of shopping for a new one to use.
I'd have to agree with you - Quickoffice > Polaris (but I'm biased )

Just read too that it's not free - you have to activate (pay) to continue using it.
The search continues... Can it be that difficult to find a free calculator app for the SW2?? For goodness sake!!!
QuickCalc (by Sascha Löffler)
And it is even calculating right!
A common error for devs is that they don't use math right, for example:
one app: 3+3*5 = 30
the other: 3+3*5 = 18
Have seen many, even so called "scientific calc" apps, apps that don't know basic rules of math!

I have to admit, I don't get what you're saying (how would I go about this?)
Sorry!
Install remote widget on your phone, this gives you the ability to push any of the widgets on your phone onto your watch. Find a decent calculator widget and follow the instructions on remote widget to forward it to the phone.

Well, I suppose if you can use ANY widget on your phone then it may well be worth it... But do they 'convert' nicely from the phone onto the watch?
They convert better than I thought they would at first. Very useful for music widgets, which, although not perfect are usable.

Shuff is a simple music player app that will take the local music on your phone and shuffle them up in a playlist. This app has a clean minimalistic interface. Let me know what I can do to make things even better.
This app was just released today.

Sorry to be so rude, but shuffle can do every music player there.
Maybe im wrong but I dont think anybody will like it.

Not to be rude, but you sound like a troll. Of course other players have shuffle if they didn't that would be silly. The point of this application is using a different method to do the same thing without the bloated features from other players. I simply wanted an app that I could open, hit a button and listen to all my music. I am sorry you don't understand the simplicity. I plan on make a ton of updates. Would you mind explaining your issues a little further? Maybe I can create something you might actually enjoy?

Thanks a lot. When you say "a way to close it" do you mean from the notification? My application watches for a dismiss from recents. So if you open your recents and swipe the app away it will cleanly close the app and stop playing music. Themes is coming to the app as well.
