@OP .. My advise is delete everything and ask the mod to lock this thread.
Posting of warez is not allowed and you're including them in your ROM.
The 1st thread on this sub-forum informs everyone to remove root explorer from their ROMs.
This way you can avoid infraction/warning/ban.

I believe that Gapps are not allowed to be included in the ROMs due to Google licensing restrictions. They must be installed separately afterwards. Additionally, if I read correctly this includes Apex Launcher Pro and that is definitely not allowed. I am at work and do not have time to deal with this at this instant, but I will be checking as soon as I get home and there will be infractions if what I am seeing is correct.

To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode. Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.
This is work in progress, this means not everything is properly fixed or resized, so please, report bugs only and not resizing issues, as I will resolve them, if you have proper values or strings to make it look better, I will receive them, thanks!

Hey, it's a beta, so there will be bugs. But i don't have the time to flash other Roms at the moment, sorry.

So the first bug - im getting an really low network signal. (everything works fine on DK CM10.1 RC5) However I still can call and my data transfer is quite fast so I think that it is just an graphical error. Reboot and second flash did not solved the issue.

I have CM12 built for the M8 and figured I would let others try it out.
Unofficial, Unstable Builds
It is almost certainly not 100% functional. As such, I am not responsible for anything that happens to your device or anything that happens to you or anything around your device. No guarantees that this ROM will be safe at all.
It is built entirely from what our wonderful device maintainers have in CyanogenMod's repositories. Again, it is probably not complete, and I do not know what is/isn't working. All I have done is apply some patches to get the build in a "buildable" status. It builds for me, no guarantees that it will run for you.
Having a public forum for people to debug these types of builds may help the device maintainers to see what needs worked on.

Loving all the progress on various builds but please commit them back to CM branch too It's great having people fix issues but even better if we can get them in one tree of code. Let me know how it turns out, I'm curious. It's probably the same case with the other CM12 roms but yeah. xD
not sure why so many cm12 roms.. It's better if everyone work for the bug fix rather than creating the same CM12 with same bugs...

So far, anerik's thread has been most useful; least bugs, big fixes, clean, and very fast and smooth.

yeah this guy is just using someone else's work and sharing it as his own. no good.
@Bakapo these guys don't understand that if you use the same sources, you'll get the same size(doesn't mean you copied anerik)....I don't even use anyone's build from xda...I build from source directly...the only difference between you and me is that I don't Upload to XDA....
But don't listen to these guys, add some features to your ROM and upload that if you wish... Good luck young dev [emoji6]

Well for starters he's doing something instead of ranting about when fixes will come like the other people now the amount of spam will evenly distribute in all threads
