[Q] service in india. - RAZR HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

one year before i have faced service issues or can say major service issues.
i was having motorola atrix 2 something goes wrong in it.
i went to nearby service center ,they said phone have software issue and mic was not working they take one and half month to correct it and when i saw my phone scratches were there.
is the service same or improved.

My beloved SS GIII suddently freeze !!!! Pls Help !

I cannot understand what the hell is happening to my Galaxy III. I bought it about 3 months ago and there is no problem until now.
Two days ago, suddenly the phone became frozen. I turned it off and could not start up again.
I almost got crazy with this issue.
This phone I bought from my friend, who brought it to me from USA. Quite new, in box ! Of course !
Now no where in my country accept to do A/S for this phone. And I am afraid that I have to spend much money to repair this new phone and it can be scratched during fixing.
Actually, I also do not know where I can have it fixed.
Getting around on the internet, I came here to ask for your advices, Galaxy III experts. Please help me !
I knew that someone already experienced this issue with Galaxy II, and it was so bad that he just could sell that dead phone with very cheap price.
I really regret not buying an HTC One X when I saw it. That time I was very confused between choosing a cheaper one (HTC) and the more fashionable one (Galaxy III). But my ****ing friend persuaded me to buy Galaxy III from his shop in USA. And now, that ****ing guy disappeared. I cannot contact him. Is it possible he cheated me with something fake ?
Can you explain what happens when you try to turn on your phone? Does the screen come on? Bootscreen?
I read an article about gs3 dying randomly, and samsung replacing even rooted ones no questions asked when this happens. Maybe this something else?

[Completed] [Q] Samsung galaxy note 4

Hi there, ive been having problems with my three network and with data, my current tariff is unlimited data, i usually get around 5mbs at home but as of last night i only get .02mbs, ive phoned three up and i followed some steps without fixing the problem, the women said there was nothing wrong with my mast, she then transferred me to lvl2 technical support, he ran through the same steps and then said there was a problem with the mast and that technicians are working on a problem and that it will be fixed exactly 1 month later (13/06/2015). weird why did the previous tech see that??? he explained a bit but i changed the subject a bit but he then told me that he's going to get lvl 3 techs to look into the problem (weird again i thought it was the mast?) what can techs do about physical works on the equipment, anyway my question is, is there anyway to see faults with my local masts with the three network, im unable to find any on there website, or is there something on my phone i could try fix the problem? any help will be great thanks!

Lg service for customer worst

Since a week having been trying to contact lg customer service as wanted some info regarding lg g4 variants and specification
The only reply i everytime got was donot reply mail and your request have been forwded to concerned department
Was thinking to buy 2 lg g4 but dont wana go for a company whose presale service is such bad
Think samsung or iphone will be good as usual

[Completed] Tuch malfunction of mmxA120

My micromax A120 tuch started malfunctioning now a days, and the main problem is in a perticuler angle and on flat on floor condition it just working fine , on other angels it work but very unpredictablely . I have visited service center they said me to change the tuch, and one of local shop keeper said that mybe some hardware problem , he need my ph for 2day to test it by some codes then he will go for it, is there any option to know what the actual problem is. Can i test my Accelerometer, proximity and tuch by myself ??? Please help. And thanks in advance.

[Completed] Bought used phone, got carrier blacklisted 30 days later. Any way to fix?

Title says it all really. Bought a used phone, apparently the seller stopped paying the equipment contract at Tmobile after or shortly before they sold it to me. After 30 days of me using it with no problems, it suddenly couldn't get a signal at all, and the tmobile store said it was "locked for nonpayment" from the original owner. They apologized, said they cant remove the lock, and gave me a loaner phone to use for 2 weeks while I figure out getting a new phone.
I have seen ebay sellers who offer to remove a phone from the blacklist, but they want you to DL software on your pc and allow remote access etc. All stuff i wouldn't do in a million years.
If there is any way to fix this problem so I can actually use my expensive phone, please reply here or send me a message. thanks for any and all help.
(The phone is a Tmobile Galaxy S5, running cyanogenmod 12.1 but can be flashed back to stock to fix this problem if possible).
