[Help] Custom ROM 4.0/4.1 for Ktouch w700/Micromax A85/ Cherry Magnum?

My phone Ktouch W700 has dual core chip Tegra 2 but it's still using Android 2.2 Froyo.
It has some custom ROM but they're all Adroid 2.3 GingerBread, not higher.
Can someone help me for cooking ROM ICS or JB for Ktouch W700, please?
The producer of Ktouch promised that they would realesed stock ROM 4.0 in July, 2012. But until now nothing happens.
This phone use the same Tegra chip with LG Optimus 2x, so can you guy use the stock ROM ICS of LG P990 for cooking?
Tks so much

[Q] [JLO] a Kernel with OC for CM10 ?

hello
i have 2 questions : 1. ehm is it possible to make "custom" kernel for cm10 and 2. is 2ghz possible ... cause i know it it is possible on xperia play (i know it is a snapy s2 and in our xj it is an s1 )
p.s. i don´t understand sony´s logic cause, in sony ericsson time they used the snapdragon s2 and at sony´s time they used ****ty old s1 in a newer phone ... no logic ...
thanks in advance and sorry for my really bad english
1. yes it is possible.
2. i dont think you can overclock from 1ghz to 2ghz.
hmm i think about xplay with snapy s2 , it can be overclocked up to 2ghz ...and it´s stable so when the s2 survive 2ghz ,the s1 can that too...
Well, The Xperia Neo V has a kernel that Overclocks it to 1.6Ghz Stable, It's called the Alliance Kernel, if you can somehow port that to XJ I'd be your biggest fan
hmm that is my dream : a cm kernel (or an universal kernel) with oc up to 2ghz(or more cause when my j die , is it not so bad)smoothass,smartassv2,TWRP!!! and MULTIBOOT (my ultimate dream).
i know how to build a kernel but for stock and i´m on windows , i have an old but to less ram and my notebook´s cpu haven´t pae , i don´t know hot to install the wlan card drivers and it has too less ram too (512mb , same as my xj and my tab has more XD)

Hi,
There are many tutorials and guides here,
> Chef Central > Android
You can ask for help in that section too, but I'd do lots of reading first so you understand what others recommend to you somewhat.
Good luck!
