i badly need help...
To start it up which i believe its the reason of my problem..i downloaded the latest vesion of ilauncher then i uninstall the present ilauncher(i made it my default lancher)..after uninstalliing my tablet suddenly restarts and then it always stuck at the android logo.
i also tried combinations to go to the recovery mode and when i press volume up + power an image was shown(its the picture shown).u..nd btw the physical buttons on the tablet are only power button,volume up and down
my tablet is called richtablet
version:4.0
buildnumber and kernel version is not known and icant recall it(sorry for that)
any suggestions or solutions to fix the problem will be appriciated..

You can find the serial on the back of your device or the bottem. The box will also have it as well. Not sure what you will do with that though...IF you can get it in recovery mode you could use odin and restore the factory firmware if its available for download...

oh i see..ok bro..but as i said i cant go to recovery mode..when i preess power+volume up it only shows the image that i attached..do u know what it means?orvis there any other combinqtions i can use to go to recovery mode.
You need to hold power, Vol up And Vol dn when turning on
This should take you to recovery: select wipe. Then reboot

reinstalled the usb drivers but no luck
i just can boot into emergency download mode ( vol up + vol down +home + power)
odin recognizes me at that mode
but stucks at setup connection ....

As per my knowledge if you can go to download mode its a soft brick. And are you flashing through one package if yes then don't use all four file and then try to flash

it has bricked the second time
it's not under warranty

Then change your Signature......... If not then buy a new device or Change your motherboard

If you can go to the emergency download mode their is a method to unbrick phone

Hello, I don't mean to hijack your thread but I am unable to go into download mode on my phone too. I have been using CM 7.2 rc2 and CWM recovery. I need to flash the original firmware through odin to go back to the factory GB. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

i think download mode is just vol down+home+power .... no vol up
Yes But Asad007 has said he was unable to go into normal download mode and instead tried to use the emergency download mode Which I think cannot be used to flash New Firmware....

I have exactly the same problem like you,odin find me only when i press volume up+ menu+ power wich is dump mode from what i know.
I buy a Usb Jig now i wait to receive it ,i think is the las thing that i can do ,then i will send to samsung warranty to replace the motherboard ,will see if will do that.
This is a hard brick so no method listed here don`t work because the screen is dead and computer see it only if you use dump mode

USB Jig doesnt support
As some of you speak of changing motherboard ... does such procedure cost much? Or do you guys all make this via warranty?
i believe it's all covered under the warranty.
though i doubt that they actually change the motherboard.
asad sir i know i m noob here but i have an suggetion my phone alsdid this and my comp. was not recognizing that then i tried from other computer and it worked i hope this would surely help you........

If your phone has bricked try using riff box jtag.

i have the same problem like yours... any button combination wont bring back to life my phone... i think thats the hard brick.... when you can enter to odin its soft brick... is usb jig method applicaple for this problem??

Are you talking about a P500 or variant? If so, can you get the device in to fastboot mode?

nope bro. even my laptop does not play sound when phone is connected. idk about p500. its mention under battery lg optimus su 370. not geting into emergency mode. no software upgrade mode. no recovery nothing av tried everythiing

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that device variant. Ok. I see it's a Korean model P500. Power off device. Here are some key combinations
Power + Volume Up + Home = Recovery ( hold all buttons until recovery appears )
Power + Volume Down + Back = Emergency Mode
Power + Volume Down + Home = Fastboot Mode
If number 1 works, wipe cache and dalvik cache again and then reboot. PC should detect device when connected.
If number 3 works, download Android Flash Recovery from my signature and use it to flash a recovery to the device. Complete instructions are in the download package.
Other than that, I dunno what to say.

i tried power +home+ Vol -, similarly vol + and with back button. no sign of emergency mode,recovery or anything Only LG Logo appears on the screen when phone get on. PC is saying USB is not Recognized. is there anything i missed? help me out plz

I am at a loss on this one. Without drivers, there's no PC software out there that can fix it. Not to my knowledge anyway. Sorry.

Download Android Flash Recovery from my signature. It has known good drivers for LG Android devices in the USB folder. If you had drivers installed before this problem, then new drivers won't fix it either.
I had them installed on my computer still no sign of phone

i have some problems with my htc, i sent the device for hardware fix and the device was working. After the fix ive lost my software and i cant go to recovery or do anything, i can see the red led and i can launch the device but the screen is black and the device keeps reseting please help me and thanks

try to boot to the bootloader
then select recovery
if that doesn't work then use a ruu.exe

search here on xda how setup adb/fastboot on win8
also try this
remove battery and put it back
press and hold together power button+volume until it gets you to the bootloader
if it gets you select recovery to see if you have access

well my phone is with a guy that uses riff box and this is the only way ive tried everything but there is some files are missing so he cant recover the bootloader and it is lost so my htc is empty phone there is no boot loader or software

A friend of mine brought me an s6 that is hardbircked and asked me to fix it. I cannot enter safemod or download mode. The only thing that i cand do is enter into a thing that says "enter boot mode" where i can navigate but cant select anything.
So i was wandering if there is any solutinon for this or is the phone dead?
Right first of hold down all the buttens ( vol up , down, home , power) and the phone should turn on then go to black , once its black , hold power + vol down to accsess download mode then flash the right firmware for the device , this is how i fix my s6 when i hard brick it
if this dosnt work do you know what your friend did to it to hard brick it and the model number ( flash a bad kernal , change the bootsplash badly etc)

It didn't enter download mode, it shows the same "Select boot mode" menu. My friend said that the phone was rooted and he tried to unroot it. What do you think i should try in this situation?
Can u send a image of this "select boot mode" menu because ive never encounted this menu as far as i remeber

I can't select anything. The only buttons working in this menu are the volume ones. I can browse but in can't select.

Normaly you use volumes to go up and down etc and the power butten is to select , so how do u acsess this menu , does it just happen when u turn it on or etc

PC recognise the phone while in this mode?
Try some ADB commands to see if you have acces to it. If that, then type adb reboot bootloader and maybe you're lucky to get it to work.

It enters in that mode when i press power + vol- but as i already said, i can browse thorugh that menu options but i cant select anything.

I dont have acces through adb. I've tried. I was thinking maybe an usb jig would help. What do you think?
You can try usb jig as it's only few bucks on ebay. If not maybe jtag and that's it.

Sorry i didn't answer. I was gone for a few days. Today i hope to get a jig. I'll let you know if that helped.
Update: The jig did not work.

A friend give me this phone, a30s but i tryed to reset it and i cannot open it because i must typoe the latest google account that was on the phone, but i tried to install with odin the stock software and give me this error (An error has occured while updating the device software. use the emrgency recovery function in the smart switch pc software). and now i dont know what to do beucase i cant even power off it.
need help because i don t know how to do next because i;m noob in all this things!

I'm from romania, i have the model sm-a307fn, i used this firmware A307FNXXU2BTG1_A307FNOEM2BTG1_ROM and i flashed using odin and this gave me the error

Finish the battery power of the phone and leave it for 2 days or so (in Download mode and *not* connected to odin) for faster battery usage, or anywhere as long as it on
After that power it to recovery mode with the volume up button and the power button but press em right after inserting the power cord (cable to your phone to charge it so it can boot to recovery)
When the Samsung thingies pop up release the power button and don't release the volume up button
Press till u see the recovery menu and then wipe cache and then factory reset it :cyclops:
Mostly likely it's gonna need the previous Google account details, I'll research on how to frp bypass the Google lock
