I am having an issue where S Note will continually crashes since I have rooted my Note 10.1. I used the Odin method and everything else is working fine w/ the device. It will stop temporarily if I clear the cache for the app, but will start again soon after I open the app again. The only solution I have found to keep the crash from bogging down my device and having to continually clear the message is to freeze the app w/ Titanium. Any suggestions in case I actually want to use the S Note app?
Reflash original software and wait for an official update with Snote working.................
I can't seem to connect via Air Mirror for my Galaxy S4. My phone is stock & rooted. Android 4.4.2, firmware version I9500XXUGNH4. I'm running Xposed if that has anything to do with this.
Same here. AirMirror isn't working either. Galaxy S4, rooted, Android 4.4.4 Goldeneye ROM v45. Really would love it to work!!!
same here. air mirror not working, rooted 4.4.2 ozcan room i9500.
xposed installed.
Yes, I have the same trouble with my Galaxy s3, Rooted and stock android 4.3... airmirror don't stop loading the screen
Connecting to your device...
and nothing else happen, but airdroid got the su rights though
Not working for me either on my Galaxy Note 4, stock, rooted, xposed and SELinux permissive...
Says connecting, airdroid gets SU privilege and runs the vncServer command, but nothing happens.
Would really love this to work!
I'm on a s4 google edition rom 4.4.4
I don't think AirDroid 3 has even asked for SuperSU rights, everytime I open the app it just crashes and says "Unfortunately, AirDroid has stopped." Haven't once gotten it to work. I finally did get the windows client to login but that's useless since the app on my phone crashes everytime I try to open it.

Did you try clearing the AirDroid's app cache/data then trying again? If still crashing, uninstall, reboot, then reinstall. Usually fixes right up for me. Good luck. But, I also still can't get AirMirror to work, but the app opens without any glitches for me.

It doesn't work on my Mac/Yosemite & Samsung Galaxy Note 4 either. I granted SuperSU on the phone and on the Mac it opens the AirMirror window and just hangs at "Connecting to your device..."

Yes I cleared data, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, even did it again after you gave the advice to....still crashing right after I open the app. Then I get weird quick vibrations with no error messages.

Yikes sorry friend. Don't know what to tell you. Their blog says may not work with some ROMs, etc. Dunno.

Thank you for your help my friend. I tried looking on their blog (At least the first page) and couldn't find any text about ROM compatability. Could you link me to the post if you have any free time?
It is strange because the previous version of AirDroid was working just fine on the same ROM but the new version 3 doesn't work and I don't see why it shouldn't work...unless they completely rewrote the app which I doubt

That is specifically for AirMirror though so I am going to keep searching for answers. Right now a lot of people can get the app to open but just can't get mirror to work, I can't even get the app open. Is there any way to look at a log of what is going on when I open the app? Like if I used logcat on an IDE would it give me an error report that I could send to the devs? Or is there an error log stored somewhere in the airdroid folder?
There an AirDroid update but still no luck for me when trying AirMirror. C'mon already!!!
airdroid crashes for me too on google edition rom. I guess it's not working on gpe roms
not working for me too; im on S2 with root, xposed and stock rom, so maybe is not just a custom rom thing >.<
The apk from this thread fixed the force close on S4 GPE but airmirror still doesnt work: http://forum.airdroid.com/discussion/14071/airdroid-3-stopped-on-samsung-phone#latest
i have both a Galaxy S4 I9505 and a Sony Ericsson ST26i. Both rooted and airmirror doesnt work on either.
It does say beta so we might have to wait for an upgrade on the PC desktop client
I'm having the same problem, can't wait to try AirMirror on GS4 running Google Play rom, I get the notifications, can access cal logs, sms, etc.. but can't make airmirror to work it gets stuck at connecting to your device.
This is on a Hackintosh running Yosemite.
Adding my two cents
PC Client on Windows 7 works fine for everything but airmirror, which times out trying to connect.

I have Asian Retail Moto G. Recently an update to 5.02 popped up on the phone. I tried installing it, but it didn't work with clockwork bootloader. By the way, my bootloader is of course unlocked and the phone was rooted before the update. So I flashed the stock bootloader and installed the update. But then i couldn't get to the play store, it showed something like "Can't connect to the play store". To fix this i tried logging out the google account. And now I can't login at all. It says "Couldn't sign in. Can't establish a reliable connection to the server". I tried clearing cache of play store and play services, rolling back updates and disabling google apps. Nothing helped. What can I do now? I really need my google apps.
PROBLEM SOLVED. A clean reinstall of 5.0.2 helped.

It has happened to me too, and, in my case, is 'cause I have a slow connection with Internet. Maybe can you connect in a fast WiFi.

My Internet is alright. And i tried to login at friend's place and it didn't work either.
Problem solved. I just did a clean reinstall of 5.0.2 from the computer and everything works fine.
Hello,
Before trying to root my N8000, KitKat 4.4.2 banking was OK. After rooting, it would not access any secure connection site, so I unrooted it using SuperSU.
This was Ok for the Play Store, but my bank's app became very slow. I can access the site, some data will show up such as balance, but if I request more details it takes forever, or won't show the data.
I decided to uninstall and reinstall the banking app, same problem, reflashing the stock ROM didn't help either.
Using an HP 10X2, Jelly Bean 4.3, same app, same internet connection all is smooth.
Is there something I could try, like cleaning caches, etc?
Thanks for your help,
Hello. Recently i have ran into a problem with Google Chrome, Now, and Play. I cant load those apps on Mobile Data. But i can load other apps just fine. I also ran into a problem with BBM. BBM keeps crashing even though i have reinstalled in thrice from GPlay on wifi. I want to try to Reset my phone. It runs on stock Android 4.4.2. I wonder if there is an app to backup all of data including App datas and Apps. I cant get it rooted. The phone is an Indonesian local brand, so i cant get the restoration ROMs if i want to try ADB rooting. Please help.
Oh, and if there is a fix for the BBM error, i dont have to reset it. Since my school depends on BBM, i have to be able to use BBm
