and you thought celebrities weren't smart. =P
you can run Ubuntu in a virtual machine on that class of phone. However you will need to use vnc or SSH to access the terminal. The new native version of Ubuntu which was announced this week is different though and can doesn't require the vnc method. It doesn't support the CPU in your phone at the moment, but hopefully if its open source someone will port it. I think that chip is the same or close to the one in mine and we still have a very active development community.

I completely agree to the fact that armv6 devices are not currently supporting Ubuntu....
Yet there is an upload on YouTube....

no its not possible, also I have galaxy ace and like u i`ve think that but i didnt find anything.
If you want something that's 99% CM and 1% stock then you should really be asking the CM team about it. Sign up to the Cyanogenmod forum and ask there..

Hi XDA community! I want to request someone for port the CM10 to HTC One S with S3 procesor. Can anyone do it? There is port for S4, but S3 users don't have custom ROM without HTC Sense . S3 is popular phone and i know there is many users of s3 who wanna have CM10 for theirs devices and we be very very grateful for developer.
Don't think there are any devs with the S3 variant so getting CM10 probably won't happen.

CM10 is not a port, it is a built from source AOSP based ROM. You will need to find a person who will agree to be your device maintainer and create all of the S3 specific code which has not been released by HTC. In other words, sorry dude.
I was trying to install the newly released version of cynogen mod m8 snapshot for my GT N7100. i followed the steps given on ibtimes http://m.ibtimes.co.uk/update-galax...-4-4-kitkat-via-cyanogenmod-11-m8-rom-1456257 but as given there i didn't succeeded in installing it i had installed the nightly version but i was not able to install snapshot m8. Please help me. And if there is any other ROM for note 2 GT N7100 better and stable than anybody else please tell me. I want to install some of the best ROM for my phone.
Thanx

hi there,
I'd recommend looking and asking in the CyanogenMod thread for the Note 2 here: Cyanogenmod 11 [Official Nightlies]
Also keep in mind that asking for the best ROM isn't a great thing to do, developers put a lot of effort in to their work so it's unfair for people to deem one better than another. I'd recommend looking around the development section and try some for yourself Galaxy Note II Android Development
No i am not comparing but cynogenmod site says that snapshot M8 consist of more features and is the most stable than any other ROMs. But i was not able to install it that is why i was concerned about it.
