JaggyRom 4 - Application not Installed Issue - HTC Pico (Explorer)

There are so many apps that I cannot installed but instead shows Application not Installed. I've tried to search the forums but too bad there are no clear solution on these. I've recently flashed JaggyRom 4 and configured the sd-ext. It shows that I have 1.7Gb internal memory. The applications are really bugging me because some did not install properly.
Here are the successful Apps that I've installed
Jetpack Joyride
Temple Run
Solid Explorer
Fruit Ninja
Failed Apps
Dota 2 Companion
Falling Fred
Icy Tower 2
Please help me regarding on these. I will give you support as much as I can. Thank you.

Does this message appear from playstore? Or when ur normally installing an apk?
Sent from my HTC Explorer A310e using Tapatalk 2

Both
Actually both.
In Play Store, the Icy Tower and Dota 2 Companion does not install and they always show application not installed.
The same way as in Solid Explorer. I downloaded the apk files in the net so I can install them independently. It also show Application not Installed.

twrp
you are getting error due to insufficient disk storage
your ext partition is not mounted i guess.....
use Yannou's recovery instead of CWM........and then use ungaze script/int2ext anyone according to you...
edit: jaggy comes with app2sd so no need for any other script
press thank if i helped :good:

Had same problem now fixed
I had the same issue with jaggyrom to solve this
The following trick works only if you have m2sd ie if you didn't install any other script
Open terminal emulator
Type su
Then allow root access request
Then type the following pressing return after each line..then reboot
m2sd apps disable
m2sd data disable
m2sd cache disable
m2sd dalvik disable
m2sd dlcache disable
m2sd readahead 512 (512kb is the readahead value suggested for a class 4 sd card. If your have a better card then you may increase this value)
m2sd rmount enable
Dude remember you must use yannou90 recovery
If this doesn't solve the problem(it didn't for me) read on
Try flashing ateeq kernel from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801388
Or try cranium http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1632895
Also after installing the app you must goto manage apps>appname>then press move to phone if that is the button
Otherwise the app may start to freeze see the screenshot below for proof....

If anyone would, would you please try to install Falling Fred or Icy Tower 2? I wonder if the applications are the real problem not the phone itself. Because I tried to input the same script in terminal (the m2sd ones) but I still get the same error. I don't want to format again the phone. I have tried to flash several times and I'm afraid my SD card would get ruined.

I've just installed both of them with no issues, on "xperia aokp v2"

Anyone with Jaggyrom 4 would like to install the said apps.?
Also there are many apps I tried but also failed. What is wrong with Jaggy?

I now have a thing in my mind, do you guys think that there is a chance gingerbread to be incompatible with this app's and that be the issue, and the reason that this apps are shown to be some build prop tweaking, because normally they won't be shown in playstore?

If that would be the case, Play Store would be misleading. They said it is compatible with my phone but it is false.
I have a theory, too. Our Jaggy4 is an Android 2.3.5. Are the said apps incompatible with this version?

....

(My recovery is yannou's.)
Update:
Installed Apps
Babel Rising 3D (it is 3D and demanding app. why does it start in jaggy while the others can't?)
Tap Tap 4 (with songs smoothly playing. katy perry, owl city - ALL OF THEM SMOOTH)
Defence Effect (another 3D)
Zombie Highway
Zenonia 5
Doodle Jump
Ninjump
Not Installed Apps:
Roller Coaster 3D
Air Navy
Also in G.Play Store:
Facebook App (why?)
Also I noticed, the video decoding is unstable. Does anyone noticed it? Cause I'm playing videos in default video player and automatically force closed.
Can these have relations since the intro of Falling Fred is a video?

Works fine on my jaggyrom dude just try the steps i posted........
Try changing your kernel ateeq kernel solved my problem....but now running on cranium 1.3 ghz oc still no problem.........
Also ensure you turn off all the scripts in m2sd except reverse mount.....

WOW! Everyone! Thanks for the support. I've finally installed Running Fred and I'm very happy. What I did is just flash Ateeq's!
Thanks very much for help.
BTW, can you please link the creator of Jaggy in this thread so that he can also observe the ROM for future purposes.
Again, thanks to all of you, to Ateeq, Jaggy, thanks very much!

You have to delete the odex file with Root Explorer. It's somewhere in data/app and its icon is some kind of driver mechanism. It's easy to spot. It should then let you install it again. The odex file is named like the app, well somewhat. Hit thanks if it helped. )

If it's a "shared" apk, then it might work on the other device because it might be designed for it. Not sure about Asphalt particularly, but many Gameloft games have different versions for different processors. That, or you need to make sure you get the game data folder with the .obb in it that goes with the "shared" apk.
But if you are making a clean install from the Play Store, then I'd try to make sure I was on Dalvik (sure, it probably runs on ART, but seems like things install from the Play Store on Dalvik better, in my experience) and like PhilipTD mentioned, if you have had it installed before, delete the game data folder in /data/data and I'd delete the obb folder on the /sdcard in either the /android or /Gameloft folder (I don't have the game and too lazy to Google it), if that didn't get removed either. If all that fails, and you purchased the game, let Gameloft know and I'm sure they could point you in the right direction or discuss a refund.
Uninstall any other gameloft games
It will work definitely!
I was also having this prob and this occurs only with gloft games

I just found out that if I use apkeditor to change the installation location to internal the recompiled apk will install, I tried it with a couple of apps I couldn't install on my galaxy s4 with lollipop and now I can
So far for me it was Exoplanet Explorer and Turbo Dismount, and on both I just had to change the default location to internal.
@Yash24 Thanks man it worked I literally Created an account to thank you

Use int2ext script not int2ext+ i faced the same problem..
I replaced the script.. Cleared dalvich cache and data of playstore..
I deleted the account and added again.. It worked..
I'm not actually good at this but do I need to remove all my apps then change the script or there is an easier and less time consuming way.
Thanks

There are 2 ways:
1. Copy the script in the ROM zip then flash the ROM..
Now you can do is flash over the present ROM installation after wiping cache and dalvich cache ..
2. Copy paste script..
As you have many apps I would suggest that remove apps then put the script..
The reason for removal of apps is it will take a long time to boot plus you may never know what may go wrong .. You can restore your apps via titanium backup so uninstalling won't be a problem..
Hit thanks in the left corner if I helped you..
via Apache Helicopter
First of all backup ur all the installed apps with ES file explorer or other one, and also backup ur phonebook contacts then reset ur mobile... I m sure that It will work

can't install game cause another game is installed?

Okay so I play Darkness Rises and wanted to try that new game Jurassic World Alive so tried to install it and got a 505 error trying to install it from the play store.. I did all the usual like clear cache and data from Play Store, Play Services and Download Manager, nothing seemed to be fix the issue... So I gave up trying.
Yesterday I had to do a reset on my phone so decided to try to install it on a fresh system and it installed, but when I tried to install Darkness Rises, it now gave me the 505 error. Uninstalling JWA allowed me to install Darkness Rises again, but found when I now tried to reinstall JWA error 505 is back..
My main device is a razer phone with 8.1 but also tried with the same results on an S9+ and an LG V30 with the latest software. I have lots of space available on my phones (currently 40gig free on my razer) so that ain't the problem either.. I've never run into this that one game is completely incompatible if you have another game installed..
Anyone have any idea of a cause? Can anyone else try installing both these games and tell me if you have the same issue? Anyone have any idea of a fix?
Try Installing it Manually.
Download Jurassic World Alive from "apkpure" website.
And install it manually.

Doesn't work.. It's the game itself that won't install. Tried apks from 3 sites and different versions.. The game itself fails to install if darkness Rises is installed
So....
So you have keep either dark knight or jurrasic.

Yeah well obviously.. I was looking more for if anyone knew why this was happening or verification that they can't have both installed at the same time as well.. Then I could at least contact the developer if it wasn't just me
Use different site from different version

Keeping both of them are only possible if you are rooted:
1. Keep Both of your APKs in your Downloads folder.
2. Download Root Browser Classic from the Play Store.
3. Grant root access if asked.
4. Copy both APKs fron the Downloads folder to root directory “\system\app\”
5. Set both APKs’ permissions in “\system\app\” directory to rw-r-r
6. Enjoy!
*Note: If an application failed to work properly due to the process of copying, then there’s really no way to do this.
If the one of Tyne application aren’t showing, try rebooting again or paste the APKs again.
If APK permission failed to change, try rebooting a few times and it will set permission automatically.
Please reply for further assistance.
