I rooted my TF700, installed superuser, is able to use Root Browser. But i still can't use Titanium Backup. I installed Titanium Backup, but I couldn't acquire root privilege. Anybody know why?
Also, when I use Root Browser, sometimes i can see the files, sometimes the thing is just empty. Anybody know whY? i'm lost!
I did try googling, but can't find anything i need.
Thanks!
I would try these:
Use SuperSU instead of superuser
Install and update to latest version of busybox
Install ROM Manager and use it to fix permissions (don't use it for anything else)

I've rooted my EVO using unrevoked... got wifi tethering working and backed up all my apps with Titanium... now I want to delete all those crappy OEM apps that Sprint installs by default and doesn't give you the option to uninstall.
Is there a way I can uninstall these with regular root or do I need to go through the NAND access?
Thx!
you can try uninstalling those apps using Titanium Backup; under the Backup/Restore tab, you can click on any app and it'll give you option to uninstall
Thx for the suggestion, but it didn't work... I tried 'Sprint Navigation' as an example and I was able to click uninstall within Titanium Backup but upon reboot, it's back in the apps list and within Advanced Task Killer as an app that is auto loaded on boot. WTF!
Note: I also seem to be having a problem with Titanium Backup where every time I reboot it says "Sorry i could not acquire root" so I have to go to "Problems?" and re-download the BusyBox thing... then it works fine???
Install root explorer, browse to /system/apps, enable R/W access, then delete all the apps you want.

Is root explorer free? All I see is a pay version... can I do it with cmd and adb? Any idea why Titanium Backup loses it's root access each time?

it's probably because you don't have full nandroid root
I'm tired of search. Write a post is my last resort always.
The thing is I've tried with both Android L builds and got the same. I install Titanium Backup and SuperSU (have tried 2.01 and 2.02 newest versions) prompt for super user privilegies, however Titanium Backup clearly states it don't have root access... and inside SuperSU app you can see Titanium Backup as rooted.
The strange thing is that I've been searching about this since the morning and see no one with this issue, that's why I'm writing this post.
How can I get Titanium Backup to work properly with root?
Thanks in advance.
PS: My phone is rooted since Root Explorer works like a charm.

Thanks @Shinyhead and @Lethargy, the problem was I was installing Titanium Backup from Google Play.
,can someone help me, i successfully installed this rom. but some of my apps are not working like the Titanium Backup, which always fail to obtain root access; thus, is not usable for freezing/removing system apps.
also when using UC Browser, im not able to change the download path to sdcard1.

I'm new in the Samsung world, got my S8 rooted and starting to set it up. Busybox failes to install, root works. Is there anything special about this on the S8 or with magisk root I have to do?
Which busy box are you using? There are several in the Play Store. On my Nexus 6 after flashing a rom and restoring Titanium Backup it would always have me install a different busybox than the one I backed up when I installed it fresh. Don't know why but I'd advise you to try a different one or install Titanium and it will install busybox for it to work.
Turns out this questions is all ready posted here (found it by google, internal search didn't show me yesterday), the previous answer was: its included in magisk settings, but I cant find anything there. But lets see what Titanium Backup wants to do..
Flashed the one from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2239421, seems to be working.
I want to ask why I can't Backup SuperSu App, I mean, I have it installed as an User App but I can't see it in Titanium Backup, It's like Titanium doesn't even detect that SuperSu is installed, and I really need to backup SuperSu's Data. Please, help me!!
Hi there
It is because super su is a system app now thus titanium can no longer detect nor back that up but you can still download a back up zip of any SuperSU version u wish
