Hello ,
I have this Huawei u8180 and I rooted it. After that, I wanted to install a new ROM on it "Cyanogenmod 7". I normally did every step that I found on the net and speacialy on this Website, and I think I messed up on some step. I have the cell phone in front of me now and (I think) installing the new ROM which has taken so long, about 6 hours now... Is that normal ? If it isn't what shall I do ?

I will buy Huawei U8300 which has Android 2,1. And this will be my first Android phone so i dont know anything.
I found many links on how to root phone and Im not even sure what exactly does that do (first time i hear that).
But as I understand, i can upgrade Android version that way. But how much better can Huawei 8300 go with Android upgrade, and how far can i clock it with some app?
I know Android Market has apps that can be installed after root, but where can i find better version of Android for rooted phone and how can i install it?

Towel root works fine but the articles with lollipop upgrade instructions look dodgy to say the least. You can't even download the zip files without taking a survey first.

I believe that the phone is great with excelent hardware we can open oc the phone and produce a cleaner Rom

You can not install any ROM
Android version is also 6 Bild 803
Please do'll help
How do you build regardless flash and ROM before I go back?
Back to Android 20kb file 5 generally does not work well
Do Andrrvyd 6 low recovery is available?
So I can not install custom ROM?
Or that there twrp to the honor 6 L4 custom ROM installed?

I looking a new rom for my Acer ICONIA ONE 10 B3-A20 witch CPU Mediatek MTK8163
my actual Rom is Acer_AV0L0_B3-A20_RV03RC02_WW_GEN1-MT8163 and some app show me message ther cant be install because i have old android .. It show Android 5.1 .
There is any solution to update this room ? I know Tablet is old but have not bad spec .. Please help me if posible

but my Tablet has RV08 instead of RV08RC03, so at least newer builds should be available

There are no new stock updates, you have to root and flash custom ROM by yourself.
