I came across this case on Amazon while looking through the myriad of styles out there and came across the PureGear Slim Shell. I was looking for a slim design that had a bit of grip and didn't break the bank. The Spigen Neo case looked nice, but I bought a white phone and didn't want to cover it up with a black back. It also cost $20 more than this one did through Amazon. It's a hard shell case with medium grip rubber surrounding the case. The lip around the top is made from the same rubber. The lip is about 1/16" which is typical for slim cases. The cutouts are well placed and centered up. The buttons are a tad stiff, but they are hours old, so that should change with some use. The back was 3 small standoffs so the back isn't scratched up when set down. The phone fits in snug and it feels good in the hand and pocket. I don't have much experience with cases, but I am happy with this one and would recommend it for sure.

I'm not a big fan of cases but with the wireless charging, front cover and without cover on the sides, this is the perfect case for me.

I agree. I particularly like the one in photo #4, which looks like a plain back, hinge and cover. The one in the other photos looks more like the OEM version which has an extra lip over the corners.
Funny thing is most of the eBay listings have this extra photo while the Amazon listings do not. Though it's likely they're all selling the same thing, I wonder where I can get the one in the different photo if that's what I really want.

The generic version for sale on eBay and Amazon looks like it replaces the battery cover.
The pics on the Amazon listing look like it goes on the phone over the back cover.
It looks to me like it only covers the very back of the phone and the corners but not the rails or top and bottom sides.

It also looks like the cutout on the OEM for the camera and the volume and fingerprint buttons is more keyhole-shaped, whereas the generic version is more oval. So they're obviously different cases.
And if only the generic one replaces the battery cover, I'd actually prefer that one.

Your attachment shows a generic back cover that is not what you actually get for the v10, as that one shows both pins on one side, as we know that ours has NFC pins on the left and Qi pins on the right.

That last picture looks like its a clipon flip cover. What I have noticed is that these vendors seem to just find generic look-a-like images and use them. Best to ask the vendor directly what s/he is actually selling. Your listing is a "protective" cover, which leads me to believe it goes over. And it is not like the others that have the Qi / NFC sticker inside.

The OEM & copies flip cover/case replaces the back battery cover just like on the G4. The sticker inside needs to make contact with pins inside to work.
As an example here in this ad they show pictures of if clipping on to the sides of the back, wouldn't make sense if it really has Qi / NFC sticker in back...

That's why I haven't ordered any of these yet. The descriptions are confusing and contradictory, and the pictures show two or more distinct covers in the same listing. None of the vendors have yet answered any of my queries.

I'm pretty suspicious of these cases. They're using the same photos of the OEM case on all of them, despite being from different manufacturers. None of them list the product number. I'm sure they're cheap knockoffs that fit over the existing back cover.
The seidio nexus 6 "bare device" holster will fit the 6p plus a thin case of you use a heat gun on the tabs gently until they are malleable, then push in the phone so the two tabs at the bottom flare out to fit the 6p.
I did this today and find that the spigen thin fit and the vostrostone ultra thin cases fit nicely in it.
I used a heat gun set to 800f and heated for about 20s... Until the slightly pebbled holster surface gained a sheen, then pushed the phone plus case down to the bottom of the holster to reshape the tabs.
Good job.... I have been looking hard at my N6 naked case holder to see if there was a way to get a better fit for N6... I do not use a case on any phone but this post gave me some ideas...along the same line. Tax

I just want a cheap, thin, phone-style case that covers the back and sides of the tablet so it doesn't get scratched when I set it down, and so it doesn't slide off things so easily. All I can find are big bumper "kid friendly" cases, or folio cases with the flip cover. I found a thin TPU case for the 2015 HD10, but that tablet is thinner, so I'm not sure if the case will fit the newer version. I can't be the only one looking for this...

Not sure where you're located, or if the store exist there, but try Rite Aid. Yes the drug store. I happened to see one there that fit 8-10inch tablets. It looked pretty decent, but I am partial to the folio-style case. I don't see it on their website, bu it was located in office supplies.

My company just got me a Note 9 and I am trying to find a belt clip leather pouch that will take it with a Otterbox Defender over it.
I purchased this one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HLFV6JC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 …as it said it was oversized for it, but when I got it I found it to be way to tight and while perhaps it might wear in over time, given how tight it is I think it’s going to take really long time.

PDAIR has three different size horizontal belt pouches. One for Note 9 in no case, one for Note 9 in slim case, and one for Note 9 in armour case. For reference, I use the official Samsung Rugged Protective case on my Note 9, and I purchased the pouch for 'slim case' - it just fits neatly after a little stretching out. I would suggest you look at the pouch for armour cases:

It says the maximum case size is: Compatible with Large Size Armor Protective Case Cover (Support Mix. Size - Case with Device : Approximately 168mm x 78.70 mm x 15.00mm)
If your case is within 1-2mm of that size you could probably get away with it after some time stretching the pouch out.
They also do vertical pouches for the Note 9 in three sizes for different cases.
I liked my horizontal one so much I bought a second as a spare. It's very neat, not as bulky as some other designs.
