MetrogenMod 7.1 FOR METROPCS FLASHED EVO 4G
This is a ROM i compiled from source.I have configured MMS to work upon first flash so no need for flashing an MMS fix.Everything works out of box!I also added the GPS fix into the ROM.i used boot manager to Test MetrogenMod 4.5 and it ran very nicely.

what exactly did u do to this because I flash to cricket and boost I might be able to use it or a version for cricket would be easy all u have to do different is have the login address be mycricket.com instead of metropcs

Only if your phone has had its data setup prior to flashing this. As long as your web is configured, this will work fully on first flash.

You still have to do the provisioning guide to set up the settings on the phone, but once you do, all this ROM will do will insure that everything works.

In launcher in settings I check sorting apps by Date(newest), not by Name(A-Z) as in stock.
But After every restart - it reset to sorting by Name(((

Set min frequency of the CPU (in sleep mode) 384 Mhz.
The place you uploaded your rom to sucks ball sack. downloading at 90kb's MAX. wtf bin trying for 5days now and its the same all the time. get it up on mediafire or somthing. with mediafire i get a minimum of 1.7MB download speed. wont use this again sorry dl is waaaaaaaaaay too slow like a damn snail lol

Thank you guy for another rom. Any chance you can add the "video acceleration" just like the one in the Elite IV Rom? With that enable it make viewing flash video as smooth as aosp rom. This is my main concern with sense rom when watching flash video, the video is so choppy.

You should only have to flash your flashable for whatever kernel and then wipe dalvik-cache and then cache and then reboot. That's standard protocol for any kernel flash. It's best to do it right after you flash a ROM, then reboot.

Don't worry, lol. You don't need anything. The installer is in the ROM. Just download and follow the instuctions in the OP.
