I have successfully ported mokee os,joy os 1.2.2,lewa os for our galaxy 3.everything is working,bugs same as cm7.2rc3 by marcel.

If you are on cm9 rom then you can install directly without wipe so that all your data will be safe but to remain on the safer side i suggest to do a complete wipe before flashing this rom
You need to wipe all things if you are come from any other rom except cm9

*long press power button and select toggle statusbar to hide\unhide the statusbar.
*check softkeys under paranoid settings to have softkeys on statusbar
*DON'T REDUCE THE DENSITY OF ANY APP LESS THAN 120 OR THE APP WILL FORCE CLOSE
*u can switch the ui from tablet ui to phone ui under paranoid settings\hybrid settings\list of apps\select app and change the ui and density\hit apply.u can change the density and ui of all system and downloaded apps here.

Yes JB is further along on paper, but marcel hasn't updated the github to reflect the working list and the build we are all messing around with at the moment is in a much worse state than ICS, so until Marcel decides to update guthub or release a newer build I think ICS is still better. JB will be the best as it already looks fantastic but for now ICS is good and we dont know how long we will have to wait for JB, let him do his thaang!

^^ absolutely true... since there is an indefinite time before first cm10 build release, so its better to use ics as its currently used by many (including me).

There is no 1st build released by marcel will the mod close the thread of CM10

[ROMS]Ports For CM7/Alpha 9

Hi G3 users, I have now Ported many Roms for cm7/alpha 9 and instead of starting new threads for each, I have decided to put all in one now....
All these are based on CM7 Alpha 9 (for now, will update to alpha 10/beta 1 when marcel releases it)
IMPORTANT NOTE
1) These Roms include all the remaining bugs of Cm7 Alpha 9
2) If You have any issue with connectivity, replace the telephonyprovider.apk in /system/app with this
3) If you have any calling issue, replace phone.apk with this(Doesnt work on miui)
4) If you have any messaging related issues, you can replace mms.apk with This
5)If MIUIcamera isnt working properly or freezing very often, you can replace miuicamera.apk with this( in case camera isnt working on other roms, you can still replace with this file but rename it Camera.apk
6) If you get frequent FC on keyboard ,replace it with this
7) If your Launcher keeps giving fc, replace it with This
8) For JB style clock replace clock.apk with this(For screens see my S3 rom Screens)
9) If gallery/Quickpic Doesnt Work, pls update/reinstall it
IF you wish to NOT do the above, you can do one easier thing:
-Dwnld the Rom
-Extract it to folder(lets say X)
-you should get 2 folders(Meta-inf and System) and a file(zImage)
-open system--->app
-Now replace the apk from there with any one mentioned above
-return to folder X
-Select Meta-inf , system and zImage ----> Right click ---> Choose 7-zip/Winzip ---> And click ADD TO ARCHIVE
-Now choose format as .zip and type any name which you may like (it souldnt be the same as the rom u have dwnld if the rom is in folder X too)

I too ported about 8-9 miui roms
Half didnt even boot:crying:
others gave prob except one

There is quite good application for tweaking "pimp my rom" of course it has not all possible tweaks but it has enough basic tweaks :thumbup:

LG shud wrk if u know how to convert a few lg based files to samsung

In each post, can you mention whether the calling works on each ROM or not? It makes it easier for us and prevents us from wasting time flashing a ROM and realising that calling doesn't work and then we have to modify some apk files etc. If you can, can you also fix calling in the ROMs permanently so we don't have to fix it ourselves?

I guess it works properly in all so far
But in case it doesn't, I provided a tutorial which is easy and hardly takes time
Else I would need to unnecessarily re upload every rom just for a minor defect

Very nice idea create this thread bro :good:
I will start with some things that should be better in 7.0, the music player is damm ugly, the new statusbar layout is not that beautiful like 6.7 ( i hate that brightness slider icon like AOKP ), after install the theme you lost the app"tweaks" and statusbar greper is now intalled but after enter in statusbar greper you cant change anything, this theme would fit the rom PERFECTLY : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2134382, the performance in 7.0 with the inbuilt kernel is good as 6.7 but with the optional kernel i faced much lagg. I will stay with the 6.7 with the ics theme for a long long time, for me jana 5.5 and 6.7 were the best :highfive:

I will start with some things that should be better in 7.0, the music player is damm ugly, the new statusbar layout is not that beautiful like 6.7 ( i hate that brightness slider icon like AOKP ), after install the theme you lost the app"tweaks" and statusbar greper is now intalled but after enter in statusbar greper you cant change anything, this theme would fit the rom PERFECTLY : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2134382, the performance in 7.0 with the inbuilt kernel is good as 6.7 but with the optional kernel i faced much lagg. I will stay with the 6.7 with the ics theme for a long long time, for me jana 5.5 and 6.7 were the best :highfive:

Read,the creator of that theme won't allow to port/edit/share on other roms or devices.
And for the dialertab,also copy the odex files and then reboot.
I would like to have 4.2 stausbar or PA statusbar..everything else is just fine..

Already did it, apk and odex ( set the same permissions of apk and odex files ) and rebooted but no sucess

I flashed v7.0 and it get stuck in Boot... I changed from Dark Fantasy v2 u.u does 6.7 work? D:

1 install rom v7
2 flash the theme
3 flash the optionnel kernel
4 uninstall apps u dont use from jana lab
5 reset phone
any things will be cool now like mine
jana v7 is best rom for now , but id like cm7.2 with jana v7 camera and task manager , but it seems to be impossible

Transparent statusbar isn't completely transparent. I see its outline (1 pixel thick). I'm using Jana v7 with optional kernel without any theme. Same was the issue with Jana v6.7 but it got solved when I flashed cyanogenmod theme in Jana v6.7. Any solution??...

Buddy why r u creating spam here....First of all this is not pure 4.1.2...rom based on mobistel cynus jelly bean.....you have said that its pure 4.1.2 which is wrong.....second browser is not match with image that u post on thread.....third u have given quick setting pro version i think pro versions r not allowed according to rules...so please MODERATORS lock this thread..No hard feeling but please give us right information nd rom...

all the features I mentioned above, but the difference with the other ROM I don't know because I have never used

Good stable rom for daily use.. good job dev!

Jelly dream fusion is 4.1.1 not 4.1.2 dev.
Pure 4.1.2 are:
1. Jiyayu G3
2. Lewa
3. MIUI
That's all available so kindly take these any one of these as base and make out developer

You are right but there are some features in this rom which I did not find in any other ROM

Does the ROM has 4.2 status bar. Since in the screenshot you have posted both 4.1 and 4.2
I want to know which is available.

- In my ROM is available both 4.1 and 4.2 status bar; 4.1 status bar at the left top and 4.2 status bar at the right top from SIM blue to right hand, you can change location by setting. :highfive:
