1. Get a 3g/4g sim card with data business, enough balance available;
2. 3G/4G signal is good enough because good signal is required for dialup and good internet speed and bandwidth;
3. One PC or Laptop with RJ45 port to config the router. If router is with wifi option feature, you can also config it via WiFi.
if you have any matters,contact us.google e-lins
what is this?

I have an issue with a Sprint TP2 with WIFI. I'm able to connect the router but not able to access the internet. If I connect my phone to the laptop I can use the internet if I change the (Connections:connections: network management) from Sprint to My Work Network but I'm not able to connect via WIFI. I have (Connections: wifi:configure network adapters) to WORK or THE INTERNET for Broadcom 802.11 DHD Network Adapter but it doesn't help. Under Connections: tasks:MY WORK NETWORK:Set up my proxy server I check the box next to THIS NETWORK CONNECTS TO THE INTERNET but it won't stay checked. The profile for the router has been deleted and recreated with no success. I've tried other WIFI routers with no success. My touch pro has no issues. BTW: I'm using version WM6.5.
I have a Samsung i5800 and would like to use my data plan to use the Internet at home.
I tried setting my router Dlink DIR600 (ddwrt) to connect the phone but for some reason the Dlink is unable to connect to the Adroc network generated by android-wifi-tether.
So I thought to make the phone connect to the Dlink and to make the computers to route the internet through the android but the android does not allow the Wifi and 3G running at the same time.
Is this possible?
no!!!!!!!!
you cant link your router to your phone to boost the signal per say. What you can do is just a simple android tether to the devices you want to use at your home
You can't do that on your Android phone.
Thank you.
I have a Linksys WRE54G WiFi extender that I use for Wifi signals to back of my Home. My Laptop gets great Wifi signals but my Captivate doesn't seem to "pickup" any Strength from this Extender and thus I have LOW Wifi on my phone when I am in my back rooms. Should my phone be able to use this Extender? If so are there settings I need to change on the phone?
Thanks
Well it seems that the phone and Range Extenders don't play well but I did find a work around. With the App WiFi Finder it shows 2 different Wifi sources in my Home My Router and then the Extender is listed separately. I can Manually select and connect to the Extender this way and get improved signal.
Hi there,
At my girlfriend's house there's an existing WiFi access point for their home network and they also have a bunch of computers wired in with ethernet cable. Mobile reception in the house is terrible but I've found one spot by a window where I can sustain a pretty decent dc-hsdpa link. I'm able to tether my laptop to my phone, the phone creates a new WiFi network ap and my laptop connects to that. That works fine.
The thing is, what I'd really like to do, is to have access to the dc-hsdpa connection from some of the wired computers on her home network. To do that I want to have my phone bridge the house network - via their existing WiFi ap - to the mobile internet connection. I'd like the phone to provide a gateway on the house network that could be manually used from the other computers. (I want to avoid using DHCP or anything as it will disrupt the network for other users.)
I know this is technically possible but I'm struggling to find an application that allows for this functionality. I've spent a good amount of time searching around the internet but to no avail. Does anyone know where I can look or of a suitable application? (My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 flashed to run a rooted variant of the play edition KitKat rom.) I'm happy to pay money.
Cheers, Dave.
Hello,
I marked this post as fast answer because I have no internet by the end of tomorrow.
I have an android phone and an android tablet, both can receive WI-FI over an public wifi hotspot "freewifi" (In france).
I want to tether that public hotspot over wifi because the signal is only in the garden, so I can use it in home.
My android phone can only tether 3G/4G signals and my tablet can't tether since the wifi is only activated to receive the signal.
I can put a wifi key in my phone or tablet but I don't think that's possible that way.
Basically, what I want to do is a WiFi repeater but with my phone or tablet to enjoy the wifi in the house.
Thank you for all answers.
the only way i could think of this actually working and this is a big maybe. is using an OTG cable from your phone to an external usb wifi. IF your device supports such things. and if thats even able to bridge the connection from one to the other.. Would have easier time using an old laptop(still will need a 2nd wifi card/or usb wifi adapter) or something in this case honestly or just pickup a wifi repeater/range booster. Also some wireless routers do allow you to use it as a repeater.
Thank you, I will try that.
I found an android app named "fqrouter2" that repeats the wifi signal, needs root, gotta try that.
