samsung galaxy s3 will not boot up (soft brick)

My samsung galaxy s3 GT- i9300 will not boot up ,it switches on but does not go past the samsung logo
I was trying to ROOT my device thats were the problem came in
so i have no root, recovery mode does not work NOTHING!!! also tried flashing stock md5.tar using odin which made my device look even worse it says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in Kies and try again"

[Q] HELP samsung galaxy duos 2 GT-s7582 stock rom

can someone help me with my phone, i just brick it while rooting thru odin. while in process of rooting and give me a result of FAIL. i accidentally click the start without resetting my phone. and now, when im going to open my phone i got this error
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."
can someone give me a link where i can download a stock rom of my phone. please help

Check if you can boot into download section, if yes then reflash the official firmwares.
If not then you may have hard bricked your smartphone (removing bootloader part as well) and can only be recovered by changing the primary board to a new one (leave that task onto service centre).
You could also manually restore your bootloader using JTAG kit but i dont think they support s7582.

i have the samsung galaxy s 7582
just wanted a new firmware but wasnt able to do the firmware update online.
the phone is rooted
I AM A NEWBEE BUT HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE FOOL TO TRY THIS!
i tried to flash a compatible custom kitkat rom but failed completely
i first intalled the CWM through odin and then tried to install the zip file i downloaded.
i donot have any backup except the efs (i read it somewhere it must be backed up to prevent loss of imei)
i have formatted the system partition, DONOT HAVE ANY BACKUP and the phone never boots.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello my S3 is stuck at logo after installing a app and rebooting i tried clearing cache and formating in recovery mode i tried downloading a new firmware with odin it didnt work ive tried and looked at many forms on this site and couldnt get anything to work and my phone is rooted any idea's ? btw im kinda nub at this so i need simple explaining

what's the name of the app ? are you have CWM ? or AnyRecovery ? what was your rom ?

the app was chainfire3D I dont have Cwm or any recovery i downloaded some for my phone but it didnt work is for the rom i dont remember the name i had it for almost a year now

Boot into the Stock Recovery, and Factory reset. I would also suggest fully Rooting, and installing a Custom Recovery if you are going to be modding your device. It will greatly simplify things for you. It will also give you the safety of having a Nandroid Backup in case things go wrong.

i tried to turn it on this time and it changed to fireware upgrade encountered an issue Please select recovery mode in kies & try again so i got kies and installed all the drivers its just stuck on connecting.

The first thing you should do is try a different USB Cable, and USB Port. You can also check out the thread HERE. There is another HERE, and THIS one. One major thing to keep in mind always. Is to read, read, and read some more before doing anything.

[Q] Bricked [GT-p3100]

Hello everyone! I Own a Samsung galaxy tab 2 - gt-p3100. I rooted it and installed Cyanogenmod 11. Actually my tab was on Jellybean. Now, I can boot through recovery only. Cannot enter download mode. When I boot my tab, I can see the Samsung logo, then again a samsung logo ( Yeah I see the logo twice). And i cannot turn off my tab So I have to drain the battery everytime. I tried restore through CWM recovery, i never had a backup but somehow i had a recovery file in advanced restore option. So please help me ASAP. I have all the drivers installed, OFFICAL firmware, odin and required tools on my laptop and pc. please help me to recover my tab back. Even if i lose data, it doesn't matter. Please tell me a way to unbrick. i dont know if its a bootloop or a hard brick or a softbrick.

I have note 2 verizon version sch-i605 which is soft bricked, i can go in download mode and recovery mode, but phone will not reboot at all i don know if i wrongly flashed it with rom for note 7100 internetional version i think. Also i tried to recover it with going in recovery mode first but i did delete all data when it asked me for so maybe i deleted bootloader i am not too skilled with this or how to fix it , i did try doing everything by googling and exploring this forum and downloading all kinds of roms and try to flash it with odin i tried all 3 of them only once i see on the phone like its installing something with RSF rom but very fast and it will just stay there for ever and not boot. If anyone has any idea or roms to help me please do it , also i wanna say my phone is not rooted and if i do recover it i would like to root it later but for now its like dead phone ?? Thanks guys i hope someone will answer with something.

Download stock firmware from SamMobile.com. Connect your phone in download mode to the computer and use ODIN to flash the firmware as "AP".

Anyone else has any idea ? When i flash it with cwm or what is it called it says it was reset in Odin but phone is still stuck in Samsung note II logo.
