Saw this on YouTube and looks like a sweet charger wondering if it works with the Nexus 4?

trade like new AT&T Galaxy S3 for Nexus 4
Search and you will find that this does not work because it does not have enough power

i have tested it at a local nokia store and it does charge up my Nexus 4

It charges, just hella slow. Even the jbl power up is slow.
My lg charges from 25% to full in just a little over 4 hours.

FYI, zerolemon will be releasing a battery case for Nexus 4 with removable battery capability around late April confirmed by their customer rep. Guess there's some hope for N4 users looking for more power
Anymore info on release dates/official announcements

probably gonna be around 49.99 or more up to 99.99, I don't see a point of paying more than 100$ for a charger case while i could get a 40$ juice pack around with me
Hope we get some info on this soon

ZeroLemon battery cover for LG Nexus 4
OP did they say it was for a 2250 battery? Reason that I ask is that on the Amazon link bit stated something less...

I recall seeing three different capacities, presumably different sizes as well.
I don't know how a battery case will work with the nexus 4. Battery isn't removable (consumer-wise). So will it be a case that plugs in to the USB port? Or..
Will it be a chargeable case, with Qi Wireless charging capabilities? *dundundunnnnnn*
I don't even know if that's possible lol :silly:
ZeroLemon battery cover for LG Nexus 4
As it turns out if you go to the full web site it shows a battery cover for 2100, 2250, and 2600mAh. But if you keep on looking it also has a battery for 8400mAh! But I think that you need to have the cover of one of the previous ones I mentioned roads this.... I will check with Zero Lemon tomorrow. Even so I think this is a great product. As for if it will work with the quick charge dock. I would assume so, but I will ask as well.
Oh definitely interested!

Neither do I but it might be because I'm on the mobile version and not the full one. I'll check once I get home

Looks interesting. I think I'd consider one, although to this point I haven't had much trouble getting through a full work day with my N4.
Do u guys recommend this phone currently have a s4 how does it compare is it reliable had lgs before that have been dire cheers

I had an s4, sold it for the n5 because I loved my Nexus 7 and just had to have a nexus phone as well.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 4
Skip punctuation much ?
Some would prefer the S4 to the Nexus 5 and others prefer the Nexus 5. Do your research and watch some reviews and then decide.

I currently have an S4 - bought a n5, hopefully arrives soon...so once it arrives I'll let you know (if no one else replies)

I currently have an S4 as well, and I can't wait to replace it with the Nexus 5. It looks so much sexier. I'm tired of crap plastic.

Im jumping from my note 3 to the nexus 5 so I'd say yes, definetley from the S4. You just can't compare android phones with pure bred Google phones.
My main concern with nexus 5 is how will be battery life. I wish there was a model with 3000 mah like lg g2,but it didn't happened.
I also have a s4, hopefully my n5 comes tomorrow.. And I'll use its camera to take pictures of my s4 to put on eBay

Was wondering if there is a way to have 3g or lte active during a call I know on my s3 and note 2 it was thanks
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
you can't those 2 phones were part of the last batch of phones for sprint that could. I used to love that my s3 could do that.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
Nope. It is sad really. Until Sprint can implement VoLTE we're stuck.

The N5 radio only has one transmission path for voice or data
If you're using data while on the phone your using wifi

Recently my original charger only charges at 700ma vs the original 1200-1300 ma before. Now my phone charges half as fast, which is an annoyance but not a huge problem. Anyone got any ideas?
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
I had the same problem from day 1 when i received the phone. I contacted Google and they wanted me to send them the complete set of phone and box to send me a replacement. I simply used an older usb charger that came with my older phone.
I think its a quality or defect problem.

Really? How do you see the "absolute" input current? I thought bmw only showed the difference between the charge and drain currents...
