You will need to install recovery. Dont forget to unlock your fasboot first.
See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1710755 on how to do this.
After installing recovery you can boot into cwm.
Don't forget it is very risky flashing your A700. Everything you do is at your own risk. I bricked my tablet into locked fastboot mode once. Luckly i could unlock fastboot and reflash the boot image.

EasyRoot already installed CWM. You're ready to install the ROM of your choosing. Gullinbursti is a bit out of date with his information.

As you say, when roots by easyroot.it was installed CMW. but I could not get into CMW?i shutdown and press the power + volume -. but its only words
boatloader version jb6553b...(unlock mod)
then and reboot ,it works nomarl.:silly:

On Jellybean, it is not the same as it was in Ice Cream Sandwich. Be sure to do the following:
a. With system powered off, press and hold ‘Power’ and ‘Vol -‘
b. When the system vibrates, release the ‘Power’ button.
c. When the system vibrates a second time, slide your finger from ‘Vol-‘ to ‘Vol+.”
d. When the system vibrates a third time, release that button.

Won't boot into recovery mode

Ok, so basically my nexus won't boot into Recovery mode, and I don't know what's wrong.. it just freeze on Google's logo and thats it.. I have to do a battery pull for it too start normally. I also backup my phone rom on 20/02/11 and updated Rom Manager 22/02/11 I really don't know if this is relevant but just saying.
The phone Is rooted and boot loader is unlocked, I did the bootloader unlock with Amin Sabet guide so i'm on a mac, then I use the superboot root method from paulobrien, then installed Rom Manager from the market and install ClockworkMod Recovery.
if someone could help please...
youll have to reflash clockwork recovery. its a fairly common issue.
reflashing it from Rom manager interface or from terminal?

[Q] Unable to boot into Recovery

When I hold Power and Vol Down I get the text prompts, I hit Vol Up promptly and get the Android with gears turning animation for about 10 seconds, then get the Android with the warning triangle and can't go any further.
Any Suggestion? Tablet is a B80, rooted via Nachoroot. I have an SD card in the microSD slot.
I have Clockwork Mod (reboot into recover does a normal reboot) and Gnufabio's Reboot2Recovery (which ends with the Android and the warning symbol). It is my understanding that Rom Manager can't update the bootloader, so I haven't even tried.

Are you sure you have CWM? Have you installed it?
When reboot to recovery doesn't load CWM is usually because CWM is not installed.

Let me clarify. I have ROM Manager, and yes it's installed. I can't install a 3rd party Recovery because the bootloader is encrypted. It's a new Transformer (B80 s/n), not one of the older ones.
I am unable to boot into the stock recovery by any of the methods listed in the OP.

ROM manager doesn't do anything for the TF. Just because you have ROM Manager install doesn't mean you have cwm recovery install.
You need to install CWM recovery as suggested by AzureusPT.
Go on the theme and app section and look for RecoveryInstaller. That will help you flash cwm.

[Q] How to ROOT?HOW TO DOWNGRADE?

I have canvas 2 which already had jelly bean when I bought it.It is NOT ROOTED currently. I bought it from snapdeal. I have 32 bit windows 7. I researched alot on the internet, Nothing happened. I read many tutorials on xda developers. Still no use. I want to get back to ICS(ice cream sandwich) and then root it. There was a tutorial on how to downgrade from jb to ics in xda. I tried it. When i put in clockworkmod and do it, and then reboot my phone in recovery mode, there are options like restore data, backup data. I went in restore but nothing happens.I also tried mobileuncletools and selected the recovery image, it says that you need to root first. I also tried the flash method, but again, I have driver problem on my pc. When I choose scatter loading and firmware-->upgrade then insert my mobile without battery or sim card through usb cable, the usb sounds keep popping and nothng happens. After sometime, the flash tool says error. and the green circle doesnt appear. So to downgrade, I need to root. To root I need to flash which I can't. Someone please HELP!!!!!

How to root S6: SM-G925W8. Android 7.0?

How to root S6: SM-G925W8. Android 7.0.??????
Hi, i tried to root my phone, but then was bricked. I fix it, installing the firmware.
How i do it? I download the wrong twrp! Can anyone give me the correct one? And a guide after that. I dont want to break my phone. Thaaaanks. Regards.
-Put your phone in download mode and flash twrp-3.1.1-0-zeroltecan.img.tar with odin , after succeeded, the phone will restart, quickly press and hold volume +, power & home button go to TWRP, if you didn't do it fast enought,
it will return back to stock android recovery, you have to start this step again to have TWRP recovery.
-Next boot into TWRP and flash SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822.zip or Magisk 14 (you might need to install Magisk manager manually), reboot phone and you will have root.

Dont open the rar file.. Use it as is.. Or if it comes as a image file just compress it as a rar file
