Hello all Here I present you all my CM9 ICS port for OG Droid. Its smooth & perfect.

Some tweaks.
If while playing games,etc you feel laggy then in root explorer go to /system/lib/egl & delete libGLES_android.so
now navigate to /system/etc/init.d * deleate [email protected]$$kerne...... now reboot your phone must be buttery smooth ..
If gallery is laggy change cpu frequuency & enjoy.

I got some bug report which will be cleared today
Yeppo, works very nicely. Extremely smooth (probably due to the supercharger). As far as I can tell, everything is working.
I installed GAPPS, and now I'm getting loads of FC's. Maybe make boost the system size a bit?
Part 2 link only goes to Dev Host not to the file needed.

I'm getting floods of FCs after installing the 4/22 GAPPS with the recent build that's been uploaded.
I'll check it out see how it works. I'll check in later.
So apparently my photos aren't showing up, they're just grey and says can't load thumbnail. When I tried to use the camera is said I needed to insert an SD, which I clearly have on. There's an R by the signal bars but I'm still getting internet, though when I turn off the mobile network the R still sticks around. There's not a whole lot of notification ringtones though that's just nitpicking now. Other than that it runs great, though I personally don't like the launcher I changed it to Holo.
So I tried to install this on my droid for fun. boots up and then about two mins later get a black screen. drop down menu works but settings button force closes.

Yeah it did that to me too. I just cleaned out the droid again and reflashed. Booted up that time.

For gapps Donot flash them just install from SD card it will help you. Sorry I forgot to mention It
@ erronr : although it didnt happend to me I just flashed it now for this purpose. if problem still exists. Do this it may help you just reboot into recovery wipe all (except SDcard ) 2 times. Now install part 1. & reboot phone (may take some time on some phones) after phone boots up after few mins reboot back into recovery & flash part 2. reboot again problem must not exist .
@ Shredder87 : my gallery works fine & loads thumbnails . if they dont then in apps section wipe Gallery3d 's data and try again ....
there is no lot of ringtones and notification thats to reduce usage of system folder size you can set ringtones from sd card from apps available at playstore

I did that and still no go sadly I dunno what's going on I ran another new ROM and everything showed up with camera working. Strange. I wouldn't want to reformat my SD card for it to read. I wasn't too fond of acid. Played around with it for like an hour, and didn't become a fan. I use Awesome Beats DSP mod.

i have ext4 partition on my sdcard... but when i use link2sd it said that ext4 is not supported on this device... is it true?

added on main post a small patch to reenable ext4 and ipv6 ( needed by goggles )
apologize for any inconvenience this have caused
edit: if it reboots it's cause your cpu doesn't support that high freq, try to lower it , not every cpu supports it

Gtalk probably doesn't install cos the one you found isn't signed properly.
You could push it in system/app or sign it and adb install it normally.
If you still have any issue i'll upload it for you, just checked and it works normally.

I've uploaded for you and whoever needs an archive with all the latest Gapps missing in the rom plus some few other interesting apps. It's just an archive don't try to flash it via recovery. As for your problem, try the talk.apk inside it.

You seem to take things way up the level...keep it up. Iam downloading ur rom...i knw dat armv6 has enuogh power to run flash maybe jst tweaks or mods! And wow over 4000video apps....amazing!
i'm not that crazy man i'm trying to make at least flash lite working, no chance for the full version as we got armv6 cpu, my goal is at least to have a chance to use those sites with small flash components, to buy a ticket, to check latest footbal scores, to play small games fx. Also tried few flash opensource but they just don't do the job.

Agree somethng better then nothng..btw iam not gting 4000 above apps in market for video????got like 2955 apps(stil more then ever b4 this i had like 2200 max!)
could be a country related issue, but the important thing is that you can see the high res app, the ones that needs a qvga++ res, like skyfire or icq, that's what the unlock in mainly meant for

I`ve installed but keep getting the message android.process.acore has stopped which is making the rom unusable. I`ve tried factory reset, and clear data from contacts but still get the message. I`ll go back to the Seby rom for the time being.

I got this too, but simply disabling the Contacts Storage and Google Contacts Sync apps worked - it's a tablet, I've no need for contacts on there, so no harm done.
I also had an issue where I couldn't set the time in Settings (which manifested in not being able to sync a google account) - I resolved this by downloading the ClockSync apk and syncing the time manually.
Only real remaining issue is the market incompatibilities (though this may be because I've flashed gapps, might need to try it from scratch again), once I've worked out how to get full market compatibility (spoofing a Nexus S hasn't worked, unless I've done it wrong), this ROM's a keeper
I love the fact you can choose the CPU governor out of the box - the default Fantasy governor is absolutely horrific for battery life!

I still get the bar in some situations (eg Angry Birds Space), but I get full screen video using MX Video Player
now seby only clock problem is left i guess? and the smart screen option for status bar from your old rom?
yes, and 3g support, but that's not a priority for me.

Oh sorry! To make it appear, scroll the entire menu 3 times and it will appear. A text line will appear also and will say Back button disabled.

Based on: CyanogenMod 7.2 RC3
Here is a basic list of what the kitchen can do:
Option 1: Update ROM : starts the process for your ROM.
Option 2: Wipe Data : formats the data partition of the phone.
Option 3: Backup EFS Partition : allows you to backup your EFS Parition in case your IMEI gets corrupted for whatever reason.
Option 4: Change Kernel / Overlock Speed : allows you to change your kernel and overclock speed.
Option 5: Run V6 SuperCharger : runs the V6 SuperCharger script to optimize the phone.
Option 6: Add / Remove Optimization Scripts : allows you to modify the scripts that run during use.
Option 7: Mount System As Read/Write : gives permission to write to the system partition.
Option 8: Mount System As Read/Only : removes permission to write to the system partition.
Option 9: Reboot : allows you to reboot the phone normally, into recovery mode, or into download mode.
Option 10: Create "update.zip" From Previous Configuration : creates an update from previous configurations.
Option 11: Clear User Configurations : removes all current user configurations.
Option 12: Clear All Created "update.zip" : removes all updates that have been created.
Option 13: Update Kitchen : allows the kitchen to be updated to a newer version.
Option 14: Clear Kitchen Update Cache : removes all downloaded kitchen updates.
Option 15: Command Prompt : pulls up a command prompt.
Option 16: Exit : Closes the kitchen.

Couple of initial issues:
Gingerbread Launcher does not work for me. The first ROM I customised only had this Launcher selected. I had to rebuild the ROM with an additional launcher in order to see the Home screen at all.
Trying to download Titanium Backup to restore other apps but get error stating insufficient space. Manage Applications shows 169MB available. Have tried reflashing and have also wiped data and davlik cache. Any ideas?

Flashing now. I'll let you know in a couple minutes.
EDIT: So I was able to recreate the bug. I'll soon be uploading 3.1 and also updating the kitchen as it has a small syntax bug.
EDIT 2: As for the insufficient storage, I have not been able to recreate this yet.

If Firefox doesn't work from any sources, I'll go ahead and remove it.
Doing more testing, I've found that QuickPic doesn't launch. I have that fixed.
Also, if doing a factory reset, you get the weird menu at the beginning. Fixed that too.
Now I just need to fix Firefox, if possible, and I'll roll out another update. Possibly today.
As for insufficient storage, I installed a bunch of apps from the market and it worked fine. I don't know what went wrong there.
EDIT: Firefox not working from any sources confirmed. Removing that option from the kitchen.

Been awaiting this kitchen! Always found it easy to make my own rom and not to mention in a way . Will try to find some time to try this kitchen and report bugs

Please use 2ndboot based OpenRecovery for installation to avoid sdcard write errors.
The CM10 builds are using 2ndboot to run custom kernel.
Thanks to Skrilax_CZ, the issue of low performance before the first device suspend has been resolved (L2 cache remained disabled before).
The bad GPU performance on CPU clock bellow 600MHz is currently successfully worked around by temporary insmod of older pvr driver
during boot, so it's not an issue anymore (from the user perspective) has been properly fixed by Skrilax_CZ.
Wifi tethering should work since 20121028 nightly.
Other known issues:
- video recording is not working very well currently
HW acceleration increases the application's RAM demands. You can use the included HWA Settings app to disable it per app.
Remember that JellyBean is designed for devices with much bigger RAM than Milestone has. Don't expect miracles .

Amazing that development still is being made for a device this old! :good: but what about making a cm9 build with 2ndboot ? as jellybean from my experince demands much more resources then ics
With swap even Chrome browser works now - incredible!
After flash this cm10 build , my gallery and music player can't see any images or music , although i had try to remount my sd card , how can i fix it ?
Which rom you used previously?
In case you upgraded from any different from CM10, you should make a full wipe. (data,cache,dalvik-cache)
Do you have ext partition on your sd card? It is necessary to use this rom.

The build from yesterday boots within a few minutes for me.
Skrilax_CZ has fixed the sluggishness after boot!
Another problem solved.
I have had a lot of trouble trying to partition my SD card so is there a easy fool proof way of doing it? I have a 16GB sdcard..

What trouble? That is usally a straitforward process, especially with the modern GUI tools.
And how it's working? Any errors that would make it unsuable as a daily rom?

No - just swap
64MB partition, mounted with Swapper2, swappiness default (10, iirc)
Super laggy for me, even after deep sleep :/ Excellent work though!
Its been great so far, this rom works like a charm, pitty it doent show all internal ram available with 1GB extra on the SDCard.
Attention everyone!
As you may know or not know, Skrillax_CZ has found out what caused the lag before the first deep sleep.
The latest nightly (10.18) already contains the fix, so i suggest everyone to upgrade.
Works like charm for me, no lag even after the first boot.

Just to confirm that, the ver 18/10 works so well on my milestone without any errors... What I have done for my phone is as follow:
- Flash back to stock ROM 2.1.1
- Completely format the SD card
- Use the 2nd boot OP to root the phone
- Partition the SD card again
- Flash directly from 2.1.1 to CM10 ver 17/10, and then 18/10...
Work perfectly even with big app like Chrome, G+, Google now, etc...

The installation process wipes and replace only system files (and all tweaks you're applied manually to gingerrevenge)
Personal data and apps is retainend if you dont wipe it manually.
in any case make a backup before flashing
Doesn't work on my phone...
Made factory reset, cleaned cache, davlick.
Installed without error messages, but after boot animation it just stays on blinking "S" logo and screen sometimes flashes with white light. Tried to fix permissions and reinstall - result is the same.
Reverted back to Ginger revenge.
PS: CWM 6.0.1.2 non-touch
I've tested with CWM 6.0.1.9 and with TWRP 2.2.1 successfully.

Tried with TWRP 2.2.1 - same problem. But I fixed it by formatting internal SD card. Don't know what exactly was wrong with it...
So far everything works fine.
One little advice, change the starting message language to English (see screenshot).
I'll try to fix in eay that it startd with right language for every country.

Can you make odin package? because I want to instal modem too, because my wifi doesn't work.
I installed this rom from cwm recovery, but I think that only rom was installed, without modem etc.
The modem will never been changed by flashing a rom.
