Hi, When I install custom Rom (CM 4.1.2) for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 GT-P5100 and than I install the last version of Kie 2.5. when I connect it with kie or troubleshoot connection error. it doesn't work.
How can I connect my device with Kie?
How can I go back to old version of stock rom 4.0.4?

Yes kies do not recognise custom Roms.
And to revert to stock Rom go to Samsung-updates.com or samfirmware.com download your device latest firmware and flash via odin

Flash recovery via odin while untick autoreboot then reboot manual to recovery via volume up+power then flash the other file if a message appear as fix recovery say yes
Or flash stock 4.0.3 via odin from www.samfirmware.com and try rooting again

I'm having the same problem, not sure what you are trying to say how to fix it. I'm new
i have galaxy tab 2 7.0 p3105 and it has android 4.0.4 as stock and doesn't download jellybean as an update
so i flashed the rom to rom of 3100(4.1.1) that i downloaded from sammobile and it works. but later i decided to go back to stock rom and i downloaded the original rom for 3105 from sammobile but when i flash it, it just won't start, so i tried 3100 rom again and it works.
what do you think is the problem?
how can i make the stock rom work and doesnt get stuck at boot?
as i mentioned above 3100 rom works for me
but if i want to get back to original 3105 rom what can i do?

I had recently tried rooting it and installing cm 10.1 nightly build but it failed and in the process it got factory reset twice or thrice. I was running Jelly bean official firmware. I downloaded and tried to install the Ice cream sandwich Offficial firmware through odin on download mode but nothing is working. Some one please help me :crying:

Download CWM or TWRP recovery flash that thru Odin then download Stock Rom (Should be available in the forum), install it thru CWM or TWRP.

im new in all of this rotting and costum ROM thing , i found a samsung gt-p7500 tab in my house and i decided to root it and install costume ROM becuse of the old android version on the tab
I download this ROM

and download TWRP throw TWRP manager app and download version 2.2.1.5 thet match to my device, should i download diffrent TWRP device version? (is it mather whice device version i download in the first place?)

I have an Galaxy tab GT-P7100 10.1v 3G version 4.04 , manufacture year 2011, running android 4.0.4 , kernel version 3.1.10.
Is there a way to update android on this tablet? Last over the air android version was stuck at 4.0.4 wich doesn't let the tablet installing and running apps anymore.

You have to
1. Find a Custom Recovery ( CWM recovery and/or TWRP recovery ) suitable to your phone
2. If found, find a Custom ROM suitable to your phone
If both found then you've to flash the Custom Recovery, if successful then you've to flash the Custom ROM via the Custom Recovery.
