Messed up my recovery!

Hey guys
Messed up my recovery quite a bit, so that it doesn't format data or cache!!
When I start up my recovery, it is cwm 6.0.3.1 and it gives the message
Code:
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
Then when i try to wipe my cache (partition), I get
Code:
-- Wiping cache...
Formatting /cache...
E: format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p33
Cache wipe complete.
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
And When I try to wipe data/factory reset, I get:

Error mounting /data!

Formatting /cache...

When I try wiping dalvik's cache I don't get any response from recovery, the menu just flashes.
I just flashed an updated recovery today after discovering the problem but to no avail.
Any suggestions will be awesome!!

Last version has bugs.
Install V 6.0.2.8 Here

I just flashed it, didn't change anything. Do you think its something to do with the partitions being messed up?

Nope its the recovery use twrp

[Q] My Fascinate will not turn on! Please help!!

Last night, I was looking at an article I found on Facebook. I was reading the article, and my phone locked up (my phone has a tendency to freeze when I am using any web browser.) So I took out the battery like I do any other time that this happens. I put it back in after two or three seconds. I then turned it on. It is fine until the boot animation starts up. Then it will stay at the boot animation forever. I did not download anything before it happened. The phone is rooted. I have already tried wiping the cache partition and taking out the SD card. Neither worked. Would a factory reset fix the problem, and would it erase the root on my phone. By the way, when I booted in recovery and tried wiping the cache partition, I got the following.

[Q] Problems with partitions

i have a LG Optimus One (P500) here, but I can´t install any rom (ATM no ROM is installed). My recovery is WRP v2.8.3.0-MULTI-OS2SD, but I don´t know what "OS2SD" is :-/
First, I´d like to wipe the device completely, so I selected "Wipe" in the main menu. I swiped to the right to start a factory Reset and got the following error:
E: Unable to mount "/system"
E unable to mount storage
E: Unable to mount "/data"
E: Failedd to wipe dalvik
Updating partition details...
E: Unable to mount "/data"
E: Unable to mount "/system"
MTD Formatting "cache"
Done.
Updating partition details...
E: Unable to mount "/data"
E: Unable to mount "/system"
...done
E: Unable to mount storage.
How can I fix this? I can access fastboot, if needed.

O2sd is a whole nother animule. Flash a normal recovery version and try again.

[Completed] [BRICKED] Freeze on boot logo. Help please.

Hello guys!
I've bricked my phone an V975 Alcatel (Chipset Mediatek MT6575, Android 4.1.1) when I tried to install an apk meant to gave me acces to more internal storage.
Now when I get in CWM Recovery (cwm version 5.5.0.4) I get these error messages:

Trying to wipe dalvik cache does nothing...
I've also attached the recovery.log
I've tried to reflash the ROM I was using before but it's the same thing. Still stuck on boot logo. If I should flash the STOCK ROM through SP_Flash_Tool please guide me since I've tried this already and when I press the download button and connect my phone I get this error : "brom error s_ft_need_download_all_fail (4050)".
Any help is appreciated.

failed to mount system

since I did a bad flashing, when I start the phone in recovery mode I get the following errors:

I tried to flash again from the sdcard, same errors appear. Lauching a file manager from sdcard is impossible too.
Concerning ADB, the phone is detected, but flashing give an error. Odin doesn't detect the phone.
Anybody can help me ?
