[Q] note 10.1 wifi stuck on loading screen - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, my tablet can't load pass the Cyanogenmod loading screen. I tried formatting wiping data and i get:
Formatting /data...
Error mounting /data!
Skipping format...
Formatting /cache...
Formatting /sd-ext...
Formatting /sdcard/.android_secure...
Error mounting /sdcard/.android_secure!
Skipping format...
Data wipe complete.
How do i fix this? I also tried installing the latest nightly build.

When I try to wipe data with clockwork recovery I get this:

E: can't mount /dev/block/stl20
(No such file or directory)
Error mounting /datadata/!

No app2sd partition found. Skipping format of /sd-ext.

I also can't clear cache same errors basically

you positive its 2.5.0.4? cause mine is 2.5.0.1. you might have somehow ended up with the wrong cwm. go here to get the right one, then try.

There is no mmcblk0p2. The sdext partition is mmcblk1p2
whoops. type error. i figured it out. Just needed to partition sd.

i unlocked my bood loader con htcdev succesfully then i changed the stock recovery. htc sensation z710e.. i did the '' 3 wipes '' needed with E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk1p2 error and i then flashed miuiandroid_Sensation-2.4.27.zip... result, sensation in total boot loop,100% panic right now need help please

I've bricked my phone an V975 Alcatel (Chipset Mediatek MT6575, Android 4.1.1) when I tried to install an apk meant to gave me acces to more internal storage.
Now when I get in CWM Recovery (cwm version 5.5.0.4) I get these error messages:

E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open/cache/recovery/last_log
When I use wipe data/factory reset I get these lines:

Trying to wipe dalvik cache does nothing...
I've also attached the recovery.log
I've tried to reflash the ROM I was using before but it's the same thing. Still stuck on boot logo. If I should flash the STOCK ROM through SP_Flash_Tool please guide me since I've tried this already and when I press the download button and connect my phone I get this error : "brom error s_ft_need_download_all_fail (4050)".
Any help is appreciated.

Hello, i try to install new sku, because my fone was stacked on asus logo and not boot at all. but when i try to install this sku in cwm in recovery mod, going to writing modem image and that's it, don't want to continue. and when i go to in show log and report error is writing this:
script succeeded: result was [t]Do factory reset for JB ota to KK!
I:Can't partition non-vfat: datamedia
I:Can't format unknown volume: /external_sd
I:Can't format unknown volume: /emmc
I:using /data/media for /sdcard.
So what i need to do, to fix installation and boot android on my fone?

Unable to format using twrp - Unable to format to remove encryption

Hello everybody. I need Your help.
I have Lenovo P2. Last days i tried some ROMs. I have TWRP and before every new upload i FORMAT DATA(Wipe) and of course wipe cache, system
Today when I try to format I have error:
Unable to wipe '/data' -- unknown file system 'auto'
Unable to format to remove encryption
when i typed :
cat /etc/fstab
i got:
/dev/block/mmcblk0p56 /data ext4 rw 0 0
I read some posts of forum and ?solution? to repair is to type this:
make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p56
after this i had 0MB Internal Storage and many errors when try to format any data, cache, internal....
So i changed to f2fs and back to ext4 and Internal Storage is OK but still can't format data
Now I can upload ROM but when it starting i have monit "Encryption unsuccessful and interrupted"
PLEASE HELP i can't use my Lenovo :crying:
btw. my linux knowledge is not very well
