NO, and i really don;t see a reason. Adding 10% to the CPU will have little or no effect.
Well... I wasn't thinking about 10 per cent

Hi buddies I want to know if there are some kernels with low voltage for our phones. A friend has a SGS2 i9100 with a modified kernel and the battery life is amazing, it is about 37 hours and sometimes is more.
If there is a developer with the knowledge, please go ahead with one kernel modified.

you cant yet we probably wont have any custom kernels until source is released, which maybe 3 or 4 months away
Samsung said the CPU speed of the Tab2 10.1 is 1.4ghz
but after checking it wit SetCPU its max is only 1.2Ghz.
is this a know issue,
did samsung lock the CPU at 1.2Ghz or is it the max of the CPU?
Installing a custom kernel allows up to 1.35 but Samsung clocked it at 1.2 on stock.
You can push it higher once some more custom kernels come out.

Are you stock rooted? My Asus TF101 felt faster

Odd, mine shows 1GHz. I'm rooted, but no custom kernel or ROM. That's according to System Tuner Pro and one other utility that I can't recall. It bobbles from 300-1000. Actually the other utility showed something like 1000800 or something like that. Just over 1GHz.
Mine on stock rooted Rom is showing 1ghz

Hi everyone. I want to know how i can overclock my rooted Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (GT-P3100). I can't find overclocking kernel for this version, only for GT-P3113.
As i know their is a kernel called metallikernek which allow you to overclock if in cm9 rom so you flash the cm9 then metallikernel also their is a modified kernel from metalllikernel for cm10 so you flash the cm10 rom then the modified kernel search for them in tab2 7 development and tab2 10 development

I have read about a kernel from a person named Metallice. I think it's the same ur talking about but it says it's for GT-P3113. Will it work with my GT-P3100 with cm9?(i tried to install it without cm9 and got my tab bricked)
If it's not the kernel u r talking about, then can u post the link?
Edit: Tnx I just searched "kernels for samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0" on Google and found the metallikernel

How did you overclock your p3113 with cm10?
I tried using these apps:
One Power Guard Pro
DU Battery Saver
Juice Defender Ultimate
I change the settings to underclock my core, and it does not work or no effect.
I found out that the galaxy core does not support rom/kernel ~ overclocking/underclocking.
Is this true?
I can't manage my phone, my battery drains fast, I'm using greenify.
Is there a way to underclock/overclock my phone? Do I need to install a custom rom coz I still want to use my stock rom.
BTW my phone is rooted.
Any help would be appreciated. :fingers-crossed:
Stock kernel does not support overclocking, sorry. We need to wait until someone makes a custom kernel with overclocking support.

No it's not.
My Samsung Tab 2 10.1 (GT-P5113) is very laggy at an Antutu score of 16000 I'm running ResurrectionRemix v5.7.4 over clocked with the CPU and GPU to the max. Is anyone else is having performance issues?
That's the limit of the tab bud, either deal with it or buy a new one
Hi, which kernel do you use to overclock? Dhollmen isn't working on any of the newer roms (i'm currently also on ResurrectionRemix v5.7.4)

I
You could use Android Andi's AnyKernel but I haven't noticed any better performance.
