Normal Videocall over 3G

Hi, why dosen't this phone have video call? It has a front facing camera so I see no reason for it not to have. Don't you have this in the US?
You have to use skype or the built in Qik video chat, but yes it does have video calling and you can do it over a mobile network.

I know that. My question was why it dosen't have the the normal one where you call to another 3G phone on their phone number. Like it was back in the days before android with Nec e616, Motorola A1000 etc.
yeahhh ithink its funny..
android its newest o.s but its cant do think like older phone
will it happen? (video-call like older phone)

Native 3g video call

Hello all Xdains,
I'm using Xperia Live with walkman. I want to make video call over the 3g network provided by operator( Not Skype, tango, fring etc, they run via data plan ). Dont via any data plan, just directly. But there is no option for video call on this phone. I have heard that only two Android based phone only support 3g video call directly.
So, is there any way to make video call over 3g, any custom or any other software ........ for Xperia Live With Walkman.
there aren't

Sony haven't enabled that function :crying::crying:

Does it support video call?

Recently, I have bought a Xperia L phone. There's a front camera. I thought I could make video call with it. But, unfortunately I didn't find any option for video call. Doesn't it support video call?

Note 5 and Call Recording with WiFi Calling

Quick question for everyone. I've been trying out some call recording apps and noticed I was unable to make phone calls with any call recording app installed. The call would just immediately fail. I realized that if I turned off WiFi calling everything worked as normal.
Anyone else tried this or have any idea why wifi calls fail with a call recorder active?
Thanks.

So this is why my wifi calling stopped all of a sudden. Had no idea what caused it. Thanks for posting this.

You can make video calls only to jio numbers not other network.
Reeeju is right. stock dialer has no video call option
&
Jio4GVoice app doesnt allow Calling function as a whole (Voice/Video) on handsets that support VoLTE
So handsets like Moto G3, which has VoLTE support BUT no Video Calling, is left out
I have got a official CC reply from JIO regarding this.
