This is repack of CM10 to work with new Wkparks bootloader it is for use with new partitions (ICS) and Wkpark bootloaders for everyone who doesnt want to downgrade to GB or has truble with it.
How to use:
1) You are on ICS
2) flash recovery
3) flash Wkparks bootloaders
Download zip and put it on sdcard, download gapps and put it on sdcard
Go to recovery wipe data, cache and system
Flash ROM and gapps.
Reboot
Bugs: CM10 bugs
And one most inportant: DO NOT ever from CM10 menu reboot to recovery.
You will be stuck in recovery bootloop.
Only way to fix that is to flash Xbsall bin.
Reboot to recovery by holding buttons.

By the way great work, loving it. Only had one little glitch when booting, funny looking twrp screen flashed up then it booted into CM10
Sent from my LG-P920 using xda app-developers app
Yes, if you use this one wait for my update. That funny looking screen at booting is known for CM10, it is the last screen that you see when you reboot. Remember not to press reboot to recovery you will brick it. Reboot normaly then use key combo to go to recovery.
And dont thank me, thank to acree hi did all the work. I only make it to work on new bootloader.

In which i do, if im not mistaken. I've done everything in the guide. Im running CM9.
so basically this has to be flashed (like the new recovery method) just without doing the following
execute: fastboot flash x-loader files\x-loader.bin
execute: fastboot flash u-boot files\u-boot.bin
execute: fastboot flash boot files\boot.img
execute: fastboot flash recovery files\cwm.img

I want to install Darkroom ICS, but before I have to install the portrd rom!

- First, you follow this guide.(upgrade baseband ICS).
- Then Root The Phone and install TWRP Recovery or CWM Recovery.

You try to open the LG Flash Tool and make the next step, as you know, window 8 can get drivers automatically.
I think I fail hard at this!

Hello.
I just installed CM10 to my phone and i'm not getting any signal at all. I found out it was due to the baseband, and i want to flash a cm10 compatible baseband.
I found a tutorial on how to do it but i have a question:
If i flash the working baseband to my phone, will my rom or anything will be deleted? Or i'm going to be able to boot my phone normally and hopefully get signal?
Thanks!

When booting up (by pressing power button, and when I connect it to charger it boots up by itself) the phone goes straight to CWM Recovery. I've tried everything, nothing works.
When in CWM everything seems to work fine: I can flash the ROM or do backup/restore.
I tried going back to stock - same problem. Can Not boot to OS.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Just to clarify on understanding your issue, when you boot up the phone by pressing only the power button your phone goes into cwm instead? While in cwm when you select reboot does is just stay in cwm? What version of cwm are you using? If I were in your shoes, I would reflash cwm with nvflash and go from there.
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda app-developers app
Sounds like you need to NVFlash CWM.
Did you use ROM Manager to flash CWM?
Appears you flashed CWM to the boot partition, not the recovery partition, which can happen when you use ROM manager.

The answer to all of these questions is "Yes"
The CWM Recovery I used is 5.0.2.0, but I tried other versions too, same results: reboot to Recovery just by pressing power or "reboot' from CWM.

I would next than suggest using the scrubber/nullifier, followed by NV flashing the stock rescue package, than follow back up with NV flashing CWM and than your ROM.
This should rebuild all partitions and than rebuild from scratch.
This is the procedure I follow when I brick my phone. I can provide you with links if needed.

I found and used the nullifier, but it didn't help either. I used the file manager that comes with the nullifier, and for some reason the boot folder is empty even after I flash the ROM, and I also tried copy/paste the boot image from my backup folder to the root/boot folder.
I'm frustrated. Please HELP. any other suggestions.

I tried to reboot the phone, and now its in boot loop.
Is it safe to flash CWM Recovery(v5.0.2.7) now ? And then restore from my backup?
If you made the backup with a different version of CWM the backup will not restore. You have to use the same version to restore the ROM as you did to make the backup.
Yey!!! It worked! :victory::victory::laugh:
Flashed NV Flash----->Flashed CWM 5.0.2.7----> and then restored from my backup. Now my phone is as it was before.
Thanks so much everyone!!!
